Wow, this is a fantastic shop for buying household items. I am coming to this shop for the first time. I was very surprised to see the products here and the prices are good. Lots of clearance items are also available. This is the best shop to buy gift items for housewarming. We bought rug from clearance with good deal. I love flower vases here those are very beautiful 😍. We can get variety of house decoration items. I like visit at home again another one fine day.

This place would be so much better if they could figure out how to contain the OVERPOWERING smells from the candles and potpourri. The staff is generally friendly and theres a decent variety of decorative home goods, but in all honesty the prices are a little high for the quality of products offered, and the smells are so strong that I avoid going here if I can find what I need elsewhere. Lots of percentage-off coupons if youre willing to sign up for their mailing list.

None of the staff wear masks and they are very rude about any kind of masking, social distancing, or general covid considerations. This is by far the most notably heedless and rude store I have visited during the entire pandemic. This attitude comes from their corporate team on down through this individual store. I enjoy looking at their seasonal items but I will never forget how they have handled this, and I will never shop here again. This place simply does not feel safe, and they also clearly dont care about their customers.

This store is the perfect go-to place for home decor. My husband and I have purchased pillows, rugs and shopped for topiaries. The rug and pillow selection is MASSIVE! Yeah, baby!!!

The stuff is nice if you like high prices and low quality. The staff varies between being amazing or trashy. Felt the need to review since I came in today and there was four employees hanging around in the the kitchen utensils area blocking the aisle and gossiping. Then the cashier I got that has purple hair smelled strongly of smoke. I’ll probably just go to thrift stores in the future.

I found a simple t fal pan that works well. Definitely a lot of products since I do love to cook and eat. Ill go back and check out more stuff.

Huge inventory. Prices very reasonable. Only one checker, but numerous staff?? Nobody likes to stand in line to check out!

This place has a huge selection of items. It was a little dirty but there was a lot of people there. Employees did a good job of quickly getting people through the check out lines but would have been nice to have more than two people checking.

Lots of selection but poor customer service. Was unable to find a clerk to help me, and then when I finally tracked one down, she just pointed to an aisle and said that it was somewhere in that area. The check out experience was also lacking as the cashier was less than pleasant.

Always love the selection here. Is a little overwhelming at first but once you start digging you will find all the perfect treasures to help bring your home to life! Posting pictures from Christmas but the selection is top notch all year round.

This is a fun store to walk around in, but the prices of some things are the same as other stores. Some things are more (I wouldnt recommend getting tables and dressers, they seem low quality) but other things are better priced expecally with sales.

They dont do exchanges.... so if you is a coupon for a purchase they wont honor it if you change your mind.. you are either stuck with your purchase or have to return and not get a discount... extremely frustrating after being told on the phone that they can do that... and driving 45 min just to be told no 🙄

This place has pretty much every version of a few different things that you would ever want. However, they didnt have what I was looking for. Also, such a damn mess it kind of gives me a stroke to be there.

Kinda seemed like a cross between a Halloween Express and the Walmart furniture aisle. Cheap decor and packed with maskless people when we were there.

I have a new office that is bright and cheery. I decided that since I spend more time there during the week that I would personalize it. There are built in bookcases, a big window and the walls are white.I picked out various items. A clock, two pictures varies shapes and sizes of vases, some woven items with texture.Various shades of blue. I havent put everything up yet, but it is a reflection of my personality and makes me feel at home.I have had cubicles before, but this office, and the way I decorated it, makes me feel peaceful.

I was excited to visit this store when a friend told me it was there. I have to say how disappointed I was! It was dirty, expensive and all of the employees were rude! When I asked a question it was as if I was disrupting them! I very much prefer Bed, Bath and Beyond to this store. Even the Half Price store or Walmart would be a much better experience and much less expensive for better products! I definitely wont be returning here!

This store is dangerous!!! So many beautiful items for home decor! Prices are pretty decent. Furniture is a little pricey but Im sure the quality is great! Hard to go through the store without wanting to stop and look at everything 😊

They had just exactly what I needed when I came in they were doing a good job keeping the people safe with covid and they were really nice when I was checking out. I would go again for decor needs.

Tons of stuff to look at and interesting selection. Just dont need things to be neat, tody, or organized. Felt like shelves/aisles hadnt been straightened in days. Restrooms needed to be cleaned and stocked very badly

This was the 2nd time we visited this store. We were very disappointed the first time because it wasnt as nice as their website showed it to be. Since we are still in the process of redecorating we decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately once again we came out empty handed.

My daughter and I went looking for our Perfect tree. All we found was your typical green tree, so walking towards the back their was our tree. Ombre of pink, champagne and silver!

Busy. Good deals on spring stuff. Always a crazy store but if you need something specific its nice. Good place for large area rugs. Been replacing the same low maintenance area rug for 5 years. Still just 60 bucks.

DECORATORS HEAVEN! Pillows, rugs, furniture, kitchen knick knacks, and a whole bunch of seasonal decor! The store is very big, very full, and organized! Ill definitely be coming back for my seasonal decorations!

Love this store! Went there after Black Friday for a Xmas tree. Very picked over. Alot of Xmas decor still available, but seemed to be slim pickings!

They have a wide selection of goods but some of the stuff is pretty cheaply made for the price they are asking. Found a few deals. In my opinion they are overpriced for their quality of goods.

They carry really cute home decor, but they are a little pricier on some things, but super cute decor. The pillow isles were quite messy when I there but overall not bad.

Always a great selection of bedding and towels. Staff were a little on the thin side so I couldnt find anyone to help get something down so left without buying it.

Im from Cedar Rapids, so I typically go to the Waterloo At Home store if Im looking for a shopping day. Ill tell you what - this store was so much busier and things were so much more organized. The staff was very slim (only 4 people working that we saw in the 3 hours we were there shopping), but the gentleman that helped us with our table purchase was fantastic. I wish I would have gotten his name! He was so friendly, helpful, and you could tell he cared about his job.

They have a lot of things to look at, their prices are really good too.

Great items here... mostly enjoyed clearence items as their prices are a bit high. Rating would be a 2 due to the unprofessional cashier who cursed f@#king God because she didnt want to have to do my return off the receipt. Forgot to use my coupon, came back in immediatley and they could not just do a return off the receipt, system wont allow. She expected me to go get all 20+ items i had purchased, many were wrapped, so that she wouldnt have to key in the numbers off the receipt. The manager stepped in and assisted. It was not worth my time and frustration for the $15 coupon.Plan to remove myself from Perks as they put restrictions and tell you the purchase has to go on the credit card to be used... reward email said nothing at all...didnt have my card with me and their system did not allow them to look it up. Really, what age of technology are we living in.???

One of the best kept secrets! Ill spend my entire paycheck if I didnt have bills. Lol

Great store if you can handle how overwhelming the amount of stuff is inside. There is a lot of everything but it is helpful when you’re look for something specific.

I was here Friday from Marion, Ia with 2 pictures on my phone from a previous trip a couple weeks back. I couldn’t find the art or the wall hanging I had decided on. I asked Stacey at the cash register and she said she’d help as soon as she got the other clerk to her register. She recognized the art and we looked, but to no avail. She took me immediately to the gold brushed pick up sticks wall hanging and I was glad to score one item out of two. Note to self, come with measurements in mind so you can buy first! So I’m waiting in check out and she brings up some art. Very close, but not exactly. Thanked her for hunting. I’m incredibly impressed at this! 2 minutes later she had found my exact art by looking at the picture again! She must of been digging, as I looked 15 minutes first. I know it may sound weird but there was so much stuff I didnt know what to do with myself. There wasnt a clear way to walk around the store. It was pretty dull inside too. Didnt really have a lot of fun. The selection of chairs is excellent though and the prices are really competitive. Good place to go for people on a budget.

I really like the selection of decorations here. Lots to choose from, lots of styles, and great holiday decorations too. I really only buy the stuff marked for clearance or steep sale, just because a lot of the products look neat but are not super high quality. For example, the little boxes for jewelry, keys, etc look really cool but are made of super thin material I hesitate to call wood. The rug selection is awesome, the lamps are great, and all the chairs/couches are nice.

I LOVE AtHome but its always a hot mess: pillows on the ground, baskets all over, and the paintings/pictures are the WORST! I always find something here and describe it as the Costco for home goods. But I feel the areas could be better cleaned up as the day goes and youd increase your sales - ESPECIALLY in the art dept. I cant even see half the stuff as theres way too much crammed in.

I *really* want to like At Home, but its really not worth the hassle sometimes. For starters, the store is usually very messy. Merchandising here essentially amounts to stacking piles of items on top of one another. There are cool items to be found, but you really have to look for them. Youll also want to check them over before you buy, because pieces are often damaged in some way—usually scratches at the very least.My other comment has to do with staffing. Its *very* hit or miss. Some of the associates are really great and friendly—among the best Ive interacted with at a retail store. Others seem to treat you as though your presence is an inconvenience. I notice it a lot more here than I do at other retail stores.If youre in the area, this place is worth stopping by to browse. I wouldnt go out of my way to make a visit here, though.

Awesome deals!!!! You must go!!! One example is my glass stove top cleaner for $2.99 same size bottle as other stores where its around $6!!!! Great florals and loads of seasonal and candles! Oh I got room deodorizer too on clearance for $.99 bottle!!! I love a great deal!!!

I came in to make a return and the lady helping me, was incredibly rude, wish she had a name tag on but she didn’t. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect! A little ironic as I was returning my item, I saw a note on the counter saying you guys were looking for friendly people to hire. Maybe you should fire the really rude ones first. I love your store but customer service sucks!
