I do own several MK bags/wallets. For some reason when i went to this store, alot of the items looked cheesy to me. Just a personal preference. I do miss the old school MK style!

I stopped by this location over the weekend. I live in on the shoreline and always shop here. Every employee is very attentitive and goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what youre looking for. I recommend this store to every shopper.

I would highly recommend this store. I was mislead due to incorrect pricing however after speaking with the store manager Jackie my experience completely shifted. Michael Kors is lucky to have her. Thank you Jackie!

I didnt like the service at all, they dont response quickly and they dont corporate with customers. Even they dont know how to deal with customers and not helpful. They dont have an experience.. I with I could give less than a star..

I would go to Lee Outlets over this Michael Kors any day. The staff is very inattentive. I was there for 30 minutes yesterday and several employees walked right by me and never asked if I needed anything. One even said excuse me so they could get into a drawer in front of me. Very young staff who were congregated at the front of the store worried about who brought their lunch for the day. Lee has always been pleasant and helpful. This was my 2nd try here due to distance from home and I thought Id give them another shot...definitely not returning here.

My daughter and I went to the Michael Kors Store at Clinton Crossing. My daughter picked a few dresses and went into the fitting room. There was no attendant by the fitting rooms so she went into the one that was closest to her and it was empty. An older woman with an english accent (who is a staff memeber) rushed to the fitting room, started banging on the door and forced my daughter out of the fitting room because she had some stock (bags) in the fitting room which she had to put back on the shelf. She never apologized or even acknowledged that her behavior was terrible. I wanted to let her know what I thought of her disgusting behavior but my very sweet daughter (who obliged and left the fitting room) asked me not to say anything. I observed this woman with other customers that came to the store and in my opinion she wasn’t helpful to customers of color and she watched them closely, monitoring every item the we’re looking at. Micheal Kors need to get rid of people like this. We like brand but will not put up with that kind of treatment. I am going to go on social media and share my experience at this store

Very good price at least half off what would you pay mall store or at local market they always have at least 50% or 70% or sometimes even 90% all brand new stuff with tags and warranty for life time

Michael Kors bags are really lovely. I fell in love with couple of them today on my shopping visit. They’re so colorful and beautiful. They’ve also got great discount and deals. The associates were immensely helpful and polite. Its most definitely a return visit for me. The store is very clean and classy and you wouldn’t want to leave once you step inside. This is a very expensive shop, but it worth it. Everything looks amazing and I would definitely recommended it to anyone.

The customer service was rediculous ! Went to pick out my mothers day gift today and the employees were extreme snobs. They acted as if me being there was annoying them. Not only was the service rediculos but when i got home the smart watch i purchased was used,as if it were a return! If i spent $378 on something i expect It to be NEW !will be returning tommorrow along with everthing else i purchased!

The staff at this location are horrible; young, pretentious, rude, snot-nosed brats who think theyre Gods gift because they work at MK. I dropped by the other day to check out what was new, and the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a young blonde with a very cold Hi, how are you? with the sub-context what the f$@k are you doing here dressed in sweats? that was presented by a nasty, demeaning look of disgust. The staff here tends to be very judgmental, and wont give you the time of day unless they deem you are worthy. I can walk into Louis Vuitton @ Westfarms (which is light years above MK), and the SAs there treat me wonderfully. So if you visit this MK outlet location, just be aware of the nasty service youll get.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The workers were overly immature for being in their 20s/30s, and I would not recommend going here because their staff is beyond rude and unhelpful.

Greatest place to shop, always find something here

I went there and they had 7 people working that I saw, and not one person greeted me. The girls were more concerned about their eyelashes.
