Decent prices but they dont have enough men working. Definately bring your own help. Hear me out before you crucify me. Theres usually 4-5 people hanging out that cant help load items. They just keep paging the same poor guy to help people load heavy items. Which is what Home Depot sells. Big, heavy things.

Love Home Depot! The last time I was there was April 21, 2021. And unfortunately I wont be going back. It was the last place I was with my sweet baby Bubba. That day he passed unexpectedly. I just cant bring myself to go back. But before that date it was our go to place. The staff was always so kind and helpful. The store was very clean. It was a great place for us to go. It was always a pleasant experience going there. I miss you Home Depot!

While we love the convince of home depot, DONT GET A CREDIT CARD! The interest is WAY more then my interest on my mortgage 😲!We are paying over to get it paid off quickly and using cash instead of the card wherever we can. It would be way better if they didnt have such a high rate...

Love this store but they dont carry lawn belts for the mower i bought from them go figure other wise good times...

We only were in the plant department got some annuals and perennials... plants were in very good shape and put them in when I got home... they look fine and I am just waiting for them to grow..

It seems as though in the last decade the store has really been on the decline. Most of the staff cant help you because theyre not experienced in the trades. Sometimes its more frustrating to ask for help there than it is just to walk the store for an extra 10 minutes and figure out where it is for yourself. And if you really want to save time just order it online because thats what theyre going to tell you about most of their products anyways oh we have that online you can order online from us. Your first thought is why would I do that I could get it cheaper at Amazon or someplace else. Shop at your own peril

Home Depot if youre building something with wood or buying a sink refrigerator microwave or adding something to the household or even the garden this is a place to come great staff very helpful and know what theyre doing and they know what youre looking for because they know the store in and out so if youre not sure just ask the staff theyll help you out.

Only because I cant go any lower. I was going to get $340 worth of materials for my church and I have the tax exempt from. After an hour of trying to get it set up another worker came up. She started the process then said I couldnt do it because it was Illinois. I said Menards did it in Davenport. She said that this is not Menards. I said,no it isnt, but thats where I am going. I will not shop Home Depot!

Im a retired electrician. So getting what I need electrically is no problem. However plumbing I dont know why but its always going back to the store getting the proper part. I had no problem finding an assistant at the plumbing department. And Im glad she was there and available everything went together without a problem. Thank you.....

They are always helpful even within the massive store where you walk isle to isle trying to find someone and then you find someone and they sayoh, this isnt my department but Ill get someone to help you and then you wait for someone, and wait, and when someone finally comes they are very courteous and helpful, cashiers are always cheerful and kind and there is always someone right there to help me load my stuff into my car.!!!! I rate this home depot a 5☆☆☆☆☆.

The aisles here are way to small for their power chairs there is just way to much stuff in the middle aisles to get around. Had multiple employees ask if we needed assistance which was nice.

My husband and I went together looking at appliances and thinking theyd be good Wrong we bought a stove and microwave and refrigerator and have had nothing but issues with the microwave light going out 6 times in a year now the stove and oven are acting up properly going to need to change computer in the time, stove top and not to mention cant turn the oven on without it smelling like plastic. I thought something had been in oven NOPE! REFRIGERATOR MAKES SQUEALING NOISES IM SO FED UP .DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE.THIS IS ALL IN JUST 1 YEAR REALLY!!! WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY JUST TO GO OUT AND BUY JUNK

This is a small store. A lot of items out of stock or not enough on the shelf to do a project. (for example only have 2 pieces of TRIMACO 5/8 in. x 5/8 in. x 8 ft. Self-Stick Plastic Corner Guard - Residential) Prices are high (need Menards to move in and get the prices competitive) Store employees are nice but they need to grab a broom and clean.

Tonight I was shopping until 8:50, as they close at 9. At 9:02 their parking lot lights all shut off as I’m trying to load plants into my car. I’m talking DARK. Scary and also dangerous. Unacceptable and I’ll be calling corporate. I’m not even sure how their employees walk to their vehicles.

Head desk guy said HD was out of Wyze security cameras. I wandered around store and found them on a shelf. Happy I found it, sad for incompetent employee.

I was unaware of the time home depot closed, so I was unable to purchase everything I needed. Therefore I knew Id have to return the next day to purchase the rest of materials I need. As I was about to exit the store a young man and young lady (employees) were entering the store and I asked what time they opened tomorrow morning. The young lady kept walking and the young man rudely said were closed. I stated I was aware and repeated myself asking when they opened tomorrow. He looked at me said look on the window around the corner and walked off.. how rude! Great customer service! The following day wasnt any better. Seemed like a lot of young kids who dont want to work with poor people skills!

I went in to find specific items. I could not locate on my own. Asked cashier for assistance to the aisle I needed it at and was met by associate within seconds of returning to the aisle. Employee was very helpful in locating my requested items and my trip into the store was pleasantly short.

Ordered and paid i. Full for something with a gift card had the receipt for the purchase of gift catd and they cancelled my order and double charged me and refused to make things right i will never do buisness with them again

We bought a brand new refrigerator from Home Depot.The fridge quit before the warranty was up and we were informed by the female manager that we were out of luck because we didn’t buy Home Depot warranty. They sent us away. Would NOT recommend Home Depot to buy anything!! Terrible follow up service.

The staff need to pay more attention to what customer needs in details.The managers SPECIALLY should NOT be intimidating and deny the customers based on their political views and PREJUDICES.

I ordered windows on July 7, was told that they would be in aug 8th and could be delayed a week . So I called today and asked when they would be in and now it’s September 28th ! I understand it could be pushed back a week or 2 but not 2months . When I asked I was told there is nothing they could do about it and I need to call the window plant so I asked for that number and nobody knew it .

Home depot has the tools I need to complete the job. I just wish every 2x4, 1x4, etc. wasnt so warped. Wood products could be of better quality/handled better when in transit.

The Clinton Home Depot definitely dropped the ball on us. I do not recommend buying sheds from them, they are untrained on the entire process. We purchased a Tuff Shed display model in February, it was supposed to be delivered in March, COVID happened and my delivery was canceled. I had a new delivery scheduled for June, the day comes and we find out that ooooops the Home Depot’s poorly trained staff sold it for a second time. Yep it was gone. Neither Home Depot or tuff shed wanted to own up to it. I got half a**ed solutions. Not once did I get an I’m sorry. Total joke. Save your time, save your sanity and honestly your money, find a local shed builder, more options for the price. Home Depot you lost a customer.

I cant believe Home Depot employees are not REQUIRED to wear masks to help protect customers. Adding to this frustration is to see employees standing around cackling, laughing and talking loud which adds to spreading droplets regardless if theyre COVID-19 droplets or not! How disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this store just for this reason. Thankfully they offer curbside pickup.

Home Depot is my go-to store for most things DIY related.Its close by.They open early and close late.The android app helps me determine if my needed item is in stock, and where to find it in the store. Saves lots of time.Store employees are always helpful and friendly.Lets Do This! With Home Depot its easy.

The last time I was there, 3 employees were sitting around a desk. I was looking at stoves..not one of them got up and asked if they could help. I did ask a question and the female employee looked at me and said Id have to check on that. Walked away..never saw her again. Seems that none ofthe help asks customers if they need assistance. Its too bad.

Poor service in appliances.Bought a stackable washer and dryer 12/17/19.when delivery was made, I was told I hadnt purchased the brackets to stack machines. I thought when you buy the stackables the mounts would be included,but no.Apparently you need to ask for the mounts.I wasnt asked if I wanted to purchase the mounts. But was told I had to purchase the new cord and duct work for dryer and hoses for washer or warranty would be voided.This is not the first time Home Depot has given me the short end of the stick but the last.Arthur Blank you have more problems than just the Falcons!

Was told im allowed to bring my dog in with me ( shes a service animal for my high anxiety) had no problems throughout the store till i got back to the kitchen and bath renovation area. I was then told by a staff member that she was allergic to dogs (whi ch i get and would have kept them a safe distance from her) and that i needed to leave the entire department. Well she continued to just sit and chit chat with other people. Never felt less valued and more irritated in my life to have that almost yelled at me from 30 feet away.Edit: i just want to add there was one young woman there this morning that was utterly spectacular with us helping us find some of our items. It is a shame her coworker single handedly ruined that.
