Extremely thankful for this business! I have such a busy schedule and rely heavily on my car. They were very responsive when I requested a quote for my Tesla through Yelp and they were able to come next day. They asked for a picture of the damage on my windshield and let me know it could be repaired. They came right on time and called me in the morning to give me my appointment window. They let me know all the risks of this repair and it was very quick! Everything went great and I couldnt be happier. I can barely see the repair and am shocked with the quality. I hope I wont have to use these guys again, but if I do I will for sure call them. This was the only shop in my area that was available to do the repair this week and thats so important so the crack doesnt spread. Price was also reasonable!

I had a chip in my windshield which seemed to grow more apparent as time went by. Marcus examined the chip and, within 10 seconds, determined that the windshield chip had already been repaired in the past. He explained that the filling from the previous repair had somehow come off my windshield. Within 5 more minutes, Marcus had refilled and cured the chip, and gone about his day. I did not have to step out of my house for more than 10 minutes for this service. Thank you Premier Auto Glass and Marcus for prompt, professional service. Should I have any future windshield/glass-related problems, I know where to go.

This company is excellent! My windshield had a crack the size of a quarter so I brought it to Safelite in Hasbrouck heights and by the time they were done fixing it; the crack was the size of a foot long sub. I called up Premier Auto Glass in Clifton and they set up an appointment right away. The guy was on time, polite and efficient. Its a fraction of the cost to replace your whole windshield compared to Safelite. Definitely trustworthy 👍

I’ve now been lucky enough (or unlucky, depending on how you look at it), to need Premier Auto Glass’s services twice in the past few years. My windshield was badly cracked, so I called them yesterday, and they had me in and out in 20 minutes this morning at their Clifton location. They’ve always have the best service at the best price, so I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else in Passaic County. Thanks guys!

My son shattered his entire windshield and within hours someone was here at my home replacing it. The office staff was so responsive and had a price quote and inventory confirmation within 10 minutes. The installer that came was friendly, professional and skilled. The staff at Premier is terrific! Irene efficiently, correctly and quickly handled the claim process. The installer, Marcos, was superb and obviously very experienced. He completed the install quickly but with the utmost care and courtesy. No re-calibration was necessary for any of the cameras due to his expertise in the windshield replacement process. I called at 3pm yesterday and ordered a replacement windshield, the tech called me at 7:30 this morning to confirm a time window and according to the time on the work order I had a new windshield as of 3:07 PM today. Totally contactless, professional people both in the office as well as the tech that called me/worked on my car. Fast turnaround.

Great company!!! I booked my appointment online to replace my windshield. They came to my work the next day on time, the technician was so professional. One of the easiest car repairs I have ever experienced. I highly recommend using this company. So Impressed!!!

The first time I used them for a replacement I had a great experience so when I ended up getting a chip I did not hesitate to call them for a repair. After two weeks the repair failed, which is fine, as sometimes this happens. Their website states that they guarantee chips repairs in the sense that would deduct the price ($85) from the cost of a new windshield. However when the time came to schedule for the new windshield they would not honor this guarantee and tried to charge me full price. What a shame as I was trying to give them more business. I ended up going somewhere else and got the new windshield for less then Premier was charging anyway.

Windshield inexplicably cracked so phone call made to Premier based on location and reviews. Woman answering took vehicle particulars then gave a competitive quote, and being it was Saturday made a Monday AM appointment. First thing this morning installer Marcos was at my home, courteously and professionally replaced the glass along with inspection sticker and EZpass. These guys are top notch! I took my wifes Audi to work and on the way back from lunch, a truck kicked up a rock and left a big chip in the windshield. I called a number of auto glass shops and they came back with crazy prices and appointments a week later. When I finally called Premier I explained my situation to Ed. He gave me a great price and said he could have someone do it immediately. I dont know how he managed to do it with so little time but he was able to get a new windshield, send his tech to my company parking lot, and have it installed on the spot with plenty of time for me to go home on time. Installation was perfect and the car was cleaned up nicely. It looks like the car was never touched. They have my business for life!

What an amazing experience. After calling the other glass company and getting a quote, I found out that the next available appointment was in 5 days (7 if I didnt want take a day off). I called Premier on a whim, basically because even after giving my VIN# they still needed to know the color of my windshield and I wasnt sure. The shop was very pleasant on the phone and was amazingly able to come on the same day! Counting the $40 the other guys charge for a house call, I saved $200!!! The work was completed very quickly even with my heated windshield. Hopefully I dont need them too often but I am a customer for life!

2019 Subaru WRX with cracked windshield. Big national company cancelled my appointment because they couldn’t get me a windshield. Subaru dealer tells me that it’s currently not available nationally. Independent shop in Newark tells me they can’t get me a windshield. Ed at Premier tells me no problem. They accommodate my schedule and the technician Marcos shows up early on Saturday morning. After market windshield, perfect fit and careful and professional install!
