When I say I am a satisfied customer, I mean I am a satisfied customer. I have visited Heritage homes for years but my last visit was the right visit at the right time. Mr Fred Davis is a professional man and like to have a good joke while working. I purchased a double wide from him recently. He was straight on the up and up from start to finish of the sale. I actually read the reviews before going to see Mr. Fred. And where most people would say “Oh I’m not going,” God told me to go. I went, and Mr. Fred surely talks smack and is a genuinely good person. He is just straight to the point. It was actually refreshing to be able to skip through all the fluff of the modern “salesman!” For those with such negative things to say, if you look on his wall, and desk, you will see that God sent him. Purchased mobile home from this shady business, go to pull permit to move, find out from the county the taxes havent been paid on the home in 3 years...$900.00. Heritage was suppose to pay these taxes before the home could be moved, he illegally moved the home here from Dunn. DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!!!

I purchase a mobile home numerous year ago, from Heritage Home I was well please, with the representative he very truthful about getting you into your home,, He is a great people person. And also stand behind his work, My husband and I are very satisfied with our home I would recommend Heritage Home to my family and Friends.

This guy is a joke does not want to answer questions just wants to be a smart ass when some one ask what kind of deals you have and your the salesman you dont say I dont have deals you let the customer know what you have for sale. This guy is a asshat and prices are over what new mobile homes are you are better off going to Clayton homes or some other mobile home place than dealing with this guys shotty half ass work and smart ass mouth. If he actually had sales skills he could have done a cash deal but his lose my gain cause now I got what I wanted and did not have to go used and got my questions asked and everything will be delivered shortly.

I stopped to look at a few homes at heritage homes one day.The sales man was very rude to me. First he had no interest in even showing me the homes unless i had $10,000 for a down payment.Not only was he rude but he seemed really judgmental.I just remember getting in my car and feeling like I had just been talked down to by a loudmouth idiot. I was recently approved for a home loan and I am now in a position to buy a trailer.I work in clinton nc so I pass by this place everyday i admit they have nice mobile homes that are reasonably price but I refuse to even stop and look at these homes because of this salesman.

The person that sell there he dont care waiting for the people to have the money for the house he dont like waiting i will never go there again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
