We needed a week of cleaning for the apartment we were moving out of. They accommodated our schedule and were very easy to communicate/schedule with. Our home wasn’t in the cleanest condition upon moving out, but it was when they were finished. We are so pleased with their work. So lucky to have found them through other positive reviews!

My experience was unsatisfactory. I asked for a deep clean at my 1250 sqft apartment. Because of the extremely messy state of the apartment (renovations had just been completed), they said the price would be double, which I agreed to. We discussed this after they saw the apartment, but before work began.They cleaned for about 10-11 hours total, before telling me the job was complete. However, it was not - the apartment still had very dusty areas in every room.After sending a few pictures, they offered to return, but at that point it made more sense for me to finish it myself. I told them there was no need to return and they offered a 13% discount on the $750 bill. I paid the discounted price and moved on with life. I would not recommend this service.Perhaps the job was much bigger and harder than they realized when they revised my quote after seeing the apartment. In that case, it would have been better to at least tell me so I could plan accordingly.

MS Cleaning Service were available at the last minute to clean my condo before we moved in. The difference from before and after was amazing! The condo smelled fresh when we walked in. The fridge was sparkling clean, as were all the other major kitchen appliances. My plants were carefully arranged in the kitchen window. All drawers were clean and ready for us to move in. The bathrooms were sparkling. Even the closets were clean. I will definitely be using MS Cleaning Service again.

I first got MS cleaners for a really good deep clean. They did such an amazing job!!! Even my husband who is usually clueless about these things commented on how clean the house was and how great the house smelled. They did such a great job that I hired them to come every other week, and they continue to do excellent work. Moura Sisters were able to assess my apartment on a Saturday, provide an estimate on the same day, and complete the cleaning of my 2 bedroom apartment by Tuesday. They accommodated my specific requests, such as cleaning the tops and interiors of the empty kitchen cabinets, tops of the window trims, behind open gaps of the baseboard heaters, etc. When first speaking, they were even considerate enough to ask if I was allergic to anything, in case the cleaning solutions would cause me any irritation. They were very responsive to all communications as well. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Moura Sisters service is unbelievable! I signed up for service and they scheduled a visit to walk through the apartment and introduce themselves. I quickly realized this is a company with a process for quality. She walked me through everything and explained how there would be two people that would do the cleaning, and then after there would be a quality check call or text to ensure consistency and to make sure nothing was missed. I would characterize myself as a very meticulous and detailed person who has high expectations when it comes to cleaning. I will tell you that I have not been disappointed and they have fulfilled every expectation of detail I have.

Its that time of the season where guests are coming, and my apartment needed a good cleaning. I didnt realize how difficult it was to clean the ENTIRE apartment. It was time to bring the professionals in.I found Moura Sisters Cleaning Service on Google and thank goodness, they were available at the day and time I needed!I was able to book them for Saturday in the early morning, and because there were two people Veronica and Silvana, they were done within a couple hours! This included them cleaning three bedroom, three bathroom, the outside of the fridge, AND the outside of the oven. I went with the total package, and I couldnt have been more pleased!They were able to clean up the dog fur that was literally everywhere and got off all of the baked-on cheese in the over from the many times that I made pizza. I got to talk to the maids after, and they were very personable and professional. Owner Giovanni has great personality so I decided to do the cleaning through her. Her cousin, Maria and Ariana(a young lady with glasses) came to clean on the cleaning date. Maria was very good but Ariana was either very inexperienced or had no desire to clean. She absolutely didnt know how to clean. Ariana was in charge of dusting walls, mopping floors, and inside of cabinets n refrigerator. She barely dusted so I ended up dusting next to her, she didnt clean inside of cabinets so I cleaned. Cabinets and refrigerator were all empty so all she had to do was just wipe inside. I got frustrated later and ended up telling Maria if she could clean. This whole time, Maria thought Ariana cleaned inside of cabinets and refrigerator so if I didnt point out. Anything that Ariana was in charge were very poorly done or not cleaned at all. Maria was in charge of kitchen and thats the only area thoroughly cleaned.I ended up cleaning my whole place with my wife again next day.I usually dont write bad reviews but this time I felt like I have to for other people to know. It was waste of money as I had to clean all over again.

With all the great reviews on here I was sorely disappointed with the cleaning service I was provided. My room was left with dust all over the dressers and was clearly not cleaned evidenced by the fact that my daughters lipstick handprint was still on my dresser after Geovana left. She and her team simply did not meet my expectations of a clean home.
