I wouldnt work here if youre in maintenance. Their ad says its not a desk job. What they mean is anytime you sit at the maintenance desk to place orders or source parts it will be viewed as stealing time. If you are stopped by an operator for help, Keep walking, CEO is always watching cameras and ready to yell at anyone for anything viewed as a waste of time. Make sure you Walk with a purpose otherwise you will be viewed as unproductive. PM system is nonexistent and they only have ancient equipment (a few new mills), So expect constant break downs. Good luck to the poor maintenance personal desperate enough to take this job.

For truck drivers. The guy will ask you if everything came out alright after bathroom. Just with intention so you felt awkward to ask for the bathroom. Sorry man I did not know it is your personal.

This is the first time I have ever done this but this is the worst company ever to work for do not work there they will attempt to destroy any pride and dignity you have

Owner is an angry man and treats his employees poorly and pays a low wage!
