We stopped in to see if we could get a covid booster at the pharmacy and they got us right in without an appointment, even though they were super busy. They were kind, quick, professional and caring. We were very impressed.

Love the selection they have. Found a cooler im hoping to buy soon and found some cute and adorable clothes for my daughter and my son.

Im definitely a small business guy but when needed ill go to Wal-Mart. I gave it 3/5 because they have what I need.. but for the love of god open up more registers.. first they took away the cashiers then you change the self check out to credit/debit only?! now we wait in line for 20 plus minutes (usually longer) because you have 2-4 cashiers working. yet you go to the customer service station and they have 5 people talking and standing around.. wouldnt go if we didnt need to.

Friendly and helpful staff. Produce very fresh with eye catching displays. Makes dinner planning easy. Staff takes great pride in their area! Bravo.I also find the staff in the automotive department extremely helpful. Everyone from the ladies at the counter to the mechanics in the shop know how to answer all of my questions. It gives me great confidence that I am getting very good auto service

Went to this wal-mart to get some thing that wal-mart in Duluth didnt have.

I have a knee injury and need to stay off my feet so I ordered some groceries for delivery. The website stated that delivery was not only available, but my order would arrive in 2 hours. Two hours passed and the order stayed in limbo. No call from the store, no knock on the door. Finally I started an online chat for help and was told the order had been scheduled for the next morning! Imagine my frozen items thawing on my front step while I am at work. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They gave me a number that was disconnected. I had to google the store myself, called and was told the people in that department went home for the day. With my order sitting there melting! I actually had to ask for a manager and the operator begrudgingly transferred me. He explained how I was to cancel my own order, but now I have no confirmation of a refund, AND MAY NOT BE FULLY REFUNDED according to him. Apparently they use a 3rd party for delivery but nobody bothered to come to work today. That didnt stop them from accepting my delivery order did it? Not one person in this ordeal seemed to care about the customer and now I might also be out $80??!

This woman annoys me far less than most. The times that I have needed help the staff actually has been helpful when Im able to find someone. My only two complaints are sometimes I practically have to chase down help and the store reset that they did in order to match the Duluth location kind of bugs me. They took the entire store and rotated it counterclockwise 90° from what it used to be. The only things that did not change was the pharmacy and the bakery the rest are in different places. One clever thing that they did marketing wise is they changed all of their signs to mimic the Walmart app perfectly same color same font. I give this Walmart a score of 7.5 out of 10 compared to six other locations that Ive been to.

They actually have checkout clerks working! Store was clean and well lit. The associates were happy to help us find what we were searching for being that it was not our normal Walmart. Excellent service.

Recently, though Im not sure it has been at all locations. But Walmart has decided to go through and rearrange their store, this was already an unpleasant place to have to visit and now it makes navigating the store more of a headache than it is worth. The store layout map is a joke, and a poorly written one at that. Its just arrows pointing in two directions. With massive lists underneath it. How could you make this place worse? Just ask corporate I guess.

If you dont want your customers to shop during a remodel maybe wait till after 11:00p.m to do the remodel instead of hiring a group of people that stand around in the middle of aisle in the way of you shopping asking you if you could move when all youre trying to do is get some bad pads for your baby. After I was asked to move I said maybe you guys should move theres three of you that are supposed to be working standing around not doing nothing and then it almost turned into a confrontation because apparently a group of young men do not like to be told that theyre supposed to be working notstanding around and talking. Got to love when a group of employees can almost turn a confrontation into violence at Walmart .

They are frequently out of merchandise. Need to improve on doing inventory. They have been remodeling our local Wal-Mart for weeks. Its a mess. It was very hot in the store yesterday. Uncomfortable for shopping.

Most of the time its 2-3 star visit. Out of popular items, stock is usually everywhere and employees unhelpful. Proceed with caution.

I put in my wedding cake order on April 28th and on June 16th, 3 days before my wedding, is when I received a call from the bakery that they didnt get the supplies for my wedding.I understand not getting what you need in time but 3 days...3. Days. Before. My. Wedding. Im seriously disappointed in this. We ordered almost 2 months ago to make sure they had time.While I will continue grocery shopping here, I wont be able to trust their bakery to fulfill any sort of custom order.

The service can be good but also bad depending on who you talk to, they switch around things often so you have to look threw the hol store for just one thing. Its no ma and pip store.

So dirty and rude employees. I only go to this particular Walmart because its one of the closest to my house. All the Walmarts near me are dirty and rude.

Not good! They had moldy bread, rotten veggies, rotten fruit and rotten meat, I mean a lot of rotten food for sale!! This is the worst Walmart I have ever seen!!! Disgusting!! The floors are terrible dirty! You can tell NOBODY cares about that store and Im very surprised people even go back!!! Dont go unless you are looking for rotten products to purchase!

They raised all their prices and took almost all cashiers out, which means we have to do our own scanning and bagging.I think they got mixed up, if we are to do our own scanning and bagging at least you could do is not raise the prices.Our time matters!!

Went to get groceries around 9pm. Went check out with a full cart to find out have to check myself out and I have to use a checkout without a belt. No only I have no wear to put my groceries on I have to check myself out. Sorry I am not an employee and I cant even use a self checkout that I can unload my cart. B.S WALMART!! I left my cart. I am done with walmart.

Put my full cart of items on a self-checkout register only to find out the machine accepted cash only. Not a big deal because it wasnt busy. If I had waited in line and go through that and wait in another line I wouldve been irritated.

Now when I get supplies Im going to buy products that recognize the planet crisis our kids will be dealing with. WHY ARE WE STILL MAKING PLASTIC? WHY ARE GREEDY COMPANIES STILL USING PLASTIC? WHY ARE WE BUYING PRODUCTS THAT USE PLASTIC IN THEIR PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING. We need more responsibility in our practices and purchases. Im so ashamed of my ignorance and complicity

Sunday 5/16/2021. Ordered tires and schedule an appointment for mounting. Drove from Superior to Cloquet as the Superior store is a nightmare to deal with. Arrived at the Cloquet store just in-time for them to send me an email cancelling my appointment. They never opened the doors.

I order my groceries online and pick up at curbside. This so convenient, I will continue shopping online for years to come.

Typical Walmart. Hard to find stuff as they seem to move it around, they sometimes stock items and sometimes not. Produce is generally not the best. Ive always had good service from the deli and the bakery is good.

Out of stock three of five items I stopped for. The restrooms were out of order.

Well, its a Walmart, pretty much just like all the other Walmarts Ive already been to except for they had some sort of weird construction going on back by where they have the milk and eggs kind of made things a little difficult.

Had my T shirts in stock and I was happy about that. Hard to come by 4x these days.

Best toy section in the area. No joke! Whoever runs this department KNOWS what they are doing. Please teach the other area stores about how to run this department. It never disappoints and I drive 2 hours to visit just for toys.

There is a lack of help,tried to call tires Express for a appointment and no one would answer phone. Wanted to buy some paint and no one was in paint department and couldnt get anyone to mix paint.

Managers and employees refuse to sell display models and other things published on their own website and via their own price checkers. Just another Walmart with a bunch of high school diploma dropouts.

It was good, but it couldve been a little better run. I did get my new wireless earbuds there, came with everything needed and staff member was very helpful with everything and when we needed to get something else he did not get annoyed or angry at us. The cherry plums were opened and spilled but other than that it was a good experience

They dont have what I need sometimes. They have a good array of stuff I just wish they would keep a better eye on people stealing. I always see open packages in the automotive stuff all the time.
