Both times I have come here in the past 2 weeks I have received spectacular service!

First time going here. Needed to make a new resume. Dont have office on home computer but rented a work station computer that does have office word program. Nice computer with good working space and a comfortable chair. Nice to have a bathroom right there when you spend a couple hours there. Easy to find right off main road with plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tom who helped me with a couple questions I had about the word program. He assisted me in locating resume templates on word which made creating my resume exponentially easier. He also recommended me to save my resume as a PDF file so that when I send it to potential employers as read only and not a working word doc. That did make my resume sending more professional and was a very good idea to do such. Would highly recommend this place.

Aaron was VERY helpful and polite. I showed him the other reviews on here and he said that he could not recall them, but he has to keep the line moving during the day so customers dont get frustrated with wait times. Over all it was a little pricey, but Aaron got the job done quickly and very well. I would come back for anything that I need to ship any day of the week.

Closing time on a Saturday night. Staff had not locked front door. My husband asked to pick up a package. Individual grunted that they were closed..then repeated himself three times....no dialog or better excuse why he could not get the package. Please teach your employees better communication skills with customets......I expect this service from the Chicago DOT ....not a business in Iowa...UPS is just 4 minutes east on University.

Rediculous how wonderful the customer service is. They are fast and easy to work with, the only place I will print anything.

Ive been using this place for a number of years and the service is great. Fedex overall is the best shipping service there is.

I have nothing but good things to say about FedEx Office! This location has an amazing staff who are always willing to go above and beyond, especially when Im the one who ordered the wrong print sizes!The website is very sub par, but this location does everything through email if youre having trouble! As a local artist, I believe the price is fair and their willingness to make my projects right is everything!

Did everything I needed, helpful staff, worked through any issues I had to get to my final print product.

No issues with customer service, however cost of bubble wrapping a 12x9x15 in box was insane at $30. Not sure if its this location or all fedex locations for this price but thats steep.

This place was awesome the guy was very polite. He saw me coming with my arms full and went out of his way to come have it open before I got to it. Also he took the time to explain shipping to me. Anyone who will stop what they ate doing to help like that gets 5 stars.

They make you wear a mask, even though the governor lifted the mandate & I have a medical condition- I would think you would treat customers better but I guess you don’t want any customers.

I have always found this location helpful and very friendly. I was really disappointed this time, however, after I went to this location, the third FedEx location of increasing importance after having been directed by the previous locations. Since this was an ethanol sample, the clerk directed me to the main local FedEx office in downtown Des Moines. This is quite some distance away, but it turned out to be wrong too! They, again very friendly, directed me to to the Ground FedEx facility, in Grimes, much closer to home, but also gave me a number to call. Turns out Grimes does not handle this either! Upon calling the national number, it turns out I need authorization before FedEx will ship this. I wish the FedEx staff were better informed.

Im grateful for the service the in-store employees provide during these times. They were all very courteous and capable when I stopped in today.

Wish I could rate higher. Literally just went through hell with the post office, came here to print off a shipping label, the man who helped me was remarkable, got me in and out in 5 minutes & must’ve been able to tell today wasn’t going my way as he didn’t even charge me for the single sheet print off. 100% recommend. Will no doubt be back

The employee at the front desk couldnt find the correct address in their system when trying to send a envelope and their frustration showed. Rather than investigate more or talk to a manager the rep said sorry we cant do this. Best thing I can recommend is you go to UPS... Needless to say I went to UPS, but will definitely avoid this location moving forward due to lacking customer service.

I go here often to drop off packages that are already to be shipped. The employees are great here! They take the packages from me and offer a receipt but normally I just give them the packages, they know me now, and walk out the door. Its that easy! One time I was running short on time and had brought my item to them to be shipped, the box Id brought was too large even including my filler so the employees helped me cut the box to size and tape it up. Awesome customer service w/ a smile from these guys!

The team at the FedEx Office in Clive is amazing. The entire team is always welcoming, helpful and accurate. I always feel happy leaving there that the team truly loves to make sure their customers are getting what they need and in a timely manner. Great Job FedEx Clive team!

Alli greeted me with a smile and proceed to assist me with all my needs. She was able to give me multiple estimates and recommendations that testified to her experience. Cant say enough good things about my first experience at this print shop. Was able to walk in and walk out with my print in hand in 10mins without any heads up to the faculty. Totally recommend!

Tom and John were amazing to work with on an issue that I had with FedEx and a Paypal Seller who improperly shipped an item to me from St. Louis. These two went above and beyond to ensure that I was covered on my return shipment and made my painful experience to this point a much more pleasant situation to deal with. Thanks again for your help guys!

The three stars is due to the rude gentleman that works there. Everytime I go in there he informs me & ONLY ME when they are closing. Three people came in after me, not one word to them. Apparently he thinks I am unable to tell time. How about a friendly hello next time

Jeremy is completely useless and has no knowledge about good customer service. This store would be much better without him. Others I have interacted with are great, especially Joel (assistant manager).

Excellent service, very nice associate helped me ship my package where it needed to go. Very fast, very convenient location. My package wasnt taped together and i thought going in id have to buy a roll of tape and get that set up before they could do anything, nope he taped it for me, no charge. Overall 10/10 experience. Thanks Fedex.

I think this location needs improvement about customer service, there is some nice people out there but the new people who start working. they dont really have a good customer service and thats what makes me wanna move to another printing press. i dont complaint about printing but the customer service.

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. I was in and out within 15 min.

Been here multiple times to print and ship different things and have never had a good experience! Worked with multiple employees how have been rude, abrasive, and negative.

They do a fine job, but its usually understaffed, so plan on waiting.Edited March 2019:Came here to print out a 100% scale drawing of a plan. The scale came out off. Not a lot, but enough that the print out is not useful. So Im out the cost of the service and the time to drive there.When I brought it to the attention of the young man, he told me in the nicest way that it is not his problem and he cant (or wont) help me resolve this.So if youre printing a scale drawing, be sure to bring a ruler and check it. Maybe before you pay.And you still have to wait in line.

I never write reviews but I was just here and the guy at the desk was very very rude! I was standing near the area where they ship items for you and before I even said anything the guy said Im with a customer youll have to check out over there and then I said well I need something shipped. He then said well Im with a customer and I said should I come back later? And then he says you can come back whenever you want. I turned around and left. Ive never been so appalled at an employee in my life. May not sound like a big deal but he was so rude for no reason so I went down the street to the UPS store. Never going there again.

I have used this location multiple times for their print services. However, this last visit will be my last. I stood there with multiple employees chatting for awhile before they even bothered to look at me. I seemed to be a burden on the employee for wanting my order. After putting my print order in a package I then waited in their shipping department. The person that helped me at one point started talking to me from a different location without even looking at me. All of the employees except for one treated me with completely no respect and like I was a burden on them. Shipping three envelopes ended up setting me back over $20. Never doing service with FedEx ever again.

Horrible. I ship out a lot 15-20 packages a week. I always used USPS so i said al give it a try with FedEx . Guy named Aaron was rude like i was an inconvenience. that guys hates his job definitely. i ended up paying double amount what i usually pay. . Never never again. FedEx did deliver packages. But i will never go to this location again.

The equipment is clean and works well. Self service is easy. The staff is slow and inattentive.

Always very helpful and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

I was extremely displeased with the customer service that I experienced. The guy at the counter had no personality and was rude. His name was Aaron and has worked there since 2014. He made me repeat myself multiple times and agrued with me. He also refused to give us a discount when my bf drives for fedex. He has worked for FedEx for 3 years and they gave us a discount last year. We drove out of our way to go there when we could have taken our business elsewhere.

First time shipping with FedEx. Seemed more expensive than other alternatives but the staff was very helpful and friendly offering best options for mailing.

I had used ups yesterday. so i checked fed ex today. I was sickened to find out UPS was OVER 20% higher. I will never use ups again. fed ex i am sorry i didnt use your service.
