I took my vehicle to them and they were so nice and very helpful They took time to show me what was wrong with my car. They provided me with up to date emails about the status of my car. My car was ready to be picked up earlier than they predicted. The car looks brand new. I would to back to them in a heart beat. I would even refer my friends and family to them. Quality workmanship & service. My vehicle was in for extension body damage on the entire driver’s side. When completed my vehicle looked brand new, just like when I drove it off the car lot. The topping on the cake..they detailed my vehicle inside & out before being returned to me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was beyond great! They took me to work after I dropped off my car to them. My vehicle done fast and the work was excellent.But that’s not it! They also dropped my rental off for me an washed my car inside and out! 10/10 experience! The lady’s upfront are super nice and understanding, so was Jeff!

Brought car in for collision repair. Was updated frequently on completion of vehicle but kept pushing back dates out to most two weeks. When I went to pick up car there were many things I found that were poorly done and and obviously QC was not done. 1) hood was uneven 2) side panel on passenger side door was loose and coming off 3) interior of my leather car seat was dirty with fingerprints, they obviously didn’t even try to clean their mess. My car interior was way more dirty than when I had dropped it off. Manager had addressed all these issues I had brought up and I was able to take my car back. The next morning I did a more detailed clean/sanitizing on the interior of my car and noticed more fingerprints all over the roof interior of my car, mind this is fabric so I couldn’t just clean it myself. Also noticed the driver side fender panel was loose and pulling out, did very poor job. I called about my concerns, had to bring my car in again. Received my car back and noticed there remain some black marks on my interior (although less than before), didn’t bother with them as I’ll get it detailed myself. Don’t trust them with my car. Over $10k on final invoice. Will not recommend.

Took way to long to fix minor body damage... Over a month!!! I also had to go back twice to repair mistakes.Once I did pick my car up it was full of dust.I was also promised a gift card 2 months ago that I have yet to recieve. Damage and mistakes were ultimately repaired to my satisfaction however....hence 3 stars.

5 thumbs down. Months back, I went in for a bumper, fender, and lower airbox resonator replacement. They had it for one week. In that short time they took it upon themselves to drive my car very harshly. It was getting 3.2 mpg as an average on the drive history, Also the oil life dropped 10%. Besides them abusing my vehicle, they decided to not put my airbox/resonator connector back on.. Not really a simple mistake. Ive been biting my tongue for a while, but just noticing that an important piece is missing from my airbox, really has me scratching my head.

Took them 3 weeks to repair my front bumper. They say they know how to work with insurance but when it came down to it, they didn’t communicate well with me or with insurance. I wouldn’t use them again.

I wasn’t just satisfied, or even happy with the customer service or the work performed on my car, I was impressed. I received detailed phone calls and texts regarding exactly what was going on with the repairs to my car, as it was happening. There was no feeling of, “why haven’t I heard from the mechanic, what’s going on with my car?” I dealt with Chris Roe, and the courtesy, professionalism and practice of going above and beyond is why I would give Fresno Body Works 10 stars, if possible. Had to wait to get my car fixed — initial intake back in September was wonderful. The whole staff was friendly and patient. Coming back months later in May to actually get the car fixed — the team at FBW is delightful, and it only took two days to boot! Helpful, caring and very good natured. I was updated at least once a week with a phone call to let me know at what stage of the repair that my vehicle was at. I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on 12-31-19. Upon arrival I inspected my vehicle. Upon inspection, I noticed one of the area was not finished and had not been painted accordingly like promised. Fresno body work did not paint where it needed to be painted. Jeff the adjuster, told me they would work on it and have it done by the afternoon. Being that it was 12-31-19 and that they would close at 4:30, there was no way I could have picked it up that day. I went back on 1-3-20 to pick up vehicle. Did another inspection and one section had visible and obvious sign of the paint sliding down which left a bump when the paint dried up. Jeff had one of the technician buff it out and smooth it out. I had asked the gal in the front about my car rental. Because I was not able to pick my vehicle on the 31st, would my insurance cover from the 31 to the 3rd? She stated that I would have to call my insurance about it and that they’re not responsible for that issue. I had asked her just to be clear that because Fresno body work didn’t finish the job as promised that I would be responsible for the days my insurance doesn’t cover my car rental? She said yes. I had asked her if we could change the date of pick up because I had paid and signed documents on 12-31-19 but did not pick up vehicle because it wasn’t properly done. She said no and they made me talk to Jeff again. One of the other issue was when I dropped my car off my mileage was 74315 with over a quarter tank of gas. When I picked up my vehicle, mileage was 74316 with gas being empty. I spoke to Jeff about it and he said it could be due to the car being in idle. I said if one mile takes a quarter tank and if idle uses that much gas I don’t know what to tell you because that’s a lot of gas being used for one mile. It appeared to be me that there was something obvious going on to which I couldn’t believe and was puzzled. I took pictures of the mileages and gas tank before I dropped my vehicle at Fresno body work. I do have before and after pictures. Clearly you can see a big difference in the gas usage. Jeff was kind enough to refill my gas tank to where I had it when I dropped the vehicle off. Still didn’t have a clear response as to why that much gas would be used. Front office didn’t seem to want to answer to my questions and kept referring me back to Jeff the adjuster. This place was highly recommended but honestly I wouldn’t go back. Disappointed.

Service was prompt and knowledgeable. The job took an extra day to complete due to needing some additional parts. Jeff hustled to get the car delivered which included some extra polishing to remove some swirls in the finish. After delivery I noticed some “orange peel” finish on the entire top edge of the door. Three stars for a up to date shop and good customer service. Good have had better paint job and delivery detail.

Friendly, professional and even clean my car before I picked it up.

They fixed my Chevy Traverse to look brand new! They kept me updated along the way as to when to expect it ready and it was ready on time. They also went above and beyond washing it inside and out. Fresno Body Works even helped arrange my rental car and when my car was ready, I was able to leave the rental with them and they arranged for it to return to Enterprise which was such a huge help! I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed!

My bumper fell off mostly. Reattached it, kind of. Went to dealership and was quoted a replacement bumper at almost $1000. Said I might try an auto body shop. Went to Fresno Body Works in Clovis. Made an appointment for an estimate. Chris helped me. Looked at bumper and said its an easy fix. Took it into back and within 5 minutes they had secured it properly. No charge! Obviously am extraordinarily pleased.

This is our third time bringing our car to get it fix. All three damages are not caused by us(rear ended, hit and run twice)smh. Im hoping that the third is the charm. The first time (located in Fresno), I feel confident but turns out that I regret it taking it there. The second (Clovis), I was iffy but decided to give it another chance. When I got my car back there were a few errors/mistakes but they were quick to fix it and make it right. My third time (Clovis), we decided to go there again because of their promise to make sure everything is right. So far Im satisfied with their quality of work and their customer service but I wish they would take their time to make sure that everything is right. Quality over quantity.

This is my third excellent experience with this company. The first two times they fixed my problem without charging me. Two people helped at no charge twice. Today, I had a specialty part installed. I knew it would be quick, telling me it was about 30 minutes. It was less than 10 minutes. I spent more time than that gathering up paperwork to do while I was there. It is a clean comfortable waiting area with snacks and great coffee. You cant teach people to be friendly. Whoever does the hiring and training deserves a lot of credit.

My car was both rear ended and backed into so both bumpers being replaced as well as other repairs were necessary, I was given constant updates on the status of my car and in the end the work completely left the car looking near brand new. All in all these were the best repairs I’ve received.

Had an appointment at 2 p.m only to be turned away after 5 mins. The person stated that my appointment conflicted with another appointment and would only be able to take pictures and send me an estimate through email. I’m still waiting for the email. I felt that the individual was bias. Waved as I left, only to be greeted with a stern facial expression.

In writing this review I will say that my tailgate looks very nice and the people at Fresno Body Works were very good to work with.HOWEVER, the camera installed on my tailgate does not work. Jeff did not inform me of this until after I had paid my final billing and was ready to leave the premise. Needless to say I was very disappointed and let Jeff know of my disappointment. Jeff’s response “we can’t find the problem so take it to the dealership and they can repair.”My response, I paid for a COMPLETE job but that’s not what I received in return. I paid for a tailgate that was complete and that all associated equipment, including the camera, would be working correctly and this is not the case.Once again I am very disappointed, as your company, Fresno Body Works, did not do a complete repair job. That’s what I was expecting and that’s what I paid for.

Your catering truck double parks on the street, blocking trucks making local deliveries from getting through. Workers just stand there staring, or nodding their head like i know while they order their food. Cant believe i have to explain this, but You need to correct this by having the lunch truck park legally & Not obstructing other traffic.

I brought my car in with paint damage that occurred in a casinos valet parking garage. I intended to send the bill to the casino upon completion of the work. They were able to buff out the damage at NO COST! letting the casino off of the hook and saving me what could have been considerable angst in collecting the damages from them. This is the only place I will ever consider having body work done on my cars from now on!

FRESNO Body Works did a great job replacing my front bumper and other damages on my Mercedes Benz GLK 350 after my accident. The facility is clean and all the staff were very helpful.

If you want excuses not quality customer service, then you have come to the right place? We are only human is the explanation I got from Lisa (the shop Manager) for why John tried to return our car to us dirty and not completely repaired. Be careful, check everything and expect subpar, insurance driven responses to everything. If I had to do it over I would go to an independent (not influenced by their relationship with a large insurance company) auto body repair shop. I am sure they would appreciate the business and work harder to gain the customer’s trust and praise.

Such great work done by Fresno Body Works! There were a couple hiccups with my vehicle and parts being ordered, but on their end they were VERY on top of it and made sure to keep me updated on the completion of my vehicle.
