This is not the first time this has happened, but today it 17 pieces missing when I got home. I called and they found the missing tote and I had to go back. Irately know all that my wife orders, so when they come out, I take what they bring out.Not only were items missing, but the ice cream and frozen pizza were almost thawed.It is a service I appreciate, but it can be frustrating.

Refused service at the service desk. Lack the mental capacity to fulfill job. Extremely rude lady not the 1st time. If she doesnt like her job she can find something else.

Unfortunately, for the past few weeks it has taken 1hr+ to get my grocery pick up order brought out. They seem to only have two people working in that department. Please hire more staff to assist. I choose to pick up for the convenience, but this is not convenient.

Today is 06/13/21, I went to the Clinton Kroger and got my son some crablegs and shrimp for his birthday dinner, everything was fine until I went to self checkout and this little, dark skin, wig wearing woman stop what she was doing and ran over to where I was checking out atand confronted me about my crablegs and shrimp as if I wasnt going to pay for them, I had just pulled my cart up and she stood over me like I was going to steal something, I shop at this place 2 sometimes 3 times a day and to be treated like this was the last straw, Im never going back to this store and if I can encourage others not to go I will!!!!!!!06/13/21 01:31pm474 520 80 999999520

Employees is so friendly and I have been there for a very long time... I get the same wonderful service every time....

Got a pickup order. It took an hour or so this time. The people are great, I just am not privy to why a scheduled pickup takes so long. But unlike the prior pickup order, at least they had it put together before I spent 90+ minutes waiting.

My husband and I just bought these in the middle of September… the product is expired and the cheese crackers are stale… they made me sick

$80 turned into $250. When fixed I leave. I get home to find meat that I did not order. I called Customer Support and tried to tell Johnathan but he hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager but was put on hold and never answered. I hate shopping Wal Mart but after this, Im switching. They dont even provide a receipt. They are up to no good.

I shop here at least once a week. They have everything I need, including a pretty good organic/health section. If you need groceries, give this place a shot.

This Kroger used to be one of the best in the metro area. But the store has become disorganized and dirty.I attached a couple of photos of outside the store. This is sad. The shopping experience at this store has really gone down hill. The next time I go to the store I will take pictures of the inside.

My husband has been waiting for over 90 minutes for a pickup order. Calling the store no one answers. I’ve been on hold with their corporate customer service for almost 40 minutes and nothing. They can’t even reach them! Where is the management at this location? One other person there has been waiting over 2 hours! Another customer left. This is no way to run a business.

This location is usually awesome to tackle grocery shopping, but just a heads up, they are short on staff & wait time for pickup is horrible. My pickup time was from 3:00 to 4:00 and I didnt receive my 8 items until after 6:00, even with with me arriving within the pickup time frame.

This the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used! They’re always behind and they’re always rude! It shouldn’t take THREE days to fill a prescription for Zyrtec. My mother-in-law tried to warn me, and I should have taken her advice and went to the Walgreens across the street. Never again.

Friendly employees. Most of them acknowledged that I was there. In produce, if you dont see what you need, they will check in back. Floral dept. is awesome! Always friendly and knowledgeable of the flowers and plants. Great gift ideas from them.

My overall experience at Kroger during the pandemic has been great, but it extremely concerns me when a bagger is not wearing a mask and simply claims that he didn’t want one when asked why he isn’t wearing one. This should not be an option for essential personnel working in a public place like Kroger! This is at the Clinton, MS location.

This store is always clean, well stocked and has an excellent deli, bakery and a hot breakfast and lunch available 7 days a week. The cashiers are pleasant and there are enough registers open so theres usually no waiting in line.

My favorite place to get groceries in the area! It is always clean and well-stocked. When I have done click-list, they have been great and picked out nice, fresh, produce.

The employees are always attentive, kind, and helpful. I also love my gas points which saves me money. I especially like the summer 2X gas points. I can find the items I needed easily or get help quickly if I have difficulty finding something or have questions.

The curbside folks finally got their act together. I wrote a bad review early on. I kept trying, though, and they must have worked the kinks out of the system. For the last MANY times I’ve used curbside pickup, I’ve been absolutely happy with speed, service, and courtesy! Keep it up!

I ordered online paid my total and everything when I went to pick up they charge me $20 plus more I was confused so I asked the person who brought my groceries what happened but he had no idea. Someone else came and told me they charged me twice for some cheese and one item I ordered online was cheaper than the store so they gave me the store price( double what I paid online).I will never ordered grocery pick up from Kroger again, this was the second time they messed up and tried to blame me for it.I’m done done done with Kroger.

Favorite place to shop. Its a little more on the expensive side but does have more fine foods and international foods than your average grocery store. The deli is to die for along with the bakery, also their produce is always very nice and fresh. And their little flower gift shop is lovely. But my favorite part is the QUICK CHECKOUT!

Great grocery store. Updated, roomy, large. Wish they had the samples ready in the morning. Everywhere my friends and I walked, the manager and staff were so friendly. They spoke and said Good morning!.

It was great, less than a week until Thanksgiving and the store was fully stocked, nice clean and organized. Several stores were out of tons of necessary items needed for the holiday, but Kroger did not dissapoint. They had plenty of stock. Workers were very helpful and accommodating. My one stop shop after trying other stores with little to no success... love this Kroger

Good selection, parking, and deals. Major slow-downs in checkouts at peak times; could be solved by opening/fixing more self-checkout machines (had 5 out of 10 open at busiest hour).

Ok so I normally would order my grocery pick up from Walmart. I decided to try Kroger out and Kroger need to leave the grocery pick up to Walmart. They call me a hour before it was time to pick up my groceries to tell me they were canceling my order because they were backed up 1 to 3 weeks. On top of that the girl that called attitude was a mess!!! They knew they were backed up when I placed the order so unorganized!!! Never will I place another one again copy cats can’t keep up let Walmart ride this one out. Stick with the 10 cent gas Kroger!!! Let Walmart have this one!!!!

Excellent customer service! Fast check out even at the busiest times. Prices are reasonable but better with a Kroger plus card.

A young man named Isaiah was most helpful today when I was looking for eclipse glasses! He went to several employees asking about the location of the glasses. He walked the aisles looking. We found them...thanks to him! I appreciate all he did!

This is a HUGE store! Its hard to run in for an item or 2 here. Whoever set up the floor and aisles plan was clever. You cannot avoid eye-catching displays. But theres hardly ever an oops, were out sign for anything youre looking for. Service is friendly and fast, in-store traffic is brisk but you can browse FOR HOURS in this place - no complaints on products there either.

I like the size of the Clinton store much better than the super mega version. Same amount of stuff but easier to get around and out. Gets crowded around the meat section along the back thought. Lots of folks taking their half outta the middle and gawking. Come on man

Shopping for our groceries/ food was good. Waiting an hour for a prescription to be filled is in my opinion to long. Getting the comment back from the lady I gave my prescription to yes it will be that long could have been phrased differently and with less attitude.

Good store. Has everything I need. The store is generally clean, but it does have its less than great days, unsurprisingly. It is quite a building to maintain. Staff is always nice.

They’re always out of whole catfish at the seafood station! The bathrooms in the back of the store Are always put it service so that means going all the way to the front! If it’s a sale count on the workers to be on the floor taking items from the customers. Also the customer service counter needs more worked they move too slow! They need new managers all new managers the ones they have seem to have attitudes and are comfortable! Corporate needs to do a Sweep! The Deli too they’re very ghetto there they need to teach them how to talk to the customers!

The items that I wanted were on display where they could easily be found. I was looking for a particular item and couldnt find it but an associate came to my rescue. Several came and asked if I needed help finding items. Very friendly associates working and my checkout was quick and easy.

First time to use ClickIt. It was great. Im sick with a cold and really didnt want to go grocery shopping. So easy to do it on line and have the groceries ready and loaded into my car. WILL definitely use the service again. Also, the lady who loaded me couldnt have been nicer and helpful. Thank you.

Shopping at Kroger is great, only in the grocery store, not so much in the drug store. I would really like to see yall extend the points for our gas,I shop and I have a small car,a Camry and I dont go a whole lot, by the time I get ready to use my points they have expired. I just filled my car up today and I spent $99.52 in the store,ill be back shopping for more groceries before I shop for gas again and I will have 20cents per gallon off but it will expire before I get to use it . I really dont think it is fair, and I dont have anyone else to give the gas to.Betty Golden

The food which includes: the meats, dairy, frozen foods, can goods, produce, snacks, paper products all looked good and some had great savings and sales.I enjoyed my shopping experience today because I saved BIG with my paper coupons, digital coupons, and my Kroger card. Loved shopping at Kroger today!

The “curbside” or “click list” is a waste of time. They provide a number to call when you arrive at pickup time. I called the number four times and let it ring until it timed out on three of them. They finally answered and said they would be right out. 25 minutes later they brought out my order. I could have gone in and loaded my own cart in the same or less time.

This is my favorite place for groceries in the Jackson/Clinton area. They employ friendly, hardworking people, great selection and store is clean and tidy. The delis fried chicken can invoke a spiritual experience. They steam and season seafood for you at the seafood counter. They have a dining area by the bakery and hot coffee where you can sit and relax. Free samples on the weekends, like local coffee and artisan cheese. Drawbacks: Parking is a pain in the rear on extremely busy Saturdays between 10am-6pm, so unless you take Valium and like dodging cars and senior citizens like Frogger, go early or late in the day.

Good store with very friendly staff. Has a good vegetarian/vegan section which my wife loves. Only complaint is that they only have half the checkout lanes open during the busiest time of day. Its pretty simple to get those lanes open, the staff that is there is less than thrilled to have it that way, but I guess the management doesnt care. Open all the lanes during rush hour and you would have 5 stars for sure.

Kroger is great! Best produce at a grocery store. The employees there are always courteous and they always get us out in a timely manner.

I went there and bought a plant for a funeral. They fixed it up really nice, added a bow and it came out, great. While I was there, I got a really good soul food plate to eat.

I may be biased since I grew up with the stigma of Kroger grocery stores as superior to my towns other options, but as far as this particular store, I use it because I feel like supporting it has more positive effects on the economy and the community than by supporting other grocery stores; i.e. voting with my money. This Kroger store has an OK selection of products known as natural, or less processed and therefore healthier, so I like to have those choices. I buy a lot from the fruit and vegetable department, and it seems to have fair prices and good quality. Im also a fan of the self checkout lanes, and seeing the beautiful floral section.

If you want to take advantage of their special sale price dont go at this place, they dont post the limit on sales paper but when you ready for checking out at register they will tell you the limit on that item.I had bad experience on 12pk coke and Land o lake butter. Land o Lake was on great price ($1.99) I tried to check out with 20 PCs but the cashier said you can buy only 10 so why they put on sale if they are not willing to sale on advertised price.

I was visiting this store and let me tell you about a manager Heather Rudd!!! She was hateful and rude to the point I walked out with nothing! I was just trying to use a few coupons to help with the dinner cost and she acted like I was stealing from her store!I was embarrassed that she yelled at me at so loud that everyone in line turned to look. I would hope yall would have more helpful people work representing your store but I will never be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to shop at your store. I did the pickup. My car wouldn’t start when my pick up start came and they allowed me to pick it up the next day! Gave me a bag of goodies and no charge for the pick up! Thanks Kroger!

As far as Vicksburg goes, Kroger has a better atmosphere than other grocery stores and prices are good but not the cheapest in town.

I went to the Bakery for plain white icing cupcakes because I called before I went I was told they had some pre-made but when i got there they didnt. So after waiting about ten min. Good selection of groceries, but was way-laid by a women who told me about Krogers new green card but never mentioned it was a credit card. She insinuated that it was just a different rewards card. Found out later it was a credit card when it came up as a hard hit on my credit report.

Tried several times - its impossible to get anybody on the phone. So I went down the street to Walmart and spend $50 on meat there instead. Good job meat department employees of Kroger.

Depends on the day. Lately every time I go the selection looks like theres a hurricane coming or a snow storm on its way. And dodging the Labyrinth of click list carts, NOT the cool type of Labyrinth with muppets and bisexual rockstars, this makes you hate grocery shopping more if you already hate grocery shopping in the first place. But they are always nice about them being in your way.

Krogers had what I needed. Most of the items I bought was on sale. It was worth the trip.

Kroger is a great store. Great variety very convenient and most locations are open 24 hours. They have very cleanly locations and lots of parking. The only reason i couldnt give them five stars is pricing. In my humble opinion some things you can find cheaper with them but most seem to be cheaper with their only real competitor to me wal mart who is to me the only grocery chain that they come second to locally. I also very much applaud them for having a all natural foods section that is generally well marked and separate from the rest of the processed gmo non natural in general store bought foods. Wal mart definitely does not do that but it should.

I had a small puppy holding it in my arms and they kicked me out?? Walmart allows dogs. It’s not that serious. What’s the difference between a big service dog walking inside the store compared to a small dog and I’m holding it in my arms? Get a grip Kroger’s. This is ridiculous.

Saturday is the day everybody is trying to get their shopping done and there was only three registers open. Kroger needs to do better.
