Just had my boat washed and shrink wrapped! Great crew and communication. Will be using in the future

On April 12, 2021 we contacted Boaters Buddy to schedule a wash and wax of our 39 Silverton. We spoke back and forth throughout the next two days finalizing which types of wax, price ($1100.00) and informing them that we were scheduled to be launched the second week of May. We were told that we were on the schedule for the first week of May, and there would be no problem getting it done before launch.On May 3, 2021, I again contacted Boaters Buddy to see if they had a more exact date, as I wanted to be available to make payment in person. I was told that we were on the schedule for Wednesday (May 5, 2021), but it looked like rain, so they would try and get to it on Wednesday.Tuesday came and went, and no boat wax. Wednesday it rained, Thursday and Friday were beautiful days, but no boat wax.I again e-mailed them, asking if they had a new schedule day, as the Marina wanted to launch us. NO REPLY to e-mails. I tried calling the number (no one ever answers) but I left a voice mail... NO REPLYToday is May 10, 2021 and still NO REPLY from this company. They had almost 30 days to wax the boat. Had they said they could not do it, that would have been fine, it would have given me the time to find another vendor, or take the appropriate time off of work to do it myself. Instead, they strung us along and just never showed or communicated with us. Now the boat was launched, and it cant be waxed.This company is unprofessional and a total fraud. I would not attempt to use this company, they are full of promises they have no intention of keeping.

Boaters Buddy is hands down the best boat detailing company in CT. Tell them what you want and they will do it for you. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. Look no further than Boaters Buddy!
