Over 5 years I had them fill a chip in my windshield and it took maybe 15-20 minutes. Its still holding strong. Very efficient and friendly that time. I called today to see how much to fix and glue back in the rubber around the windshield. They could get me in that day and it only took about 5-7 minutes. Friendly staff there. I will be going back for any windshield glass repair for sure. Thank you I really appreciate you all there.

Recent hail storm left 2 nasty chips in my windshield. Started calling around for quotes & found these guys to charge half the price as others. Made appointment on Friday for Monday. Arrived on Monday & within 10 seconds of walking in the door a tech came greeting me from the back & we went out to my car to assess the damage. Super friendly guys & 20 mins later all was fixed & I was good to go. Do not pay $80-$150 on windshield chips! These guys are the best youll find & charge the absolute rock bottom price. Also, another tidbit of advice - DO NOT USE SUPER GLUE AS A TEMPORARY FIX BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! I didnt know any better, but now you do.

Needed new glass in a storm window frame. When I picked up the “repaired” frame the glass was cut too small so it moved around in the frame. I immediately took it back in and the clerk agreed a bigger piece of glass was needed. I never got a call that it was ready so two weeks later I called and they said it was finished. When I picked it up it was the same glass as before but to “fix” (hide) their error, they used a huge bead of caulk all around the glass. The glass was filthy and there were caulk finger prints all over the glass that took s lot of Goo Go e and muscle to remove. I was so frustrated with this poor service that I didn’t take it back. Not worth it.

Great place I had a 1 o’clock apt when I arrived at 1 within 2 minutes a repair tech was taking it in the shop. They told me 1 1/4 th hour and in was 5 minutes early.

Scheduled with a person twice to have a house window repaired. Took time off work twice to get it done. Tech never showed either time. Going on 2.5 weeks. Take your business elsewhere. Can save yourself time and a headache.

Ive had several years of experience with Harmon Auto Glass/Glass Doctor, and Ive received quality service every single time. Ive had rock chips in the front windsheild of all my cars through the years, and I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else. They are quick, do quality work, are very friendly, and very reasonably priced. I also appreciate that I can walk in and out, and have that kind of experience in a 20 minute appointment.

We were enroute to a family reunion from Colorado to Minnesota when our windshield broke (another long story). They were the only glass company in the area that could replace the glass that same day. The got us in and out in one and a half hours and we were still able to make it to the reunion.

Had a rear window replaced, there were several hiccups along the way with aftermarket windows not fitting, but these guys made it right, no excuses, and kept going until I got a OEM window that fit perfect. Customer service was great and these guys keep their word. Will definitely use them again. Awesome!!!

They didn’t call to tell me it was done. I called them. They had me sign and pay before I could check out the car. I opened the back and couldn’t get it to close again. My husband just took it back over there

VERY FRIENDLY, GOOD SERVICE....update, I questioned the quality of the glass when it was installed. It seemed thin. Sure enough, two months later I was driving the highway and a little pebble hit the glass. Needless to say I have to replace the wjndow..again! A thicker glass would not have done this!!! The company did nothing to stand behind it.

They stopped by and said they would get me a quote soon and I never received it. I then follow up a couple of times to try to get the quote and was told after a month they wont be able to do the job for us. We are all busy I get it but please dont waste peoples time.

Its been 2yrs dealing with this window! They first put it a window way to thick. Then I moved and was all covered and rudely stated that they will pay for the glass doctor in Evansville Indiana 4 hour round trip due to the mobile unit in Henderson KY being off no use because they didnt want to help, they would do the work. Then it was down hill from there. Never can get the right part, broke my for panel clips in my new car, weather strip trashed. Bonus part cant get a hold of anyone in corporate! Left multiple emails with all contact information. Still waiting. Now Im in Sarasota and the window has completely fallen out and the regulator at the base of my door! I wonder if someone will fix this for my 900 mile trip back home! The worst possible service I have ever experienced!

Cant comment on their glass service but they might be Christian haters. i was behind their van, with a plate ending in 203, with a nascar sticker and a Christian fish decal with the name Jesus within, upside down. surprised they allow this.
