We use them for towels and aprons...etc. they’re a total rip off. Every bill I get has different pricing and charges. Every time I get a bill, I have to make sure things are right. This is frustrating. I honestly should have gone with Cintas.Don’t use them is the best advice.

This company prides itself on being a clean, family type business. It may be a family type of business but clean is not the image that one would get if they were to take a tour.It is a museum of sorts with machines (washers, dryers, boiler from the 1960s) that are outdated by many years.It also has birds flying in and out of the plant and according to some employees, they have to cover any linen and night to prevent bird droppings from falling onto any product.This company also pays its employees around $8.00/hr while management takes home $30-$60k. It has cut labor as far as possible and has about 1/3 of the workforce that it had 5 years ago.This company may mean well but according to employees, the owners pretend to care and have their own special employees that will be their eyes and ears and tattle about the little things.After talking to one employee, this company spent 100s of thousands dollars on logo change, mandatory uniforms (while throwing away uniforms that had been in another warehouse for years.It also has no true heat or air conditioning and two of its warehouses have no air at all while one has no heat or ait, nor does it even have a restroom.This company may think it is headed in the right direction, but after the employees voiced their opinion, it is headed backwards and that management will not listen to any complaints nor wil they adddress safety issues throughout the plant. Those issues are too numerous to count but one that struck me as quite alarming is that some employees have never been in any safety meetings and that none of the people that operate the forklift have ever been certified.It sems that this company likes to spend money but not give any to its employees. For a company to be truly the best, one would want the best and it appears that this company doesnt want the best. It ants the employees that it can control and manipulate and pay as least as possible and quite possibly have illegal aliens working for them as well.

Lost my clothing. Would not call back as promised. What a disaster!
