Exceptional Customer Service experience. Went in because who doesnt like buy 2 get 1 free. Great deal. After my accident I have braces that need to fit inside my shoes. Best thing is you can get different widths here. Selection is limited at store with width in woman but got them in Men and you really wouldnt know a big difference,but I got to go home with 3 sets of shoes with 4e width. The man who helped us was exceptional. Helping anyway he could. Made sure we left satisfied and honestly we really were. Very comfortable. Super supportive and they even have more with better support. Just a beware. We didnt know they moved. No longer in Westbrook. Clinton now.Came in for new shoes. I already have worn out a pair from a year ago. Arrived and people waiting out the door. Come to find out it was Buy one Get Half off. Not much of a selection for walking shoes and the girl wasnt much help. Plus those shoes werent even on discount. Thank God another worker came by and helped me and I ended up get two pairs of cross trainers.

Great prices and I felt safe because they allow only a limited amount of people in the store at a time and enforce their wearing mask and social distancing policy.

Staff was so helpful and patient. They were having a 40% off sale so prices were great. Glad I went.

The manager and sales associate were very helpful .They new exactly the shoe I was looking for. . The store was very clean .They illustrated good sanitizing habits .Glad we took the 55 min trip there .

Not much in there and shoes stamped second are 5 dollars cheaper than brand new shoes on the NB site. Dont expect much

Absolutely terrible service from Sheri... We made a call and checked on product before we drove from Bristol.45 mins away. When we got there we were told well you didnt talk to me and theres ONLY 2 of us here..... and made a look like we were disturbing her. Thanks but NO THANKS. Never again. Im ALL set!!!🤬
