This UPS Store location gives the best service of any print-shop, package sending station, or notary service of anywhere Ive been to in my life. The staff is FAST & courteous. I recently needed a softcover book spiraled & they got it done that same day. Everywhere else was a two-day wait & cost more. I cannot say enough good things about this store & its excellent staff!!!!!

I regularly bring personal- and business-related boxed items here for shipping. The owner and staff have always been fast, efficient, and friendly. Im typically in and out in no time. Ive received helpful advice that has improved my practices. Im moving soon and will miss this store -- Ive been to other UPS Stores and have found this one top-notch.

Super rude couple who run it. The older woman who is currently wearing braces was very rude!!!! I had made a mistake on a page I had notarized. I admit it, my mistake. Normally, at my UPS store back home, they re-stamp the new page and send me off. Thats good customer service. She charged me $5 again. When I asked about the charge she said, Its not our mistake, if it was, I would not charge you, but its your mistake. Next time, I will just go to Wells Fargo for notarization and Kohls to drop off an Amazon return. Im not going to give them business. The last time I was there, she scolded me for handing an Amazon return in the packaging it came in. She said, Read the directions next time. I will drive further for better customer service. I really dont need this first thing in the morning. Like others have said, if I could give it NO stars I would. I normally dont write reviews, but they shouldnt be in the service industry. Im here researching the next nearest UPS store. I trust UPS more than the US Postal Service and Im willing to drive further for decent treatment. Update: Owners response is funny. You might want to read all the other one star reviews and do an examination of your treatment to your customers. Please do not be condescending. I will share my experience from this.morning with many who live nearby.

We go here for all of our business printing needs. The store is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and professional and it is quick to get in and out. They have a great graphic designer on site -- Jessica -- who is easy to work with and gets things done quickly.

Extremely helpful! For someone who does a lot of returns they are always very helpful about getting things organized and sent out. I can imagine I might not be the easiest customer and they are fantastic.

Absolutely horrible experience. The owner and manager are completely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately this hasnt been my only bad experience. The staff has been rude in the past, but I have never said anything because usually go in, wait however long I have to wait, and give them the package. This is the last straw through. I wont be going back, and will also be filing a claim with the BBB.

The owners of this store are so rude, I will ONLY go here for free Amazon returns. If I have to pay for anything I go to the UPS store on 100th street, where they treat you kindly. Worst customer service ever

I was a long time customer. Now...If I could give zero stars I totally would! The owners are extremely rude! I bought a box and tape to reboot my package. 23 for 2 boxes and a roll of tape. I went to tape the boxes that I bought to repackage my two packages and the owner told me that I needed to leave and go home to tape the 2 boxes that I bought. I have reboxed many things inside this store that I have been to SEVERAL times, and have NEVER been treated so poorly! I will NEVER give them my business again!!!!!

Last time I came in here the owner said and I quote we dont work for ups we are a franchise well that may be true but you have the ups logo on your shirts and store front. Keep that in mind when ups stops package shipments and pickups from your location.

We absolutely love utilizing this store for our printing needs! From business cards, flyers, to large posters they do the BEST job! Their turn around time is equally impressive! If we need something same day they have always gotten it done! We love this store and sincerely appreciate all that they do for us!

I had an unexpected deadline come up where a client wanted print materials for today, instead of the following week.I’ve never used ups before for print. However, I was desperate and gave it a shot by ordering my prints online. This was after 11am which is usually the deadline for same day prints.I didn’t call the store or anything. Drove 45 minutes to the store praying that they would just have some of it ready.I was completely blown away. I gave them my name and they provided me with all of the prints I had ordered. In an out in 3-5 minutes.Freaking awesome. Will use this store again. They also said to just call them next time and they will work with me that way instead of going through online.Edit: client was happy with the menus.

Jessica, the graphic designer on staff, did all the printed products for my wedding. She created the save the dates, envelopes, wedding invites, programs, as well as our thank you cards. She was very easy to work with and helped make my vision a reality. She was quick to respond and always gave me a variety of proofs to choose from. I would recommend going in there to look at all of her past work, it really helps you see everything she is able to do.If you are looking to have a custom wedding invite or save the date made for a reasonable price, I would totally recommend using Jessica and the UPS store.

Bad experience not once but twice

Yesterday I was looking at different UPS locations in the area and their reviews and was incredibly concerned to take my package to all of the locations other than this one. My receipt says that Karen was the individual I interacted with. She was incredibly kind and very helpful in packing up my item and getting it shipped out. I had great service and I appreciate it, especially after being so spooked by all the reviews I read for different locations prior to going to this one. Thank you for your help!

This place is the best! The staff is super friendly, and their service is outstanding. I have a PO Box there for my business, and I have them do a lot of printing for my clients. The printing is quality with great pricing. I highly recommend going here for printing of all sizes, binding, etc. As a small business owner, I wonder what I ever did without them!

Arrived at exactly 1:00 pm for a 2nd day letter to send. Door was locked and women inside would not open. No customer service. I’ll find a different UPS Store in the future to give my business.

I am regularly in here shipping catalogs and samples for my business. The owner is so friendly and she always works to get me the best rate when advising me on packaging. I really appreciate this location and will never go elsewhere, even if its not the closest one to my home!

I have always had a great experience with the UPS store in Clive. They have been more than accommodating with my needs. They are a local and family business that takes care of the folks in their community.

Much better than the UPS store on westown. Dont even waste your time at that one with the owner. This location is quick and the staff are very pleasant.

I give it a 5 star because the staff have always been super friendly and helpful, Ive never had a bad experience, and Im in/out in 5 minutes. I drive 5 or 10 minutes to get here but its worth it because I know I can drop and run, and my package will get there on time without issue. I wish I could say the same about the USPS in Waukee. They try hard, but the influx in residential growth has them spinning their wheels (literally), struggling to gain tracktion. UPS Store in Clive/Waukee - They are great at what they do...

I came at 6:15 pm and it was closed even though the sign said 6:30. I had rushed across town after looking up the hours online and just wanted to drop off some prepaid packages. A woman employee inside the store shook her head no at me and turned her back. Not happy.

Terrible service. 80 year old woman tried to get me to buy an over priced box because my box wouldnt sustain a gorila sitting on it. When I refused she told me it was the right thing to do. When i refused again she then told me she was going to put it in the box anyways and repeated because it was the right thing to do. Apperntly when you need to return something from Amazon you need to buy a UPS store box so they can make a profit off you....wont be going back to this store.Sincerely,Questioning My Morals

Went to purchase a UPS return shipping label and she wouldnt sell it to me unless I shipped the package from her store UPS. She advised that she would not make any money for just a return label. Would not recommend this UPS store to anyone!
