I went in to just put air in my tire and the manager a husky Dominican guy . Flat out said I don’t have time while there was a whole lift open and 2 workers just standing around. Before encountering the manager one of the worker politely told me he cannot ( as he said it seemed like he’s been disciplined for that in the past ) and the manager comes busting in I even offered to pay to put air in my tire which is free. I had to change my oil and was considering them because they were close but if that’s how they treat there customer imagine how they treat your car. Just go to another place to do your work .

Terrible customer service. Was called at 2 saying the car was ready to be picked up. Arrived at 4 and told it would be 5 minutes. Asked at 15 minutes, and the guy very condescendingly said that it was still up and it would be 5 minutes. Asked at 30 minutes and was informed that he “already said to (my partner) that there was more work to be done” (which was a straight up lie) and that it would be 5 more minutes. from the time I got there, it took a full hour to complete the job that they apparently forgot to do part of and then lied to me about it. Never going back to this place.

Went here for a brake and rotor job which cost 677 and some change. I used American express credit card and was charged an additional 24 dollars for a service fee that Mike the attendant claims its a service fee bringing the total amount charged 701.00. Although they claim its posted in the shop, be aware, you will be charged a credit card terminal fee. Go to a shop where they dont pass this fee onto the consumer.

Sometimes I go back and forth about posting a review for this business, but I realized after going there with issues, they fix them but then out of no where new issues come up because of work they did. For example, they put on the wrong side tires which were smaller than what the OEM recommend which caused me to scrape the muffler and put a hole in it. Now my car is loud and i have to fix it. How do you put on the wrong size tires. The owner is very active and tries hard to make sure the customer is happy and tries run a good business, but I think its the technicians that definitely need to be re-trained

Had a job interview at 6 but the place was closed since 5:30. Complete waste of my time and money! I spent 15 dollars on a Uber for this job interview and the place wasnt even open! Cant believe I feel for this scam and I am very disappointment in the customer service!

Went there for an oil change and I was made aware of some issues I already knew, but it was good to know that extra inspection was done and an honest assessment was brought to my attention. I waited for the oil change and I liked the cleanness of the office and professionalism of the personnel .

I guess you have to be a man to get respect there.. 1 man outside looked straight at us and kept working. We walked into the office some guy was on the phone didn’t even take a second to say hello be with you, nothing! Then walks out of the office still on the phone and leaves us alone in there. I googled another place and left!! I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and if someone walks into the office on the phone or not! You say please hold and great whoever walks in. That should be CS 101

Wonderful staff and very detailed with their work. Ive been coming to Germin for the past ten years and let me say he is the best. Very honest and will work with you on scheduling and pricing. I learned the hard way that many of the mechanics in the area with the exception of him are nothing but crooks and are looking to get over. If you want detailed and reliable service go see him. I have moved to New York and I still come see him to work on my car, which should tell you something about his level of work.

Lakeview is an honest auto mechanic shop. They are curtious, and helpful, being a car guy myself, I can normally spot people that try to take advantage of situations with auto repairs. My wife had been using them for quite a while and they never tried to overcharge her for something that want needed nor done. If you want someone who is straight forward, honest, and does quality work, this is the place to go!

To be real its hard for me to trust a new mechanic but he was honest his staff exactly to the point on what i needed and still need for that matter. I been sold fried icecream before i can tell they taking care of the business .

I had a bad experience with these guys! I dropped off my car to get my cigarette lighter fixed! When i came back to pick up the car the next day and after i made payment of $210! I started the car to head home but I noticed the brake light on my dashboard, i went right back in i told the guy the light wasn’t there when I dropped off the car and i asked him kindly to check out the car and why that light is on. His response was unprofessional and immediately started arguing with me. So i had to leave and that light is still on the dashboard.

Don’t go to this place, I live near by and have 3 bad experiences. First of all he charged me soooo much for just a diagnostic for something I told him what it was. The second time I go to him he tells me he can’t do a job because it’s not worth his time and this last time his straight up lazy mechanics couldn’t even bolt in a tow hitch for me. STAY AWAY BAD BUSINESS!

Great repair service right in my neighborhood ! I needed a tire replaced ASAP and it was completed in time for me to go to work . I had the remaining tires replaced there shortly after, again great service .. thanks again !

Dont go to this thief... I have two bad experiences#1 I bought the oil and gave it to him to change the oil... I was watching him and then he hid the oil I bought and he used his the cheap one.....# The Spanish guy who fixes the car is very vulgar and respectable ...he got mad when I I told him show me the empty gallons and he refused.... this autoshop looks good to people but when it comes to dealing with customers they are not good at all.... I dont RECOMMEND it.... and when I called the police on him he gave me my gallons back and he gave me my money back.... dont go to this guy anymore

They are out to scam you. I went to get my car an inspection and they told me it failed even though my car was completely fine, still they charged me 70$ and took away my sticker, then gave me a paper that said I failed and had to fix it by end of the month. I asked why it failed so i can fix it and they told me they couldnt tell me but said they can do a diagnostic test that usually costs 65$ and takes about 3 hrs but they would make an exception for me. The diagnostic test would tell me what is wrong w the car and they can even fix it for me, or I can go to my mechanic if I wanted. I went to see my mechanic and he was surprised (I paid and they didnt even tell me what is wrong) He checked my car for the failure that was on the paper and said he couldnt see anything, so he sent me to citgo on haledon ave. The man there was nice, but laughed at the ppl in lakeview, he said my car was fine, did the test and my car passed! He charged 50$!Lakeview auto is a total scam. Ppl there are nice, but they are out to get you.
