THE BEST FABRIC DEAL I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I have shopped for cotton in New York, New Jersey, Honolulu - this is the best deal for I have ever seen. Incredibly high-quality upholstered fabric and an entire warehouse of cotton, leather, polyester, and every other type you could possibly imagine.For $24, I got 4 2-yard rolls ($8) + 1 pillow insert ($5) + 1 cotton scrap ($3) + 1 scrap ($1) + a few other scraps.BEST DEAL!!And the owner David is lovely and carried it out to my car.Will absolutely be back!

Very happy with the price the selection and my fabric is absolutely breathtaking.

I always get amazing fabric at amazing prices. No other fabric supplier can beat his prices. And I have been to many in the area. You must be willing to purchase more than a few yards but stock up because you wont regret it !!! My only issue is that I wished they were open on Saturdays
