We used JJ Marble for our entire kitchen quartz countertops, including a large waterfall island. The experience started in the main office with Robert, whose personality and work ethic was a big reason we chose them. Robert was very accommodating and patient as we worked to find the right slab for us. That theme carried throughout the process with the owner Richard, who installed the countertops along with Kevin. Everyone there is super nice and they really take great care to ensure the highest quality work. The entire installation process took almost four hours, and it was really quite impressive to see the precision and attention to details. Everyone I’ve showed photos and videos to have been so impressed. Beautiful work! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

These guys are PRO!! The countertops were the easiest part of my renovation. Michael was thoughtful, responsive and professional. I had countertops installed a week after I connected with him for the first time and they are STUNNING!! When he came to install, he brought a crew of incredibly talented guys that took diligent care in every detail. After the appliances arrived (post countertops installation), we realized we needed a small piece of stone (called a bridge) behind the slide-in range to make it looks finished. Michael took a measurement, cut in the shop and brought it out to me in Brooklyn AND refused to take any extra payment. I really couldnt be more impressed with the countertops and the crew. Highly recommend!!

I was updating my kitchen and chose JJ Marble and Granite to replace my kitchen countertops to quartz. They were informative and carried a great assortment of stone and other products. They came, measured for the template and installed the quartz beautifully. There were no issues and they helped me keep to my deadline. They are a very unprofessional company that no one should use. First of all, they make you pay in full beforehand for a product that was done with no effort. Were in the middle of a complicated installation of Cesarstone in a Manhattan coop. I met with several New York stone vendors whohad impracticable ideas. I reached out to relatives in Hudson County, New Jersey, where I grew up, who highly recommended JJ Marble and Granite. I was highly skeptical that they would be able to file the insurance certificate and the many other documents required by New York apartment buildings. Boy was I wrong. They filed the documents in record time and were immediately approved by the managing agent. The template process was exacting, and the finished countertops fit like gloves. Their work is superb and prices are very competitive. Their installers are nice guys who were taught by relatives from the old school. I am so glad to have used the hometown guys!!!

We can’t say enough great things about JJ Granite & Marble. We started with estimates and reviewing quartz slabs from a number of companies, but from the first communication all the way to the installation JJ reminded us why we chose them. Their response time via email/phone was instantaneous. We went to the facility to look at slabs and had a fabulous experience, and found the exact product we were looking for. The team that came to template and install was wonderful. Extremely professional - even calling to tell me when they were on their way, when they hit traffic, etc. We did a xomplete kitchen gut and remodel and even our contractor was shocked at how quickly the product was ready for install after templating. We had both counters and backsplash installed. The team even lined the backsplash veins up with the counter so it looked like one cohesive piece. We had a question after the install team left and send an email. Within minutes they were calling to follow up. I highly recommend JJ Granite!!

Not at all impressed. I called these guys for a quote, and the gentleman that I had spoke too had no idea what he was talking about... I personally had a very bad experience, and felt a great deal of pressure to make a decision. This place is not for me! Their quote was also significantly higher than several other shops that I had received quotes from.

We recently did a total kitchen remodel and used JJ Marble & Granite for our granite. . Michael, the manager was extremely helpful from beginning to end. The installers were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and worked fast and clean. Initially there was a problem with one of the slabs of granite, but Michael helped us right away and was super accommodating. He did everything in his power to fix it and make us satisfied and happy customers, Which were truly are!. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends and family. These guys are great! They worked with us the whole time while we were renovating our whole house. Michael showed us various samples of quartz and never beat around the Bush when it came to prices and quality. They were always standing by their phone and answering questions for us even after hours even after they installed. We made a mistake will measuring our fireplace and we called them back to modify the slab and came right away and cut it perfectly. We highly recommend them!

I recently replaced the air handlers in my apartment, and built hardwood cabinets around them. I contracted with JJ Marble and Granite for three marble tops for the air handler cabinets. They had an excellent selection of marble. I picked a piece of Bianco Statuario marble and it is a beautiful piece of marble. They did a great job on the measurements and installation. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them, and will be contacting them again if I need any more marble, granite, or quartz.

Michael was really professional and was able to come the next day to do the measurements for my counter. They were able to give me a fair price on the spot and also give me the square footage numbers in case other companies tried to charge me more square footage. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
