Very friendly and helpful staff. I have very poor knowledge of tires, but they were patient with me and made sure I understood my options. They drove my car with care when they took it to and from their bay. Very good people working here

Being disabled, I needed assistance putting air in all 4 tires due to the changes in temperature. Not only is their air pump free, but they have a double-sided air pump that showed the current pressure as well as what the pressure should be! AJ (employee) came right over to assist me. He happily took care of the tires as well as telling me what the normal pressure should be. We parted laughing over how long it took for my car to remove the tire pressure warning! Excellent service, staff and products.

Driving through Clovis and I got a flat tire about 15 miles out of town. I called a friend and was referred to this tire shop. I called and spoke to Justin and told him of my problem. He checked me in so I could get in line while I was in route to his shop. When I got there I was greeted kindly and warmly despite the fact they were crazy busy. They took care of me an got me on the road again.

Walked in at 315pm for repair of a low tire. 30 minute wait in hottest lobby ever. After 45 mins, guy (super nice, hence 2 stars vs. 1) they could repair my tire and get me on my way hopefully by 615pm. Really???

Don’t take your vehicle here if you have a modified vehicle since the service techs think they can do what ever they want and rev the engine on your personal vehicle while your sitting in the waiting lobby. Making an appointment is not what it says it is, someone can walk in and be out before you even if your just in for a tire balance and the wheel weights they use don’t stay on at all. Had almost a full set of weights fall off not even after 600 miles. If you order a set of tires and make an appointment don’t be surprised when you show up and they say they “accidentally sold them to someone” no communication regarding special orders.

Usually I go to Forrest tire for all of my tire needs although lately they have been rude and very demeaing. I walked in was greated with kindness. They checked my pressure and refilled a hole that was found in my tire free of charge. Not only did treat me kindly but the service was done in a timely manner. Not only will I become a loyal customer to discount tire but i will tell my friends about their great service.

This is the third time in a row Ive sat here for in excess of two hours to be told that they called my name and I didnt respond so you bad for need to try another day. Curiously I did get a receipt for the work even though they never did any of it.

Had an appointment to mount 5 tires to my truck, after being told they arrived, I showed to my appointment and there was only 4. No big deal they order another for the spare and I pay for all 5 plus install/mounting. The next day the tire is in and my wife goes to get the spare installed and mounted, but they ended up just putting the tire in the trunk of her car (my truck was parked overnight), after notifying them of the issue she went back, waited >2 hours were they installed the rim, but wouldnt mount it; I mounted it myself in just a couple seconds. I get stuff happens, the people the first day were great, but I paid for a service and ended having to finish the job myself.

My truck is still on factory tires but according to DTC they are the wrong size tire so they couldnt sell me that size of tire so by then my front tire was al the way flat and its against company policy to fix a flat if it dont match spacificly the OEM parts list so I had no choice but to buy the extremely small set of tires ( dissatisfied customer )

At the end of September I came in and purchased 4 tires, they did have to order them but the whole process went smoothly. A week later I had a flat, not just a regular flat but an object on the road punched through the tire kind. I took the problem to them and so they ordered another one and the next day replaced it, no questions asked. The warranty took effect so I didnt have to pay for any part of the replacement. I will receive free rotation, balance, and flat fix for free.These guys are constantly trying to make your tire experience go as smoothly as possible, and their standards are high, they meet or exceed those standards in my book. Truth and honesty is their policy and I believe that they are delivering on that to the best as they are able to. This store is the best and the employees rock! You all are doing an excellent job, keep up the great work!

They are nice but whenever I go for free air check have to wait minimum 10 to 15 minutes and tire rotation they are not maintaining time schedule, they told estimated delivery at 9:40 am but till 9:45 am no one touch my vehicle waiting at long time!!!!!! This is not nice, if they cannot maintain time schedule then why they are mention in system????????I am the customer from 2017 to tillThis kind of waiting is really bad 😡

Got some tires from this store. Had a couple small issues with my experience but the they went well out of his way to ensure it was just a hiccup in the normal process. Id highly recomend this store, they actually care about your experience and not just your hard earned dollar.

Erik Thomas was very helpful and made sure I find tires that got me the best value for the money. All difference in the tires were explained and the warranty is not expensive for a 6 year run. On top of that everyone was super friendly and kept explaining why something took a tiny bit longer (I had no appointment and they squeezed me in). Very friendly service.

Michael E. With the clovis store was absolutely fantastic. He took a horrible pothole experience and assured my wife that our needs will be met with upmost important. She was traveling alone since I was back in Central Texas and she only knew her grandmother locally to Clovis. When she hit the pothole, it disabled the vehicle. She took the car to discount and was immediately helped by Mike E. He even assisted with a mini dog walking during the hectic moment. We had to leave our car there for about a week for repair as we needed 4 new rims and 2 new tires. Michael kept us in the loop. We traveled to pick up our car from Central Texas and he was attentive the entire time. We thank this store for getting our car back on the road and helping my wife during this stressful time.

I had the best experience purchasing new tires and rims for my 2019 suburban. It only took a few days for them to get the parts ordered, they called me promptly to schedule an appointment for installation. The installation schedule took no longer than 45 minutes and they did a phenomenal job. Great products, great service and always a delight to do business with them.

Ok so I had stopped im Amarillo store had 4 brand new tires put on my fathers trailer late Saturday afternoon and paid with his discount account card. I made sure that all warranties were added for my father, I live in Portales and leaving discount I came straight home I stopped in herford tx for a snack and drink and noticed the front tire was flat and looked kind of worn on the sides..well luckily its a dual axle so I took it off so it wouldnt damage any further. First thing this Monday morning I took the wheel and tire to the clovis store and spent most of the day there its 20 miles from where I live in Portales..I just got home its 4:30 ..when I went to pick the tire up I went wondering why they hadnt called to let me know it was ready..well the guy rolled it out to me flat just like I had taken it..And I asked him wut am I supposed to do with a flat tire when I dropped it off the said 15 to 20 min and I was there 6 hrs ...he didnt have any answers for me and said it was leaking at the bead about 6 in ..and wut does that have to do with anything he knows he is supposed to be a tire tech any go by policy but tried to leave it like that..well I need closure I called Amarillo where I bought them and he said I can take to them ..I work and already missed a day just to be In the same way not to have these issues...the trailer is my dads and I decided that no I just goin to return the set of tires get a refund and have my father close his account and go elsewhere reason being they actually said the mount the tires on any wheels and dont check em..so I asked if 90 yr old lady came and bought new tire yalls process is mount and watch her drive off and if a blow out were to occur yall would be ok that maybe its safe or maybe not..its all excuses and I know damn well a tire tech knows to legitimately make sure its good b4 that customer leaves...🤔 anyway im takin my dads business else where 😬

My Tire went flat & they Told me my tire was not fixable and would cost $800 for all new tires since the car is AWD . I took it to the BROTHERS TIRE SHOP & they fixed it for $15 .Scammers.

Very quick service! Recommend setting appts. Had an appt for two tire replacements. I dropped off my vehicle anticipating it would take some time. The time I got home, 20 minutes went by and I recieved a call my vehicle was done! Very impressive experience

Sustained a blow out near Shallowater TX. After getting the small donut tire on the rim, I was hoping to make it here before they closed as I was headed to ABQ and did not want to drive all the way with replacement spare. I called and spoke to someone named Erik.I explained I was about an hour out and would arrive minutes after they closed. He said as long as I was there BEFORE closing they would take care of me. I called 3 times verifying this.I arrived at this location 5 minutes after closing and gone, locked up tighter than a jug..Miller Time..forget the dude with the spare donut who was now going to have to get a hotel room for the night.Luckily I found a lesser known locally owned shop who even though they were closed went the extra mile to help me.A tale of two shops. You choose which one you trust. I hope Miller Time was worth this review.

Excellent air check service offered! Orion did a great job properly inflating my huge tires when I couldnt find a gas station air compressor that worked. He even reset my TPMS so the warning system could work appropriately.All of the employees at this location (I noted many, spoke to three) looked very sharp and professional. They made eye contact with me and spoke clearly -- solid traits that are often missing in todays society. We will definitely be back for our future tire needs.

The place was very busy with customers the whole time I was there. There may have been some appointments set, but definitely a busy Monday. I waited at least a couple of hours before the mechanics got to the car. I had a large screw/bolt in my back drivers tire and wasnt sure if I would able to afford the repair. Im grateful for the warranty on it and it did not cost me anything. I really like Discount Tires, they are last minute heros. Thank you

We went to pick up my sister in law since it was going to take about 2 hours for their service. The workers were nice, and even offered to check our tire pressure while we waited for my sister in law.

Came in late afternoon without an appointment, still got in despite them being very busy. Had a problem with the studs on one of the tires, they stayed long past closing time to work on it and upon finding it beyond their ability, offered to take it to another shop and cover the cost of repair. On top of that, they waited with me until someone could pick me up. Fantastic service! Would definitely recommend them, and remain a loyal customer!!

After two years in Clovis NM, it is the best place to get tire service! Staffs are really nice and competent, they know what they are doing. Theres no other tire shop that can match the service you get and quality of the work. If you are in Clovis, I higly suggest to check them out. I wish where we are moving, there will be one. Dont get me wrong discount tire is a good business only reason lower rating is they said 3-5 days my tire will be in its been almost 2 weeks since they ordered they could have said that Corona virus has slowed down delivery and would be a week to 3 weeks dont think my donut is going to make it

Went here with a low tire - not purchased from Discount. A razor was found buried in the tread. Discount repaired a tire they did not sell and refused any payment for the repair. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I really like the people that run the store. I am handicapped and so its difficult for me to check the air pressure in my tires and adjust them when its needed. Anytime I need help all I have to do is drive up to the building and someone is more than happy to do it for me without me having to get out of my truck and use my wheelchair. It was really busy when I walked in with a nail in my tire. Not a happy camper about that. But, anyway. Even as busy as they were, I didnt have to wait very long to be helped. I also liked that even though the person said that my tires needed to be replaced, there was no pushing me buy them. He let me make the choice to get them or not. He told me it would be a two hour wait to check out the one tire and to put the others on since there was so many ahead of me. Longer if they couldnt fix the nail tire. And true to his word, I was out of there at almost two hours with a fixed tire and three new ones along with the old tire stems. Thank you.

We were on a multistate family road trip this past weekend and picked up a nail in our tire sidewall maybe 60 miles outside of Clovis. We managed to make it to the Clovis store about an hour before closing. Not only was Daniel friendly and helpful, he got our car in and out with a new tire in about 20 minutes. I was truly impressed with the service there and everyone at your store that I interacted with. We were already Discount customers in the past but Discount has definitely secured an even more loyal customer going forward.

After a frustrating experience with the Walmart auto service center who I bought tires from online but they didnt have the right socket size for factory Ford lug nuts (I know right?), I arrived at Discount Tire with peace of mind that they would be able to take a wheel off, no matter how difficult. We were traveling through town and stopped to get 5 tires on our camper. We paid over $1,000 around 9:30am and were told it would be completed by 11:30am so we could get back on the road. We called at 11:45am and they hadnt even started to work on it... We came back to the store to find nothing had been done. My husband told them how long we had been waiting and asked why they had done nothing and the response was we had some appointments and walk ins ahead of you. He expressed that since we are travelling and from out of town he thought they should have done much better at getting our camper done. No apologies or anything were made. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

We were driving from San Antonio and Lubbock back to Albuquerque. Our low tire pressure light had been on since Lubbock, so we stopped in at a busy time of the morning. Haden was extremely helpful, and even told us that we were going to need new tires eventually - knowing that we would not have the work done in Clovis, but at our neighborhood Discount Tire. He worked us into the rotation knowing that we were driving home, and then when they actually had to replace the tire, it was done quickly and efficiently. THANK YOU, HADEN, AND DISCOUNT TIRE.
