They had all the answers about the phone and its abilities that I purchased along with my plan... And now that the new updates have got the phone acting freaky especially about McAfee and digital secure I took it into them and ask them to reset some new things on the phone now and no one had a clue as to even where I got the phone but they said they would be more than happy to upgrade me to a better phone for $160 and that I couldnt beat that deal, sorry once bitten twice shy!

We came into the Clinton store to get a screen protector. Linwood did a good job installing it and very friendly. Definitely recommend the store if you need any service or sales.

Went in on Monday and couldnt get help. Decided to go back Tuesday and we were able to get help quickly and sufficiently!

Logan was our sales rep, and she was awesome! I cracked the screen on my phone and couldnt access anything on my phone. I was terrified I had lost precious memories of my late father (photos, messages, etc.). She was so patient and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions. We got right in without a wait too, which was a huge plus. Thanks, Logan!

I am typically the one who doesn’t do this with businesses but I would advise anyone who is considering, or anyone with Verizon to not or cancel! I went to Verizon to change plans as I need better coverage for work. They got me set up with a new phone and ordered one for my wife. Took a week for hers to come in, didn’t not receive a phone call letting us know it was in, then they had jacked the order up where we couldn’t even have the phone that was sitting right in front of us! We finally just said we will take a different phone which at that point after 2 weeks now and 6 visits they tried to charge us more for. I turned in all my equipment and was told by 4 different people we wouldn’t be charged for anything. Now I am in a dispute with Verizon for close to $200 for using their services and activation charges. I advise anyone to not use Verizon, especially the cellular sales store in Clinton

Good try but cant help me as Im retired Verizon. Guy on the phone at Callahan directed me there so I thought maybe policy had changed. Zack was as helpful as he could be but just couldnt do anything. Offered to help with my new phone when I got it. I give him A+for trying.

I came in to order an iPad Pro and the salesperson (Taylor) ordered it on the wrong account, Im assuming which was a number that was not mine but I was still billed for it for $1254. She told me I would get an email for one to be in the store in a week or so. I went to the store and told them to keep it because one was delivered to the store and one was delivered to one of my family members houses. I had to go find it and was not allowed to return it. Every time I would go into the store they would say the iPad Pro wasnt on my account and couldnt even log in with the pin although it is the right pin and has been. I have called numerous times and came in the store numerous times with no actual help from any of the salespersons because none of them saw an iPad pro on my account. I finally got ahold of someone who sent me a return label and the tracking number and the ipad is still on my account for $1254. I tried to call but I am constantly getting hung up on. This store and company is the worst service I have ever dealt with and I am now getting billed $1254 for an iPad I do not have in my possession.

Shame on Dustin who told me my phone was dead but he could sell me new one for 500 to 800 dollars. Found tech number who were great at fixing the problem along with extra ones Dustin created by changing out Sims card to prove phone was dead. I know he works on commission but thought he wouldnt take advantage of customers by up selling and not just admit he doesnt know how to fix problems. he couldnt of cared less when husband returned to tell him our results...again...shame on you Dustin

Skotti Burlington was so helpful and proactive. She went over and above for me and my issues. She did not make me feel silly and encouraged my questions. Sometimes she even had to explain something in a different way. She was friendly and approachable. With a scale of 1 to 10, she was an11! Was smart, knowledgeable and well trained.

I purchased three tablets and a phone from this store and the rep set everything up for me. This was the best experience Ive ever had in a store. He went above and beyond all of our needs and expectations. He even kept our kids entertained throughout the entire process! The store was very clean and looked inpressive. Ive recommended friends and family to come here.

My husband recently had a great experience in buying a new phone with Travis T. So when I was ready to upgrade, we went back to see Travis and he was amazing! He pays great attention to detail and got us the best deal possible. He has incredible customer service! I would definitely recommend Travis for anyone needing to upgrade their plan or phone.

Every one is always so nice and very helpful when going going into the store. Recently went in to purchase a new phone, they wanted to charge me $134 for all the fees but I only went in there with $100, I let the gentleman that was helping me know I would have to come back a later day because I didnt have enough. He went and talked to his supervisor and knocked it down to less then a 100. Thank you thank you. This store has the BEST employees Ive ever meet.

My Droid died on vacation and I stopped in to replace the device...in and out with a brand new Droid, all data ported over without issue, in less than 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff and great customer-focused service. Kudos!

Courteous and helpful sales team. Upgraded my mother cell phone she decided she did not like a smartphone. And wanted a flip phone similar to her previous model. They made the return very easy and without question.

I wish it had the option for negative stars because this place is a pitiful excuse for a business. The lady that attempted to help me was very rude. She told me that the salesman that helped me on my previous visit must have been new because that wasnt the way things were done and announced loudly that she was the manager of that store and had been for over a year so she should know. She took a phone call while i was sitting at her desk waiting for her to help and and then she proceeded to yell out to another employee and talk to her. Thinking she was done with all of that and would finally help me, a lady and child walked over to her and she proceeded to talk to them. My time is valuable to me and considering i was upgrading 5 phones to galaxy S5s you would think my money would be valuable to her and her store. Very very very poor management skills and very disappointed. I told her to forget about dealing with my account and left. I went to the Verizon store in Oak Ridge Tn. They were very friendly and appreciated my business and even apologized for this Clinton store. Oak Ridge Verizon has my business now and will never step foot back into this Verizon.

Came into the Clinton store with issues with my tablet. The sales rep took the time to update my tablet and fixed it for me! He also removed apps that may be causing further issues. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Came in with an old Samsung note 2 that had seen its better days. Gregg met me at the door with a firm hand shake and quickly helped me out. He went above and beyond it helping me purchase my new phone even as much as staying till well after closing to transfer my data from one device to the other.

Once my contract is up with Cellular Sales I plan on dropping my plan and going with a Verizon corporate store because this place is a rip-off!!!!! I purchased my plan a year and a half ago with the insurance plan. AT THAT POINT THEY CONVINCED MY WIFE AND MYSELF that if we lost the phone or was broken just come in pay a VERY Small deductible and we would get a new phone. ( BTW we have 5C 16g I phone) Well I went in New Years day because the phone had got dropped and shattered the screen and spoke with Daniel which hardly acknowledged I was their because he was more interested in playing the game on his TABLET through my whole process that I was their. Well as I found out they said the phone was unrepairable and further more I would need to call a 800 # to file a claim and the deductible was going to be almost 200.00 they would be shipping me a phone he also stated I would probably have to settle for a 8g phone. After me being persistent he finally states well I could get you a phone but it would not be comparable to what you have. I said absolutely not that we paid for the insurance and was told we would get a phone at the store just like what we had purchased!! Then Daniel states well THAT insurance plan we have changed, oh and Im penalized with no other recourse NO!!I went to the apple store had the screen replace and was treated with great custore svc.DONOT BUY FROM CELLULAR SALES AND FURTHER MORE DONOT BUY THEIR INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
