Eric did a fantastic job on my 2005 Honda Odyssey. He went well beyond just good it was great. In fact my wife said is that our van! And that is a real compliment to how awesome it looked. Highly recommend!! Also had minor issues and Eric took care of it without question. Exact words Ill take care of it and did. (Pat is awesome).👍👍

1 out of 5 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND . Very unprofessional when it comes down to it. My husband and I took our motorcycle in for a complete paint job, they told us they would have the parts for 4-6 weeks. We dropped everything off at the beginning of January and just got the parts back in April. Communication was horrible, excuse after excuse on why it wasnt done in the 4-6 week time frame after promising week after week that it would be done and never committing for it to be completed on any of those weeks. Once we did get the parts back and put back on the bike we noticed the job was not done the way it should have been done. Blemishes all over, dirt under the paint, they said to bring it back in once it was put together and they would fix it. We did bring it back and Eric called my husband a liar saying he personally did that paint job himself and knows there was no messed up parts. My husband was also kicked out of the shop the day we took it back to be fixed because Eric did not believe that it was his fault. They told us it would be done in 1-2 days. We did not hear from them for a week and that was due to us calling asking whats the outcome. When we did call we got cussed at and told that they would call us, never heard from them had to call again after a couple days. Once we got the bike back home we looked it over and they had only fixed a couple of the screwed up parts we had pointed out. Didnt even fix everything they was supposed to. 100% do not recommend this company. This statement is me being nice.

Not on time, and communication was completely absent. Poor customer service. The repair was done well however.I brought my wifes car in for an estimate to repair a crack in the rear bumper. I was told that the repair would take 3 days. To clarify, I asked if it would be helpful if I scheduled a time to bring it in. I was told that wasnt necessary-- it would take 3 days from whenever I brought it in.I brought it in first thing Tuesday morning to get the work done and was again assured 3 days... Thursday evening (Tues-Wed-Thurs = 3 days) I called right before closing and was told it would be ready Friday evening or for sure before noon on Saturday. Friday and Saturday came and went, and I didnt hear a thing from them. Monday late afternoon, I had to call and ask what was going on. I was told it would be ready before lunch on Tuesday.Tuesday afternoon, I still hadnt received a call or any communication, so I drove to the location to get my car around 3 pm. It was sitting outside with no bumper on, and I had to sit and wait for them to finish the job that shouldve been done 4 days ago!In the end, I waited over a week for a job that was told would take 3 days, no communication was ever initiated by Maaco, and I had to show up in person and ask for my car back. There was no apology or explanation, and I didnt even want one at that point-- I just wanted my car back. I felt completely disrespected, as my wife and I were sharing a car and we were using Uber and Lyft to get around while I twiddled my thumbs and hoped/expected that the work would be completed each time I had to call.The only reason this isnt 1 star is that the repair was done well. You cant even tell where the crack was. However, there are plenty of businesses in the Des Moines area that do body work well, and after the customer service I received here, I will be using another business next time.

They did for $1,250 what a small place in West Des Moines quoted at $3,000. The lady who owns the business was a pleasure to work with, and the car looks much better!

MAACO did a great job on my car. They even checked with other companies to find out the best way to do the repairs. Even though it took them additional hours to get it done, they still kept to the original estimate for the cost of the repairs. I highly recommend this business.

Ive worked with Clive Maaco and the Schmidt family for both my personal vehicles and my commercial fleet vehicles for auto body work and vehicle painting services. They are wonderful to work with, do quality work and are extremely fair in the pricing. Clive Maaco is wonderful to work with and I love that they are a local family run company who will stand behind their work.

There was some rust starting on my rocker panels and I wanted them repaired. They did an excellent job, sanded them down, put rust inhibitor on and then painted ... great people to work with and the price was right .... yes, I would definitely recommend them and go to them again!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! I was involved in an accident and really didnt know where to turn. Maaco really made sure that I was taken care of. They went over and beyond to answer any questions or to let me know that they were on my side. I highly recommend having them do any work you may need!

Great customer service. This is the only shop that took the time to explain what they were going to do to fix my truck, everyone else just wrote up an estimate and handed it over plus they were the least expensive out of all of them. I will definitely be back if/when I need more work done.

They did a wonderful job repairing a fender bender for us. Wonderful customer service went above and beyond to fix little dings and scratches. Worked with what insurance money I had available to make all the repairs. Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again!

Satisfied with the paint job. It did take twice to have it done but its the perfect green that we desired. Its a large truck so over spray and streaking is to be expected. The lady at Maaco was nice enough to compensate us for the issues we faced and will consider doing business in the future.

Gosh- where to start- Im thinking Maaco for my Porsche...ehhh maybe not but I have to say that it turned out very well! I was not in it for a concours-level finish, but a good solid 20 year paint job. I certainly got my moneys worth, and maybe a bit more! I brought my Chevy 3500 in to get some bad dents out. I had heard some bad things about MAACO, but my truck looks ****ing good. Unless youre looking for it you cant tell the repainted spots from the original.I would recommend 100%. Very friendly staff and the sweetest bulldog upfront.
