**I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option.**Contacted Kyle by phone asked about a trailer tire. Kyle said he had in stock and it would $250.00 for a tire and $50.00 to install. I agreed and send my driver there. Driver was 10 minutes away so when he showed up Kyle stated he did not have the tire but can get one from a competitor. So I agreed once more. 3 hours later I get a call from “Cody” or something like that to collect the payment. Over $500.00 for a used trailer tire. So be aware and go somewhere else if possible. Use only if an emergency or no one else available. This was during normal business hours and it took over 3 hours to replace a tire. We also could not make itTo Springfield to deliver the load so basically lost two days plus $500.00 for a tire.

Definitely a place to go if you need tires. Cody was very helpful and friendly. Needed a tire on my way to Kansas city and they got me in and out in 24 minutes.

I got a flat tire and needed to get it replaced. I had my car towed here and within 30 minutes of them opening I was on my way. The price is extremely fair and reasonable the customer service was really professional theres a guy named Kyle who really just has incredible customer service. This was the only time getting a tire felt like a good experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone

Well they provided me the lowest quote I could find for a front driver side wheel bearing replacement but wouldnt know anything about their workmanship considering I submitted a request for an appointment online 2 days ago and never was contacted or had my calls returned to confirm a date and time....very unprofessional if you ask me. In the past when my work truck has gone down for any reason, theyve gotten it right in and fixed it. Usually the same day. The man is booked up till next week sometime and couldnt get me in today. They seem to be honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I dont have any complaints with them.

Awesome place was down in Clinton picking up tractor parts a had a belt break on a tire on the way down kyle and cody the service guys help an old boy out and got me and the wife and kid a new tire at a fair price and back on the road home fast they even gave my kid a popsicle and crayons while waiting which didnt take long

Heading out of town for vacation, a unidentifiable object flew out of the back of a boat in front of me and was consumed by my car before I could swerve. I heard a loud noise but after a few moments everything seemed fine.Until my low tire pressure gauge came on moments after. I panicked, and immediately pulled into the next lot I saw. I inspected and my tire was flat. It was mid-February (pre-covid) and freezing as I started about the process of changing to the spare tire. My AAA coverage expired two days prior and I knew this was bad.But to my surprise I looked up and not even 1/4 of a mile away I could see the “Clark’s Tires Co.” sign. My tire was stuck in place and the jack started sinking into the mud beneath my car. I called over and was met with a polite, helpful, and optimistic voice.To my (grateful) surprise (and unconventional for a tire shop) the shop sent Vernon over to help. He showed up soon after and helped me change the tire, using a drill and other tools and had my tire changed in about a minute. My hands were frozen by then and I was so thankful.We drove over to the shop and Kyle helped find a solution to the problem, recommended local lunch spots, and talked about life.Thank you for going above and beyond, and for saving our vacation. They exemplify the charitable nature of small towns everywhere. I highly recommend this business for all your tire needs. Cheers!

Last week, I went to Clark Tire and had several things repaired on my 2010 Dodge Avenger. I dealt with Kyle Bents and he was an exceptionally knowlegeable and pleasant man. He inspired confidence in me to the point that I had no concerns about the work to be done.My car needed new struts in the rear, a sway bar on the front end, and new brakes all around. The total came to just over $900, which was more than I’ve ever spent on car repairs, but I knew the work needed to be done and we had saved up to be able to afford it. (I’d been to another mechanic in Clinton who told me there was nothing wrong, even though the noise the car made was obviously not normal.)The work was done by Bryan, a friendly mechanic who also took me home so I didn’t have to wait while the work was being done. He also picked me up when the job was finished. It was nice to drive with the man who had actually done the work and be able to thank him for doing such a good job.I have nothing but praise for Clark Tire and the work they did on my car. The rattling in the front end is completely gone as is the tendency of the rear end to skip sideways on curves or bumps in the road.I heartily recommend the crew at Clark Tire. If you’re in Clinton, I would take my car to them for repair without even checking with any other repair shops.

Great tire shop. Got tires and took it back later for a brake job. They could have done the brakes, but instead told me my brakes were in great shape and didnt need to be replaced. So I paid for a $30 brake inspection instead of a $350 unnecessary replacement. Honesty and integrity are not strangers here.

5 stars is not even enough for what the guys do here. We towed a customer there on a Saturday 30 minutes before close and they stayed late and help the young lady get her car back on the road. This is a really late review by about 6-Months, but these guys desercd a great review and obviously left a POSITIVE impression! They took care of an inspection for an older Class-A Motorhome and were absolutely friendly and professional. I went in with the exact cash for the inspection, to find I did need New Windshield wipers to pass inspection. I originally was miffed because I asked them if I could simply get the wipers and install them myself, but they said the inspection would only stand if it left their shop with new wipers, which was approximately the same amount as the inspection cost. Pinched for time and my poor planning, I could leave to replace the wipers and come back to pay for another inspection or leave mad.... Then one of the managers asked are you Military? I said yes, and he said, well shoot you get these wipers for free! Problem solved and saved me a little face and money! Thanks Clark Tire!

Above and beyond. I am from KC and the timing belt on the van decided that it wanted to be replaced about 20 miles outside of Clinton. It was after closing time, and the gentleman was just getting ready to close up and leave when the tow truck got us to to the business. He stayed and answered my questions, gave me an guestimate of cost for repair if that was what the problem was. Van was fixed before they told me it would be, cost was very reasonable. I couldnt have been in better hands. Thank you SO much. In an age where Customer Service is almost non existent, you can find it here! I tell everyone if they need help and are in the Clinton area - this is the place to go!
