First time I visited and it was such an easy and convenient place. The front desk person Abeer and ophthalmologist Yasir M. were both very friendly and thoroughly explained everything they offer. The office is spacious and clean, they have a variety of lenses you can browse through. If you dont have a hard prescription to follow prices are pretty reasonable 🤓. There is also parking available in the back of the store since its on Main Ave, it can get a bit annoying looking for parking in front. Would definitely recommend.

Only come here if you want cheap glasses, dont get scammed into purchasing something you didnt want because they will try. the guy who works there (seems like the owner), will start to grow impatient and rude if you dont go with his overpriced suggestions.

Doctor is so professional and knowledgeable. Abir is so friendly, always making jokes and laughing. Very helpful! Been coming for 11 years, never changing!

Been coming here 6 years, since I was 17. Really great place, now Im recommending it to my students! The girls know me by name, ask about my parents and siblings. Youre not just a number, they know you, they remember what you like and dont like. Its such a personal experience. And the male doctor there is always hooking it up with a discount ;)

The staff were very helpful in taking down my daughters information on the way there so we could save time. They assisted my daughter in finding the right frames and offering the best quality lenses for her prescription. They were up front with the prices and were very cost efficient. The glasses were ready for pick up as stated after completing the order. My daughter just tried them on and is now happy with her new pair of glasses. Thank you so much, Noor Optical 🙂

I have been coming here for 9 years, and wont go anywhere else!The ladies at reception desk are the nicest, they make jokes when they are testing you because they know youre nervous...there is one machine that always scares me with the puff of air. The doctors are processional. When they taught me how to wear contacts I felt so bad...the lady literally was teaching me for 45 minutes and she was so patient never once did she roll her eyes or get frustrated with me.Seriously the best!

I have been coming here since I was 8/9 years old. I am now 19, and still come here. Rasha is literally SUCH an angel. She genuinely cares about each patient and is willing to go through and explain everything if there is any confusion. This is difficult to find anywhere else.

Friendly staff, professional. Walked in was tended to immediately. Nice collection of frames, prices are very cheap for designer glasses. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!

Wonderful staff and service!!! I got glasses from there at least three times now. They really take their time to help you, make recommendations based on your style and preferences and make sure you are satisfied with your decision. Turn around is very quick!

My mom has been getting our glasses here since we were born. Theres so many choices and the staff is very smiley. I like people that treat you nice, it makes my day. Oh yeh and we dont wait long to see the doctor, like when i go to my regular doctor you wait like 40-60 minutes but here were in after 15 minutes!

The worst place you can go for eye care, as someone already stated they are the most dishonest eye doctor I have ever been to. I went to get a pair of eye glasses the owner who is the worst most unethical person I have encounter gave me a prize of $215 for a pair without an eye exam, when I came to pick them up he wanted to charge me $250 he told me I was getting a discount already. I had to come back 4 times because the lenses kept falling off, by the third time he had the nerve to tell me that next time he would have to charge me for fixing them. While trying to put the lenses on my own I noticed this glasses had a tag Made in China, they were nothing but a $2.00 cheap imitation, when I went back the 4th time he was not there, I spoke with a female probably his wife or daughter an explained situation and asked for a refund but told me all they could do is for me to choose another pair, this time supposedly Italian frames and while the lenses have not come off the paint has, in any case stay away from this place, absolutely not honest. 1 star for this place is too much.

Went for an appointment to get new glasses because my old ones broke. Told the eye doctor I needed them immediately because I literally can’t see nothing within 15 - 20 feet away from me & I was told that the prescribed glasses would be ready for the following day. Well they weren’t. You don’t play with someone’s vision like that I don’t care if it took more than one day for them to come in if your guaranteeing someone’s glasses are going to be ready after a day then they should be ready. I don’t recommend this optical and suggest you go to another one because this one is completely dishonest & hands out false information.

They’re by appointment, no walk-Ins (only for emergencies) but that’s good it means u don’t wait long (max 10min). Been coming since 2007 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. There’s a girl fluent in English, Arabic, knows enough Spanish to get by with patients...she’s my fave and has been here for a long time too! Has all patient’s info memorized, hospitable and knows everybody on a personal level. Their recommendations are on point for eyewear too, I’m always satisfied. If you’re stuck and need an extra pair of contacts, they always give it you...just don’t take advantage LOL.

Staffs very sweet, prices are great, and finished my glasses in 2 days! Got a new pair of glasses this week, they have a huge selection...so big it took me an hour to choose LOL. Got pair of Dolce & Gabbana and it didnt break the bank. Would recommend for sure.

I made an appt with them more than 2 weeks in advance. They ensured me they accepted the insurance that I had . I got there half an hour prior to my appt. Recieved my paperwork 40 minutes there after. In the middle of me filling this out I was approached by one of the front desk staff informing me they had two doctors on staff and the doctor that worked on Saturdays does not accept my insurance. My phone had been shut off the day before which is why I had given them 2 stars giving them the benifit of the doubt considering she claimed to had tried calling me the day before. I was there for an eye exam & it took longer than expected wait. I was given the wrong prescription from last year with the wrong information on it. I called & requested a corrected prescription, but the receptionist was not helpful & would not fax, email, or mail the corrected prescription to me. Im very disappointed with noor optical & will not be returning anytime soon.

Very bad service, I am requesting someone to adjust my kids glasses since last week, and they told me to wait a week, I need to talk to manager and also I have to wait because there is no one very disappointed.

So professional! Waiting time for doctor is much shorter than other places ive been. And they tell you 2 weeks for glasses but all my kids glasses were ready on the 2nd and 3rd.
