I really tried to love Apex I did. They were great in getting my hail damage repaired but I’m pretty disappointed with the inside of car falling apart when I picked it up. Their work putting it back together was sloppy and there was even an extra part in the middle of my seat that nobody seemed to know where it belonged. The inside is scratched up from them probably not using the right tools removing or putting things back in it’s place. After talking to JJ he assured me this would be resolved and here I am a month later and still not resolved.They do not communicate well so I’m always having to call and when I do they transfer me to someone who doesn’t answer and nobody ever calls back.

They did do good work on my truck. However, Idk if its because of covid or what, but the customer service was pretty lacking. I had to call for updates twice in the first 2 weeks. Both times were on the days I was told the truck would be done by and was told they were still waiting on parts. I even waited till afternoon to give them time to call me both days. That was the only contact in the first 2 weeks, they did not contact me. The first week, I didnt see it as a big deal since they found more problems and had to order more parts, but the second week was a different deal. The fact is that they didnt call me sometime on Friday morning knowing that they were still waiting on parts (that hadnt come in), and I waited to call till just a couple hours before they closed to give more time hoping it would be finished so I could pick it up.I know covid has everything messed up so I hope thats all it was, but being told it will be done on X date and missing work to be ready to pick it up was pretty inconvenient. It was insurance work too, so maybe they just assumed the insurance company was contacting me with updates (they werent) idk.

Apex did a wonderful job restoring sun faded paint on my old truck. I could not speak higher of them! Absolutely stunning work.

We had Apex do extensive bodywork on our Ford F-150 after being rear-ended and not only did they do a beautiful job on making the truck look brand new again, their customer service was outstanding. They kept in great communication with us about the timeline of the repairs and were always so friendly on the phone. The detail job was the icing on the cake, the truck has never looked better! I would definitely recommend Apex!

Very nice staff. Seemed to really listen when dropping the car off. Severe hail damage that they said would take less than a week to fix. Over a month later and the only time I’ve heard from them is when I’ve called to check the status. Each time they told me just a few more days. 32 days later the car is fixed but not being released. Apex waited until the work was done to send the supplement into the insurance so now the pay out is being reviewed. When asked about it they said two weeks of the month was waiting on insurance response yet none of the paperwork was done. Now I’m stuck without a car the day I’m supposed to leave townUPDATE: since expressing our grievances the manager, jj, has reached out multiple times to try and make things right. Have had great customer service from him and genuine concern to correct mistakes. Had to pick up my car in a hurry to leave town so there are some things still needing to be done but he assured me they will be taken care of when we return from leave. Will update.

Everyone at Apex was incredibly helpful! They took my sons car and made it look like new after his wreck! They kept me informed during the entire process and there is no doubt I would recommend them and I would use them again for sure!

Cant tell you how good customer service they provide. I turned in car to fix front bumper. They bent backwards to provide great customer service. The work is outstanding and what they quote you is what you pay. Unequivocaly the best!

I was hit from the back and my trunk and bumper messed up. Apex fixed it all and made it look brand new. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Typically when you choose the most expensive service you get superior results. I paid over $300 to have two windows tinted and a full car detail at Apex. One of the windows had a significant scratch on the film. Why tell me it was inspected and ready for pickup? Apparently my time is not important to the folks at Apex since it had to be scheduled for repair instead of doing it correctly to begin with. The FULL detail i paid handsomely for was severely lacking. Apexs excuse was we have a new detail guy, show us what you dont like and well fix it. So another overnight stay to have my car detailed. I bent over backwards to give Apex as much time as they needed to remedy the problem. What did I get? Almost four days of my car being in their shop. $300 of my money spent on a shoddy service. Car still had smudge marks on interior windows. I didnt get any follow up from Apex management. Everybody has a bad day now and then, I had a bad week with these guys.

Apex has a friendly staff. I had a few issues with my car but they went our of their way to drive to my location which was a little over 100 miles just to fix it. Their work has a lifetime warranty which is a big plus for me.

I screwed my motorcycle windshield up BIG TIME!!! It looked absolutely ridiculous after I tried to take sticker residue off with Goo B Gone. I tried every cleaner that I had in the garage before I took it up to Apex, and was very pleasantly surprised when I was immediately greeted with a representative at the front door, and told no problem, I can do it right now. Do you have 20 minutes I was thrilled that not only could they do it that day, but in such a short amount of time. My fiance has also taken his truck here after hail damage, and had great results as well. Hopefully we wont have to have a vehicle fixed for quite a while, but if we need to, it will definitely be taken to Apex!

Had my car repaired, the grill flew off going on a freeway. I kept calling so I could have it reordered and re-repaired. After about two and a half weeks of leaving messages for JJ, I decided to call once more before I went down there. He got on the phone and said bring it down. While driving it out of town the front center that was not braced by any support was hit by something and split. I had taken photos before the grill flew off, after it flew off and at that time the front was not split. But it took 2 1/2 weeks for me to get a hold of JJ. No call backs. When I took it to him He said I can order the grill but the bumper is on you. Did I mention the paint job. All of the paint is peeling off. If my car had been put together correctly, I wouldnt have lost the grill and had a vulnerable spot to where it would easily split. Oh I forgot to mention...when we went to pick it up it was to be ready at 12pm...we got there and it was not ready, yet they had called the week prior and said it was ready. We waited from 12pm till after 5pm. It was not put together, they hadnt done anything till I got there. Most of my clips that holds everything together are missing. They want your business and guarantee it till they are done with you.

They had my car for almost 80 days and they kept me updated and informed. They had a lot of work and the insurance company gave them a lot of problems with a third party estimator which is why it took so long. They kept on top of it and the car looks amazing for the amount of work they did.

I can’t speak on their quality of work but I can speak on their customer service. After making an appointment and waiting several weeks (which I didn’t mind at all) I called the morning of my appointment to ask whether I should expect to leave my truck or if we’re just doing an estimate. I was told that there was “no way for them to know what the insurance adjusters schedule is” and that they would “call me back in an hour to see when they could get me in” it’s been 11 hours since that phone call so I just assume they just don’t want my business. This was increasingly confusing to me as from the very beginning I explained to them that I had already been cut a check from my insurance and I just needed to get my truck fixed. Dominick, the employee who “helped” me is an extremely condescending, unhelpful, and apparently dishonest person.

Apex did a flawless job on the quarter panel of my Mustang and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Id recommend them to anyone!

I had dropped off a few body parts that didnt come color matched from the factory. They got my paint code and chipped it. I was a little nervous as Im a little OCD about my car, a couple days later i received my parts back, took them home and they matched the car. I am very impressed as the shade of white is difficult to match, and they did it with out my car there as a reference first try. The customer service was top notch and professional and the paint work was great. I would recommend this shop to any friends or co-workers.

Did a very good job on my truck, and worked with me through everything. I highly recommend going through apex.

Had to have the front end repaired due to hitting a deer. Got my truck back and the clear coat on the hood they replaced had runs in it, including a drip that had dried. It was also missing the engine decal that shows the belt routing. I took it back and they found the decal in the back and resanded the clear coat. Today I went to check my oil and found it was missing the rubber spacer that goes between the hood and the fender on one side. They have no quality control to allow such poor work to leave their shop. Now I wonder what other parts are missing. Stay away from APEX. Poor quality.

My experience with Apex here in Clovis was nothing but positive! Their customer service was impeccable. The work done on the car was impressive. I could not tell the difference between where had been repaired and the rest of the car. Even my cars complicated paint was matched perfectly! Cant say the same for my insurance sadly. My Local Geico agent Larry Tibbs made the experience very difficult and take 20+ days longer than it should have. But thats for a different review. I would and have recommend this shop to anyone.

I have given these people ample time to remedy the problem. The repair was not quality and they used junk aftermarket parts after they said they would put oem parts on my truck. They conveniently got amnesia when I called them on this. I have given them ample time to remedy this, but remain extremely unhappy! I was so unhappy with the repair, I sold my truck. Every time I looked at my truck I would get mad all over again. I would avoid these people!

All I have to say is this has been a good easy process with apex I messed up my 2011 f250 all I did was take it to my insurance let them take pictures handed it off to apex and they took care of the rest I like to be involved the process and they let me look and walk me through the process of my truck being fixed I knew my truck would take a while to fix my plans where about two months but not as long to fix it as expected jjs a cool dude ask for him if you are to get a repair he has helped me out a lot on my repair
