I was passing through town, and our windshield was hit by a rock. Extremely great customer service, and a very clean and professional building. I had barely sit down in the waiting area just a few minutes and they told me my repair was done. The technician explained the work in detail.

I normally patronized the Clinton location but they have relocated to Flowood Dr. The new location is bigger. I needed to get a rock chip filled in; I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The gentleman that fix my windshield was very friendly.

This morning I googled searched windshield replacement (still being new to the area). This company populated and after reading reviews I decided to drive there about 8:30a to get my windshield replaced. There were little to no cars there at that time. I was ask the year and model of you vehicle and what service was I looking for. I told them a windshield replacement. He searched the availability of the glass and asked will I be waiting. I stating yes! I have no one to drop me off! He then stated the windshield will be there about 11:30a and to come back. I came back at 12noon and again he asked will you be waiting. I stated yes!! He says it will take a long while and I expressed I do not have anyone to drop me off. He said come back early in the morning and he can get my windshield replacement. This interaction felt very weird to the fact that you asked me to come back for service only to hear I still can’t receive service. Is this a good business practice? I was a woman ( no sympathy needed) looking for a service and received nothing. I should have been told from the beginning that I could not wait, but this is after I seen a gentleman sitting outside waiting. Very disappointed and feel like my patronage was not wanted. I will not be returning in the morning. By the way the bathroom is still out 2yrs later, this was stated in a previous review.

We had a big rock peck that needed repair before it ran across the windshield. We stopped by Mid-State and they had it repaired in a short time. They were professional and did a good job, cant even see the repair.

Great staff. Very friendly. Great service. Great prices, compared to several other local glass companies. True to their quotes and service discussed over the phone. I waited there while my cracked sunroof was repaired, and they got it fixed quickly and perfect. Highly recommend this company.

Friendly fast service

Nice people, but they worked on my sons car twice and never fixed the issue.He had a leak somewhere and the floorboard area inside the car was getting wet after a rain. They had the car for a week and I finally called to find out the status of his car. They said they repaired it so we picked it up (why they didn’t call us when it was ready I’m not sure). A couple days later it rained and the inside got wet again. They said bring it back and they’d look at it again.They had the car another full week (again, never called me to say the car was ready, I had to call them) and they said it was fixed this time.Now one week later we just had rain again last night and my sons car is wet again on the inside.They had his car for two weeks and still didn’t fix the issue, although I was charged for the work.A little frustrating to say the least.

I called today at 1:23 p.m. to get a quote for windshield replacement. The price was $100 less than the previous quote Id received from another company, so I asked if I could set up a day and time to have a new windshield installed. Midstate had someone at my work location within a half hour to pick up my vehicle, and by 3:15 p.m., the job was complete and my vehicle was returned to me. Less than 2 hours from getting a quote to a completed job, and I never had to leave my office. It is hard to find customer service like this, and I am very appreciative of Midstate!

Yall! I cant say enough good things about Midstate Glass Company! They truly were fast, friendly and affordable. When my back glass exploded on this terrible nasty, rainy day, they fixed me right up. Their hours are 7:30-5, but someone was there to answer the phone at 7:15a. Midstate Glass Company had the windshield in stock and had me back rolling by 1pm. They even offered me a ride to work. I hope I dont need them again anytime soon, but they will be my go-to from now on.

THEY HAVE MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!! I was just trying to get the weather strip across the top of the windshield fixed, for aesthetic purposes only because another company messed it up. 2 other glass places told me they couldnt do it, that they had to replace the windshield to fix it. $30 later, one trip, no questions, midstate fixed it! I even told them if you have to replace the windshield thats fine and they could have gotten$200+ out of me and I wouldnt have batted an eye AND THEY DIDNT! probably one of the last honest businesses out there SO KEEP THEM GOING!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Tried to use restroom...I was told restroom have been out or order of four days! Services are about $60 more than normal windshield prices! Bad attitude customer service is not good at all! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here!
