Tried to have some seats recovered. Their communication skills very poor the quality of work the same. Do not recommend

Just called this place about getting my headliner removed and reupholstered . Ive had 3 other quotes all around 450 for full service. they said 300 if I bring them the headliner already removed or 900 if they have to do it. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS TO REMOVE A HEADLINER THATS TAKES ALL OF AN HOUR TO REMOVE. I laughed in complete shock, thanked the guy, and hung up. if you want to pay WAY too much for reupholstery then this is your place!

Overpriced. Wanted to charge two hours for a project I’ve seen other professionals do in a half hour. That, or it’s not worth his time. Either way, that’s bad customer service.

I needed a new cover for my pontoon. When it comes to pontoons there are a lot of obstacles the cover has to go around and still be snug. My old cover worked well but my new custom cover definitely raised the bar. If your looking to protect your investment I strongly recommend Plugugly Customs!!!

Very dissatisfied with work performed. Previous experience was great had damage from a storm that destroyed my boat inclosure. Filed claim with my insurance company to have work done here and Bimini top sagged after several attempts to have problem corrected nothing was resolved. Was told I would have to contact them about my complaints. As a business owner which I am not I would have contacted customer to resolve this problem.

I needed the seat for my Goldwing recovered. I didnt need a show winning seat or a magazine cover. He worked with me and designed a nice new seat. Excellent work and prices.

My custom made fishing boat cover is perfect! I have never had a cover that I felt comfortable with while traveling down the road. Matts ratchet strap system solves this problem. He also added some loops for tarp straps for extra security! There is extra padding where the cover fits over points of boat. The cover fits perfectly, even over the hard to fit areas like the trolling motor mount. Nice job, thank you Matt.
