After 6 months, no straight answer, no one answering phone only contact was via email, i canceled my order, was lucky to have charges refunded, now hearing horror stories of people having to go to court to get their money back, and they closed.

Exceeded my expectations as a small warehouse-type furniture store. Great selection for every style and budget. You can’t beat the helpful service and friendly staff! Management was quick to get back to me when I had questions and helped me find the best deal on a quality mattress. The process was super quick and easy!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered couch back in March they told me 4 to 6 weeks that they would be in. They closed for covid which made us already at the 5 week mark after ordering and never reached out to me I messaged them on multiple occasions and only got a response maybe 25% of the time. They said I would get my couch the middle of may or the end of May at the VERY latest. June came still heard nothing call them multiple times and still no response when I finally get thought they say my couches arent gonna be in until the middle of JULY!! Im livid and asked for a refund they told me 5 to 7 days for refund we are now on day 7 still no refund. I call them again and they say 7 to 1p days!! Worse company Ive ever dealt with!

Really great selection and the staff are friendly and informative. But the best thing is that the prices cant be beat. Im not buying a couch at another store when I could spend almost half on the same one here. Any furniture I buy in the future will be from this place and Ill be recommending it to all my family and friends.

The two young men who delivered my furniture were exceptional! Polite & respectful, they removed their shoes at the door every time they came in—even while carrying a couch! They were knowledgeable about the products, careful to not damage the furniture or my walls, and they did all of the setup. They hauled away the old couch, cleaned up all packaging materials, and were careful to make sure everything was how I wanted it. Great job!Plus they did all of this on a Sunday after driving down from Cloquet on slippery roads! Owners of this company should take note and give some recognition/bonus to the two young men who did my delivery on 02/03/019. They are building you customer loyalty in ways salespeople can’t do. This public warehouse-like store is rather plain, but that ensures prices can remain low! The college-age employees cared a tremendous amount about finding me a suitable mattress. This was the last stop on my list during a multi-store mattress search, but I ended up getting a mattress from here. An unassuming place, but it has great furniture! Highly recommended.

The workers were a great help in assisting me in finding what I needed. They are very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable in their products. Prices are fantastic compared to all nearby furniture stores without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend checking it out.

I purchased a mattress with a protector to get the 30 day sleep trial, ended up wanting to switch from a pillow top to a plush and they swapped it out no questions asked with a brand new one. These guys have great customer service and are very easy to talk to. Great prices too!

Thought it was a great place. Then went back to them to buy some more furniture. This time it was a disaster!! They ordered me over 2000.00 worth of furniture. Its been 2 months and I still dont have my stuff. They wont give me my money back. They just keep telling me next week they will have my furniture, but next week never comes!! I will never go back there again! If I were you I wouldnt go there either!!!

Although I wasnt really sure if I had the correct location....at the time the there was no actual sign just a sheet of paper on the door....I finally took a chance and ventured in. John was quick to ask if I needed assistance but was never pushy and never followed me around the store. When I was ready he answered all my questions, never pushed a product I didnt ask about and loaded my mattress into my truck for me. The service received here was top notch and although their selection is nice and quality also surprisingly very nice, the service will keep me coming back. Thanks!!!!

Furniture Express does not stand behind what they sell!I bought a mattress from them and I told them my needs they sold me a plush mattress. They admitted they should have sold me a firm mattress the best they will do is SELL me a new one.Furniture Express has contacted me and are willing to take the mattress back and upgrade it for the difference in price and free delivery.I cant ask for better service than that.UPDATE: The manager is full of empty promises! Its been over 5 weeks and he never came through with his promise. I have been sleeping in a chair for months so now Ill have to go shop for a new mattress that will fit my needs elsewhere .I will never stop foot in Furniture express again!!😡😡

Everything in the showroom was dirty. Good help must be tough to find as the staff seemed distant from sales or customers.

I placed order on 11/5 after a call to and assurance by FE that sofa/loveseat was available and stock in the desired color. told it would be delivered in a week.After more than a week of no updates or trackting info i called only to be told by FE that they DONT have items in stock and oh by the way we wont have it until DECEMBER 3.i had gotten no phone call, email or any notification at all of these facts.So now i pick different color that IS in stock. told to wait ANOTHER week to have it brought from warehouse for shipping.it is now 11/ 17 i called and was told it would ship on mon 11/19 and take 3-5 days to arrive.NOPE. today is 11/26 and still no furniture. I was told to call company named Forward Air.(time to pass the buck now)So i contact Forward Air this morning to arrange delivery.This company just gave a delivery window for tommorow 11/27 11a-3p.And this nightmare isnt over yet.Forward Air just informed me that i was getting what is called a pallet delivery which means they will unload furniture in my parking lot and Leave,not into my home or even to the porch.this is so sad.i live alone on a fixed income and i am handicapped and mobility disabled.So now i sit here wandering whats gonna happen and how will i get this furniture into the house?UNBELIEVABLE. I need to add the fact that i did in fact pay a $150.00 DELIVERY FEE to Furniture Express.This is AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Bottom Line-.IF YOU DONT LIVE IN MINNESOTA DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY even though they advertise we ship nationwide.SAD
