You will get the stuff you need either when your fully recovered or no longer living. Been waiting on items for my husband for over 5 weeks. If you can manage to get ahold of someone they are we ordered it and will call when its in.

Health Aid discontinued their respiratory health services, including CPAP monitoring and equipment replacement and didn’t have the courtesy to send any correspondence or notification to any of their customers. I’ve never heard of anything more unprofessional. If they don’t care about people with RESPIRATORY issues, how are they going to treat you?

For one thing they never answered their phone when you call you always have to leave a message and your number Ive called since they opened and and havent got a call back going on 2 hours now this is unsatisfactory But what are you to do when the VA only gets their equipment from one place...Smh

Health Aid of Ohio helped us to get a wheelchair and a hospital bed for my Dad who is disabled. They could not have been more helpful and responsive. Karlee helped us get the correct chair and delivery and Ken was great at explaining the operation and function of the chair . Shawna was just amazing helping us work through the insurance and getting the help we needed. Thank you!

My mother is severally physically disabled and all the staff really helped us with finding the right equipment that we needed for her power wheelchair. Excellent service, couldn’t asked for better people to go to, Catie was so friendly and helpful 🙂🙂🙂

Health Aid is incredible! I broke my ankle During my sophomore year of college and they sold me a kneeling walker that I could not have survived the school year without. The care is personalized and professional!

It took 4 calls and 6 working days for them to pick up their equipment after my mother passed. Service was usually very good, but they lack communication. Told us after 3 years about a filter in the concentrator that should have been changed every year, never told us there was a bubble humidifier bottle we should use because my mom was on 6Lpm. We never knew about it until the dr mentioned it, so they dropped it off but forgot to mention to even clean it. Health Aid should realize most people are new to using this equipment.

Scott Duelly helped me. I honestly love him and how helpful he has been. He was at the PT/OT location I went to, so everything was at one visit. When my wheelchair was available (it took a few months, but that was just getting insurance to approve it - once they had the approval it was a matter of weeks. And Scott delivered it to my home! He also said that if I need repairs, they can come do it at my home. 10/10 experience and Id be happy to work work him and the company again in the future.

They really have an attitude and ignored the doctors prescription that said LARGE compression stocking and gave me a medium which tore the 3rd time i used it...I think drug mart would have been a better option

Great care - really helpful when we were in a hurry looking for knee braces. Drug Mart only had a limited selection of cheap braces but we found a great arthritis knee brace.

TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a walker for my son in December and still have yet to receive it and its mid may. Then they had the nerve to tell me it was going to be further delayed because a part was on backorder. Seriously??? My son will outgrow this walker before he gets it. People are unresponsive here and rude. I am trying to be patient but 5 months? Still waiting for a call concerning delivery of the Walker while we wait for the piece that is on backorder and its been a week and no call!! Terrible. Never worked with such a rude company. We will be going elsewhere for sure next time.

Chris Hammer and Dane Hammer came i and fixed my wheelchair and others for free at Kent Quailty Care in Kent. Millers medical refuses to fix anyones wheelchair while the reside in nusing homes. So now I will switch to this company.

I am so happy with the customer service I get here. I was given the run around by so many companies when I was trying to order medical supplies for my boyfriend until I called here and Chisa answered the phone. She was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire experience a breeze. I’ve had to contact her on 2 separate occasions and both times she went way above and beyond to give me A++++ Service!!! Thank you Chisa!!!!

Ive had to work with Health Aid of Ohio for several years now because of my insurance. Given the choice, I would go somewhere else. This place is not responsive whatsoever, they do not return phone calls in a timely manner, and some of the people that work there are so rude and monotone. I received an incorrect item and in order to get the correct item, I have to physically return the incorrect item to them before they will send the correct item! Their hours of operation are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm., Monday through Friday; not open on weekends. I work Monday through Friday, and depending on traffic, it would be right down to the wire of getting to their location by 5:00 pm as I work on the opposite side of town! How ridiculous. Going to check with my insurance to see if there is another DME supplier that I can use.

Nice job of setting up my Dads Invacare bed at my house. Unfortunately, it appears impossible to reach a real human being at Health Aid of Ohio (Parma). Dad has been moved to a nursing home and we require help to transfer the bed to his new home. I have called and left messages 3 times within the last week---no response whatsoever! Even the Urgent/Emergency line goes into voicemail. I will be sure to inform the VA of the poor service. Maybe if enough vets complain, the VA will give the contract to a company that is better managed.Update: No sooner had I posted the above review then I got a call from them! I swear it was less than a minute. We shall see how they handle this. To be continued....

I placed a repair request in July and what most people say regarding lack of follow up is accurate. I was patient and kept asking for updates, but had very few given. I was given inaccurate parts when repairs where provided and then an additional wait time to attempt to rectify the problem. Do not waste your time or aggravation with this company you will be disappointed and will need to eventually find another provider like I need to after waiting eight months.

Called on 9/22/16, 9/23/16 and today is 9/28/16 and I am still waiting on a call to get someone to fix the brake on my knee walker/scooter that is on rental from them, I have been limited where I can go because I am nervous depending on one brake for small inclines and such. I have been very patient.

I received a wheelchair to come home with & it will not fit through any of my doorways. Have repeatedly called since 8-6-18 with no resolution. Surgeon & PCP have called regarding this situation & still no resolution. Phone calls are not returned. HELP

I am about to attempt my 7th time contacting someone about repairs to my daughters wheelchair. Even when I’ve been able to talk to an actual person they are not able to help and just promise the person that can will be in touch. Will do everything possible to NEVER order any DME from Healthaid again.
