NOT happy. Purchased $6000 leather couch & recliner set delivered in May 2020. Couch is fine. Recliner forces us to sit to the outer sides of the chairs (BOTH seat cushions are wonky). Called this morning to explain how it hurts the lower back and time hasnt fixed the issue. Recliners we tested in the store were good which is what we based our purchase on. Pretty much was told without any Oh, Im sorry, or Gee, youre a repeat customer whos spent $$$$ with us..... It was just an, oh well, youre SOL. Try contacting the manufacturer (in another words, get off MY back) knowing full well they wont do anything about it either. THIS SUCKS!

Very friendly and willing to help! We have gotten a couch from them and just ordered a new mattress and they were great to work with!

Most arrogant, full of themselves and talk about customers behind your back. Run by spoiled brats! Never ever shop there. Just drive on by.

I had terrible experiences with this shop both times I purchased from there and will no longer be a customer. Two of the staff members I dealt with were very ill prepared and not knowledgeable about the store, delivery or prices/packages. I also was on the phone with a very rude employee who talked down to me, even though I had purchased from them. Overall, very disappointing after the good, local reviews I had heard.

This guy drives like hes stupid, weaves in and out of traffic without using a turn signal and cuts people off, no idea how the furniture in his van isnt damaged to high hell

The staff are friendly and the wearhouse offers a cheap alternative to overpriced the stores around town if your ok with furniture with slight defects or discontinued brands
