Great experience. I have a 2002 club car that needed new batteries. Pat was huge help over the phone. I picked them up and installed them myself. I had a previous hesitation that I thought the batteries would resolve. After picking his brain, he suggested sending his service tech to me to test the cart. GLAD we did. The young gentleman quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts on the van to fix it. As a business owner myself, I have an appreciation for all aspects of sales and service. Well done.
