This store is amusing. I had never been to one before today. I saw dollar tree items that were priced at $1.99. I wouldnt have thought a thing about it except I have the exact same things. They say its a consignment shop but it feels more like a very, very expensive Goodwill (because theyre already expensive). Idk, I did find a couple a decent items that werent too high priced but Id have bight plenty more had items been reasonably priced. My cashier was very nice and pleasant. By receipt says he name is Za.

We went looking for some last minute Halloween costumes. We found a few and then other Stuff the kids liked. So we had a nice little shopping trip today. The grandchildren and I found some interesting things at reasonable prices. Left the store with 5 happy children and a not so empty pocket grandma. Lol

When I first got there they were about ten minutes late opening up the door. I saw something I wanted to purchase earlier in the week. Someone came to help me right away, which was awesome! I made the horrible mistake of buying a glass item in their special case WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST. I figured that it would be fine, because they “must have” checked it over before putting it on the shelf, since this is a consignment shop, not a thrift store. MY MISTAKE… I should know better. At the hotel, I opened the box and took the item out of the box. THEN I noticed there were chips in the item in four different places rendering it absolutely valueless!!!! I like to buy things for my personal collection that have value. Basically, I just gave $50.00 to this place. If you buy from here, check over all of your stuff BEFORE purchasing. I made a mistake, but it won’t happen again!!!!

I took in a nice sofa ( told them it was smoke and pet free home but was told they don’t care…) then he said we’ll put about 300 on it. I almost fainted and begged him to only put about 150. I wanted to sell it. I received the email that said they put 290 on it and I thought ok, It will go half in a couple months but still wished they hadn’t priced so high. A few months later I was in there and noticed the tag said $310. I was told they add a tagging fee (!??) when I was back last week I asked if it was sold. She pulled up my account ( which goes to my junk mail so I never see it) and it showed I was paid $4.40. Please tell me how you came up with this amount. Even at 90% off it should have been $10! I will never be taking furniture there again. I could have gotten a $100 write off at good will. It is a fun place to shop for trinkets and I have spent plenty money there but this issue really soured me.

Clean and have lots of stuff available. I always find something when I go in. I think they could choose to be a little more picky about some of the clothes (a few have been a bit stained or torn I’ve seen) but they do a better job of it then Goodwill does.

MUST go! Love this place! The first time I went was after a long day of work and I spent three hours in there and still havent seen the whole store LOL

Very big, very full of good thrifty stuff.

More than once I have encounter poor results from dropping off items. First time I used a tote and it had three identical blouse one black one burgundy and one yellow and orange flowered. They only kept flowered one thats when I found out that you no longer get anything back from the tubs. Also no reasonable explanation why the shirts were not taken. So then they told me if I wanted my items back I had to purchase a black bag. I went in today to be told they emailed me and donated all items as some were summer and others were outdated. These were clothes from Yonkers, Dillards and etc. There was also a bag of brand new sand bags used for outdoor games. I find this all very questionable and will not ever use them again. Also I went thru all of my email the current, deleted and junk and found no email. Seller beware

For too many reasons, I WOULD NOT recommend consigning with the Clive Stuff. It’s not worth the hassle!! Have a garage sale or donate your items to a charity!!

Very busy today with the half off sale, but still found several good deals on Thirty-one, pampered chef, silver jeans, Victoria Secret sweatshirt, and scentsy

Its kinda over priced for being a consignment shop. My daughter picked up a TV hutch and it was $50 at 80% off and it wasnt even solid wood completely around.

Wanted to drop off some clothes & the lady that helped me was sooo rude. She took one look at one piece of clothing I had (it was wrinkly) & told me she couldn’t take it & didn’t even bother to look at the rest of my stuff.

I need more time to look at everything! Its amazing!

This is not your average 2nd hand store. Spacious aisles, clean atmosphere, and a wide variety of items should make this a regular stop on anyones search for bargains. Merchandise comes and goes so grab it quick. Lots of furniture, clothing, and household items plus lots more.

Stuff is one of the cleanest and well-organized thrift / consignment stores Ive visited. Its a little too easy to find something you cant live without.

Make sure to watch the prices when you go in there. The last 2 times I have been in their I have had to have my receipt fixed because they ring things up wrong. I understand mistakes happen but this is starting to see more consistent. When I called about getting a refund they asked that I bring it back in in the next couple of days which isnt always possible. I feel like if you charge the wrong price you should make it right whenever I can bring it back.

Good selection of items but the customer service here is awful. There are no associates anywhere... And when you can find one they are super rude and difficult to understand. I get that they are under staffed but dang... Quality over quantity.

Very interesting place to stop by every so often. Sometimes they have just what youre looking for. Other times nothing comes come. But the prices are great!

Helpful staff, clean restrooms. Covid precautions in place. Lots of merchandise. Everything but a kitchen sink. Most items in good condition. No returns allowed but you can try on clothing and plug in electronics to test. Some prices almost as high as retail but sales based on length of time in store. Check out clearance first.

There were about 20+ customers waiting to check out multiple employees on the floor but only 2 cashiers. Plan to wait longer than when you visit Walmart.

One of my favorite places to shop. Ive been shopping at Stuff since they started business in their tiny store. Ive shopped at every location across the state and have gotten great deals. Not a fan of how they switch dates on their tags. I appreciate the cleanliness and quality of what they accept to consign.

I went with a group of people early today. One of the cases was open and there was some tinker toys boxed up. We assumed since the case was open and nobody was around we could look at it. A lady working there flipped out on us. A member in my group asked to look inside it to see if or what was left in it since it was a older set. The woman got smart and told us we couldn’t look in it by the case and that we would have to look at the counter. So my group member went to the counter and stood there waiting to look inside. The worker then ignored her and told her to look around and when they decided to check out that they’d open it. Kinda sketchy. What if this was the only thing they could afford in the store? It wouldn’t make sense to make them walk around before looking would it? So my group member requested to look again and the woman proceeded to yell about she was busy but she wasn’t. So we continued to shop. When we went to check out she refused to check us out. Another member in my group had enough of it and told her it was wrong for her to be rude and talk to us in that manner. She turned around and started yelling at us about how she’s not a rude person. She got smart and said what you want a manager to tell them how rude I am? It was kinda baffling. I was completely disgusted. People had stopped to watch the worker lose it. We had very little kids with us and they got frightened. I left with my son because it was to the point of it being bad. The woman was older with blond grayish hair. If that helps the management. She was working with a Asian girl. The other coworker acted like this was normal behavior from her. I’ve shopped and brought things to here for years. I’m done coming here. To scare my kids is absolutely inappropriate. With the world how it is today who knows what she would of done to me or them.

This place had everything you could think of. They did have a sale the day we went which was nice, otherwise I would have said things were a little pricey.

I would have given a 5 star review if it wasnt for the older lady who worked at the cash register. She was screaming at custumers calling them rude. Her attitude towards customers and snapping on people is nuts. She was absolutely insane. The woman obviously hates her job and should not work there anymore. Yikessssss ....she had grey short hair.

Not sure how they arrive at pricing. There was a hammock there that was priced higher than brand new at Menards. A lot of things seem over priced for a store like this.

Whats the point of having a mask policy if youre not going to enforce it? This is hands down the worst place Ive been to since Covid in terms of employees enforcing masks.So you guys arent enforcing your mask policy?Oh, we are, why?...The guy you just talked to wasnt wearing one.Oh he wasnt? I didnt even notice.This is constistant. Ive been here multiple times in the past few months. I bring it up with an employee every time. No one cares.Ill come back in a year.

My car was hit and damaged due to no cart corral and a light breeze. Instead of an apology from management I received a “wow that’s unfortunate”. Nothing sincere, no offer to help, literally a dry “yeah they won’t do anything for you”. So that’s neat. I was there to drop stuff off since I had just looked at their website and it states hours and that they stopped accepting consignment 30 minutes before close. I had over an hour. I could see I’d need to contact an actual human being instead of this Rude Robot I asked for a tote. With a mighty eye roll she states it’s closed and that it’s posted on the door. Yunno, not on their website like any normal or even remotely professional structured business. Again no sorry for inconvenience just a huff. I’m appalled the amount of disrespect this place continues fo show it’s “customers” time and time again.Please, save yourself the time and just key your own car whilst lighting your stuff on fire in your trunk.

A bit pricey for used goods bit other than that they do have a good selection of things you didnt realize you needed but actually do.

I like shopping here for womens clothes and thats about it. You can get really good deals on their clearance racks. Nice stuff for cheaper than Goodwill. But their kids section is always lacking. The other kids consignment stores are better if thats what youre after. As far as consigning...Im not consigning with them anymore. They no longer return the items they pass on unless you buy one of their Stuff bags. The one pro to consigning with them is that they are not as picky about what they accept as other consignment stores. But you cant get your stuff back that doesnt sell or that they dont accept, which is a major con. Ive done a lot of consignment in my day and no other store has ever operated like this. The other major con is that it takes them a month to get your stuff out on the sales floor. Its just crazy how long it takes them. They need to figure this out and fix it.

I love this consignment store. Very clean and organized. Super easy to drop off your things. Easy money and you clean out your house too! Double pro.. Its nice and big. Lots of stuff! New items all the time. I love it....

I wont say I hated this place, but I also cant say Im a fan. That being said, changes certainly can be made to win myself over, and apparently those who have also left negative reviews. I took a thorough look through the mens sportswear sections, and I found that the fast majority shirts were marked between approximately $10-$15. Thats the same price range for Ross and Marshalls for brand new attire. Much too much. Now, as for what I did like, the organization was ideal. The pets section is extremely limited, but I found a Gentle Lead branded for my dog which cost just 99 cents, and they retail for $45-$50, so that was incredible. Also found a light up collar for night time walks for just $1 more... My personal recommendation for success? Sportswear shirts should be in a competitive price range with other thrift shops, which is $5-$10. If possible, find a means to expand Pets merchandise, as that area lacks severely but has great pricing. Theres potential here, but Im not yet a fan. I will check back at some point.

I was employed at Stuff when the Clive store was a literal empty shell. I have to say, I was honestly blind sided, & ended up finding myself 3 years later, feeling completely fooled, confused, disappointed, hurt, & angry when I begin being personal witness to exactly what & who this company really is, & what they are doing, to their consignment customers, & their dedicated, hard working employees. I recently had to leave this job & this company, for the simple fact of having something this company, Ive come to realize, definitely does not have! What Im speaking of is whats called, a conscience! I could no longer be part of the dishonesty, dis loyalty, & just complete wrong doings, I found myself in the middle of. All Im able to say to the consigners & potential consigners at this point in time is, Consigners Beware!

Great for shoppers but bad for consignors. I am reluctant to consign again with Stuff Etc because they fail to place proper monetary value on items. They do not take label or quality into consideration. Items that could have sold for $15 - 25 in small, independent resale shops Stuff put $2 -5 price tags on them. I consigned for sake of location convenience only to learn each Stuff Etc location charges a $5 fee that they take from the small amount of money earned from items. Literally, 50 cents earned from a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes. Stuff Etc is a donation drop off (unless you consider 50 cents to be better than nothing for very good quality items) with paperwork and consigning fees. Goodwill Industrues has always had a partnership with special needs persons in communities and I would rather support their efforts than feeding Stuff Etcs cheapskate feeding frenzy.

Great place to consign items and shop. I especially love the 50% and 80% off items. Look at the big sign in the front of the store and look at the dates on the tag to see if items are 50% or 80% off. Everything you need for the whole family, home, toys, outdoor and sports equipment, furniture, art, etc! The staff are friendly and helpful.

Always a ton of great inventory both new and used and priced greatly.

Fun place to shop for gently used items

Im done doing business here after the SECOND time this place STOLE from me. The first time they lost my stuff(stole it) I let it slide. The second time:I dropped off a black bag on Monday, 12/2. Never heard back. No call, no email. I called last night and spoke with I believe Kimberly. She took my information and said they MAY call me. This is not acceptable. I want to know where my belongings and bag are as well as why no one called nor emailed me in 11 days since I dropped it off. I followed up via fb messenger, which says theyd respond in 24 hrs, they did not.I asked them to Please find my stuff and if you lost it: offer a fair price for my belongings you took and the bag never returned.since they have not, Im now looking into small claims court for them stealing my stuff.

A friend told me about this place, so I had to check it out. I was AMAZED. It is a HUGE store (the Clive one anyway), packed FULL of clothes, shoes, mattresses, room decor, lamps, you name it! I definitely bought quite a few items the first time I visited. Its very clean, very organized, and good prices. Also, if an item has been in store for over 2 months its 50% off, and 3 months is 85% off!! I found a huge mirror I LOVED and got it for $11 after the 85%. Amazing. Im definitely coming back and bringing my family and telling my friends about this place! ♡♡

This consignment shop was so organized that i felt like i was in a big name shopping center! Everything was clearly tagged and sectioned. You knew what was on sale because its clearly marked in the section. Awesome location and great, friendly, helpful staff!!!

First time in there, I loved this place, spent 100.00 bucks bought everything I tried on...

Great deals on just about anything you can think of. The prices are even better the longer its been on the shelves. At 30 days its 50% off and then at 60+ days its an additional 80% off the sticker price.

The prices are great especially when you are a teacher looking to add to your class library.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Spoke with a manager Saturday who advised us to bring things in on Monday, which we verified with her was okay since it was a holiday. She assured us it wouldn’t be an issue. Drove 30 minutes just for them to tell us they aren’t taking donations on holidays. Which is fine but maybe train your MANAGERS to provide accurate information to consigners.

Extremely rude cashiers! Made me move to another register as she waiting for someone to ring up a dresser. Told to move to other line. Then the rude clerk asked if I wanted a bag for 2 sweaters. Stuff Etc has the finest gently used merchandise in the area. Their prices are reasonable, their staff friendly, and theres plenty of parking! My wife is addicted! Help me! 😀

Lots of neat stuff, good markdowns, but many things are originally priced very high. Look for the sales and youll be doing great!
