I want to share my experience in this place. I am Spanish and I just want to tell to my community this is not the place you want or need to visit to repair your car. If you are Spanish community in this area in this shop you will be ignore, they will not treat you as like other community.I was here 2 weeks before an I have a flat tires and I bought a new one and i didnt have a problem. But today I dont wanted buy a new one because my tires are new and this guy came and said my tire cant be fixes because i drove with it.That is ridiculous he even didnt check my car and just said he cant do it.I just drove another 2 minutes from this place and I find a great place where they fixed my tire right in a moment.Is really bad that the spanish community no be treated like others, but the good thing is we are growing fast and we are making business where ever we want.I will never do business here again and never recommen this place.

Ive been going to Mr. Tire for years and received excellent service. Recently I went in for service and the old crew was gone and service was not great. I left without having any work done because the $130 I was quoted turned into close to $700 just to put a window back on track. The fellow didnt discuss the work, he just told me the cost. Not professional.

Be careful going to this store. I went there and got my rotors and brakes changed and they stole my back two tires off my car and put old ones on my car!! Make sure you take pictures of your car before you let these people work on your car!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible when it comes to safety inspections, Not only did it take way to long but it was way over priced! I had to go back again to get reinspected and one of the employees tried saying I had to pay extra but I corrected him, also again took way to long!Id like to give credit to one of their technician Vincent, very respectful and helpful.

I have been using Mr.Tires for years and the team there is wonderful. They always get the job done from something as simple as a light out or a bigger project like replacing the A/C in my car. They are quick and professional.

I had a disturbing and deceitful visit. I came in to get an alignment and was told that they could not do an alignment because the tie rods were badly in consition ans required replacement. That didnt seem right because I just had brake service and AC service done at another auto mechanic that couldnt perform an alignment, but they referred me to Mr. Tire. Mr. Tire gave me a Quote for $1,023!!!! I took it back to the previous mechanic who performed work on my brakes and AC and they said it was Absolutley Nothing wrong with my tie rods. I then took my vehicle to TiresPlus and they were able to perform my alignment and oil change for $133 and without any issues. The moral of this story is that Mr. Tire attempted to steal/fraud/scam me by falsifying problems with my vehicle. Please find another location or mechanic place to avoid shameful and unethical business practices such as Mr. Tire at Old Ferry Rd in Clinton.

Keith was professional are very helpful. He brought out three different tires for me to make a wise decision of what tire I wanted.

I was unpleased with Mr. Tire. They did not seem to be well stocked with tires. I needed a tire and was told that tires for my car was not in stock and that it needed to be ordered. I was very disappointed.

I wish to thank the on duty manager for going out of his way to obtain a battery for my vehicle that was out of stock. Additionally, after leaving the shop I discovered that I may have left my wallet in the waiting room. I called the office more than a half an hour after closing time but the manager was still there. He offered to wait until I could return and pick up my wallet. I called my son from another location and the manager (Percy Bates) delivered my wallet. I am truly thankful for the service but more appreciative to the old fashioned kindness. I consider the shop for all my auto needs and Mr Bates action show why my loyalty is deserved. Audi A3 2016 they had 0 issues for a regular oil change(unlike other car shops I’ve been too)and were VERY PROFESSIONAL and wore masks and everything during the pandemic. My first time coming to them with no hiccups, will be coming back as a return customer.

While i usually have a great experience with Mr Tire of Clinton, as I always bring my car here for maintenance, today was a little different. After having my oil changed yesterday, i noticed today after driving a good 40 to 50 miles since then, that there was a huge puddle of oil under my car. I also got a tire repaired for a leak which costed over $30. that seemed a little steep, but i paid them none the less. They were very understanding and had me bring my vehicle back. Although a discount would be nice for the inconvenience of what could have been a huge problem had I not noticed the leak. Otherwise customer service is always great.

Needed to find a new tire place when our old shop shut down. Arrived 15-minutes early for an 8:30 appointment to simply have tires mounted and balanced. Car didnt get taken into the bay until 1000. and wasnt finished until 11:45. This is totally unacceptable. We will continue looking for a new tire place. This isnt it.

Went to Mr. Tire in Fort washington and was told they cant change my tire on my BMW X5m because they needed a certain part. I called Mr. Tire in Clinton and they said come on over well take care of you. Arrived at Mr. Tire in Clinton and they checked me in, told me my price for changing my tire, waited my turn, paid for it and now I am riding again. I was calling to come in for service and put me on hold and I guess forgot about me ... isn’t really that serious but over the years I learn that my car can’t be touch by anybody. Doesn’t mean they don’t do good work but that little thing questioned my organization of this shop. Next shop I called after had somebody help me get a price the moment I called.

Customer Service at this location is absolutely horrible. I Called up to the location on 9/08 to ask would I be able to get a oil change just to show up 5 minutes later to the location and for them to tell me they are not taking anymore customers. Came back on 9/10 with a online appointment. Walked into location and a gentleman was talking to a customer over 20 minutes. I’m standing there politely with my daughter and got no acknowledgement. And a gentlemen by the name of “Keith” came from around back and told me that they are no longer taking anybody. I explained to him that I’ve been waiting for someone to help me for about 25 minutes. Explained to the gentleman that I have a online appointment, he replied he did not care. Ask the same gentleman what time do y’all close, he replied back “look on the door”. At this point I’m looking for a manager and he claimed to be the manager, I came to this location TWICE in one week and got denied both times. Even with a appointment. I will be contacting the real store manager and complaining. My family has been going to this location 10 years plus, and I cannot believe the customer service I received this week.

I search many shops and their prices were extremely in my opinion high and when I would go back a different employee would give a new price. I have been having my cars serviced at this location for years. I consistently receive quality service. Having tenured employees like Sherman who assisted me today is a direct reflection of the stellar service they provide. I would highly reccomend this location.

The manager is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Ive taken my old car here numerous times and havent had a bad experience yet. My car has been serviced by 5 different mechanics and they always do a good job. I like that they dont pressure you to do a service or buy a part. I buy my own parts and they installed them. It helps me save money on an old car. I will always continue to go here.

It should not take 3 5 hours to patch 2 tires and a oil change.And it should mean pull in the car 15min before closing because we showed up. They would have closed without a phone call as promised to inform us it was not ready. We gotta do better people ( customer service).

I needed the works!! And I was in and out within an hour, Which was great for me because my two-year-old had other plans for his Sunday afternoon. But he was just fine watching TV in a clean comfortable waiting area. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our short stay.

NEVER AGAIN !!!! Service is slow, the guy at the front desk “Keith” doesn’t know how to talk to customer. I made an appointment for 9:30 AM got here and the guy said he didn’t see an appointment in the system . Was told that my car would be done in 2 hours and I waited 3 hours and a half for 4 tires and an alignment... every time I ask about my car the guy was very nonchalant and you can hear the the employees in back making negative remarks about me asking and out my car ... NEVER AGAIN !!!

I went in for a 4 tire service, and oil change, and I left with a 4 tire service and oil change. No one tried to sale other service to me. I was told what is recommended, but not pressured to do the recommendation. The wait and the service was much shorter than what I was told. Also, Shane worked with me when deciding the best tires for my vehicle that also fit my budget. He didnt try to sale me the best because its the best.

Don’t bother wasting your money. Stay away from this place!! I just pull up at Shop around 30mins ago. I parked my car in front just to schedule an oil change. I was going to drop my car off.. so obviously I’m not gone leave it parked in the front of the shop. So before I could get out the car... one of Mr.Tire employees comes to the car and says “I need this parking space “ I’m explaining to him It will be a quick second. He says “yea I need you to move now”. We exchange words. I get out the car goes inside the shop he then tells the employees behind the counter “Don’t service her, until she moves her car. At that point I just walked out and left, I work way to hard to be treated horribly! Very poor customer service!

At first I thought I was “VIP” in the house until I was in line and the customers before me was getting my VIP treatment and I had to smile. It is so nice to know that ALL Mr. Tire of Clinton Maryland customers receive the same treatment. I have to admit that one day I went to another Mr. Tire an I was disappointed not to get the same treatment as I receive in Clinton. No worries. I will never stay again. Ive been coming to this location for a few years now and from oil changes, to brakes and tires. everything Ive needed has been done with excellent service. I highly recommend this location.

Ive been to this auto shop several times. The last time, my brakes were getting fixed. I went by with no appointment, and their parking lot and lobby were packed. Dropped off at 11:15, and was done with new pad and rotors by 2 on a Saturday. I honestly didnt think they were even going to have time to look at it. Super good service, the work was quick and the work was excellent. I will be returning for my next repair.

I booked online for a same day appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told there wasnt an appointment showing in their system for me. Before I could get upset the attendant assured me he would take care of me. He checked me in and I had a seat. I barely had time to get settled when I heard my name called from behind the counter.
