Specific to Pharmacy - I spent well over 45 minutes on hold, transferred to 3 different people, trying to get my prescription transferred over. When I finally got it transferred, they didn’t have my insurance on file. I spent another 45 minutes and 2 transfers trying to update my insurance only to find out that they don’t accept my insurance. They need to hire on more staff and have more in depth training so that more than 1 person can answer questions.
I go there once in a while for sale items and drinks. Never had a bad experience. No need to dump on them because it’s a franchise.8/20/21Stopped by to pickup a case of water the sign said on sale at $3.99. Came up as $6.49. Without me uttering a word Eric the manager changed it to $3.99.Yeah, this Walgreens I’ll remember as having a customer service oriented manager. 👍
Order a pickup order, when i came they hadnt even look at their pickup orders, making me late to work, when i told them to cancel the order they were making excuses and saying they will start but didnt even listen to me when i told them i need to get to work and that i could just go and grab the items and purchase them regularly, they took forever to cancel my order and then took forever to check me out, they looked like they didnt even know what they were doing in there, a huge mess, they need better employees or more training for those who are already there looking clueless.
Rude staff, you’ll end up waiting for hours on arrival. Calling them, you listen to the music while being on hold for hours. Super slow and disrespectful staff members
I have been a patient at this pharmacy since it was originally Rite Aid for approx 15 years. I developed a very nice relationship with the pharmacist especially George. They are all wonderful but George is the one I mainly see when I am there. They know my name they greet you with kindness and it makes you feel welcomed. All the pharmacy staff are very helpful. They call the doctor for follow up refill auth and they also call my insurance with questions if there is any errors with the insurance. Because my insurance is requiring that I only use Walgreens or do home delivery I have been forced to transfer to CVS. This truly saddens me because I felt like family at Walgreens. I was given wrong prescription meds. Nobody took responsibility for that. Was declined to get information of regional manager to make complaint.Empty shelfs, incompetent staff.
Had an extremely impatient stuff who tried to hang up on me every chance she got
The pharmacy will do everything within their power NOT to be helpful ... whatever it takes. I suggest avoiding this place unless you have no other alternative.
No parking! Its extremely inconvenient to get there if walking is not an option.
The pharmacy area it’s so slow and not organised. First you stand to drop off your prescription for about 20 or more min. Then you have to stand again on the line for the pick up. The store always have mini W to help. The shelves are not full with the products. Not a good sales. Love CVS service and the pharmacy.
Horrible. I ordered photos the day before to have them ready the same day. Came the following day to pick them up expecting them to be ready and, of course, they were not. I assumed it would take only a few minutes but they took almost 20 minutes to print. Unfortunately, I got a ticket while waiting for the photos. This trip to Walgreens ended up costing me an extra $50.So slow and inconsiderate. Will not be returning. I would rather drive to North Bergen...
Dirty. Empty. Overcrowded and outdated
This pharmacy is so slow. They don’t even pick up a call for hrs. I see 4 ppl inside and have no idea why they are super slow. Must be really incompetent or inefficient. They billed to my insurance company when they had no medicine prescribed.Plus they’re very blunt and rude showing no empathy to sick customers. Avoid this pharmacy and go to other locations.

Just a heads up !! Rite aid to Walgreen! Have your insurance ready and updated !! Walgreen computer system is old school and it sucks !! This has wasted a lot of our time !!!
