Absolutely love stopping here. The best part about walking in here is theyre freshly making the waffle cones. The smell of those delicious cones is an amazing smell that you dont come across of regularly. Their ice cream is always delicious. A bit pricey but well worth it

I took my grandson to Kilwins in Cliffside Park and the store was just about closing, the lights were out. The owner saw me and my grandson by the door. I was about to leave because I knew it was closing time. The owner came out and asked us to come in and he would gladly serve me and my grandson. He put the lights on and made my grand son a vanilla ice cream cup with sprinkles, he then asked me what I would like, I felt bad and said nothing, he insisted so I had a cappuccino. As this was happening other people walked into the store and they were all happily served. This is a great establishment and fits right in with the community of Cliffside Park and the surrounding area. Thank you for being so kind toMy grandson and I truly appreciate it.

We opted for a mix of light and dark chocolate turtles. They are delicious. The calories of everything are displayed so you can keep yourself from going overboard. Walking in felt like opening the doors to Willy Wonkas chocolate factory.. So many sweets to take in, so many ice cream flavors... Maybe my judgement was biased because I was high, but the feeling was real. Their ice cream was so creamy and rich, I kept eating even though I just came from an all-you-can-eat BBQ. The man at the counter also passed out free chocolate bars. What an amazing place

Dumb overpriced, pack of 20 white chocolate pretzels were $16 LOL. Me and my two friends were there, we got 2 Chocolate Ice creams & 1 Vanilla Milkshake and the total was almost $35!!!!!!!! We spent more for dinner, then desert. So stupid never shop here please I beg you.

From the outside looking in I was so excited to explore this fun looking ice cream and chocolate shop, however I was quite taken aback by the prices even by todays standards. These prices are not sustainable. I understand its gourmet but its competitors are less than half the price. They charge $34.99 a pound for chocolate truffles . A double scoop is $7. Thats not sustainable even for people earning above average income. Seems they want people to come in once and not return at these prices. Too bad because the ice cream is delicious. Chocolate truffle just so so. Best of luck to the business.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Must say, great first impression! Tried their ice cream which was delicious and was impressed by the different kinds of candy offered. Will definitely be back when visiting the area again sometime! 🌞

They are simply AMAZING !! Every weekend that Im in town to see my mother, I have to make sure that I have enough time to stop by. Their homemade fudge is to die for; you eat a piece and you cant stop eating it. Their ice cream Toasted Coconut & Pistachio AMAZING 🥰🥰 to be honest everything that they sell is to die for. Always a delightful experience when I come here! The workers and owners are always so polite and they did a really great job putting a basket together for me. The ice cream is good but for a place that prides itself on being a local and family oriented establishment they have to learn how to better treat customers. Very rude Management. They yell at customers and make people feel unwelcome. Would only recommend them if there werent any other ice cream stores open

Horrible Management. My boyfriend lives in the building upstairs we have ordered from this place multiple times and even spent over $70 on 3 small tubs of ice cream. Since the weather has been nice we have been bringing our bagels to the quad to enjoy them outdoors but the manager/owner said we could not sit there unless we ordered something. We gladly bought $20 worth of chocolate treats to sit there. Today as I walked into the quad we threw something in the trash and he asked us not to use his trash. I also noticed there were 4 families sitting on their outdoor seating area that did not purchase anything from them. I went inside to tell gentlemen we were obligated to make a purchase while there were people outside sitting that also werent customers and he said i know they were already yelled at I dont understand why people cant enjoy a simple sandwich as they dont serve food. No one is taking business from them and im sure if they were nicer people would gladly purchase some ice cream after finishing their sandwich, instead of being forced to buy something. The manager or owner of this place has lost our business.

I’m a big fan of Kilwins and the Cliffside Park NJ location is definitely one of the nicest/best Kilwins I’ve been to. The best ice cream on the planet, chocolates that melt in your mouth, fudges made on a marble slab that you can watch being done homemade and they even have one of my favorites...Pralines. Chris and Catalina (owners) treat each and every customer like family! You simply have to treat yourself to Kilwins Cliffside Park!

Took our daughters here for a little dessert after lunch at PF Chang’s next door. We actually moved from New York a few months ago where there is another Kilwin’s of the same quality. The staff is always polite and helpful, even when very busy & the desserts are always tasty. The prices are the only “negative” thing but for a specialty place, I think it’s worth it to come for a nice treat!

Love the shop and the ice cream but was completely dissatisfied with the fudge. Bought a chunk of salted caramel vanilla for a co-worker and wanted salted caramel chocolate for myself but they only had plain chocolate. BOTH pieces I got were as hard as a rock. Too bad I didnt check before I got it home. So disappointed. You would think the salesperson would have noticed and decided not to sell it to me but I guess a sale is a sale. I will have to sample before I buy again

Kilwins is the ultimate chocolate shop! They have anything you could possibly want. Im a huge fan of the peanut covered caramel apples and chocolate covered oreos. The staff is super friendly and the store does a lot to stay involved in the community. Best of luck to Kilwins in Cliffside Park!

Fodge Ice Cream

I have been to a few different Kilwins and this store just does not have the quality of products. They skimp on ingredients such as nuts in the fudge, chocolate on the pretzel rods. However the product is fresh. The best Kilwins is in Ft. LAUDERDALE, FL. I am going to check out other locations in NJ. Thank goodness I go to Ft. Lauderdale often

I love this place. They are the friendliest kilwins Ive been to.Luckily they are the main one for us.Weve been to others but staff isnt near as nice as this place.Their cake batter ice cream is MY FAVORITE!.I also love their signature turtle cake.The best! Ive tried the other flavors, they are also delicious.I love their marshmallows in the bag.Yum! and I also love the strawberry bon bons😆.Lol oh, and they are pet friendly 🙂❤.
