We needed to order large quantities of beer and wine for a wedding reception we hosted a couple weeks ago. We weren’t real sure about how to navigate the process, but the team at River Stone came in and saved the day! They provided expert recommendations, and went above and beyond to make the party perfect. Andrew and Jack both helped us carefully curate the perfect menu and even vetted out several local craft beer options to get in kegs. Ive been coming here since theyve opened and they have been great. Wide variety and plenty of stock. The staff is very honest about their knowledge. If they dont know an answer to my question, they are honest instead of making up something to make a sale. The best part is the store is customer friendly. Wide isles and short shelves makes things much easier to navigate!

I asked these guys if they could order a certain liquor (Connemara Irish whisky) for me because I wanted to try it and cannot find it anywhere. So I told the gentleman helping me my request and gave him my info. He told me if they could get it they would call me, I honestly never expected to hear anything from them. A couple weeks went by and I get the call from them ! I really didnt expect this but now this will be the only place I will give my business to for any spirit needs. Going above and beyond to make the guest happy . Thank you

Best place to go in Cleveland. They offer a raffle every once in a while for the allotted Bourbons, and just charge retail. Very respectable. They were also able to order me a bottle of the Lagavulin 11 Nick Offerman Ed. finished in Guinness Casks. Dont bother going anywhere else in Cleveland.

After spending some time trying to figure out which product I wanted, I was greeting by a sales associate who was very knowledgeable. I was even offered to taste test the two products 😲! (Didn’t know that taste testing was even available. Don’t worry y’all...it’s just a small amount for flavor, not for any other purpose.) With their help I was able to make my decision, and it was an excellent choice.

Omg...what can I say! Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Every question I had, they were quick with answers or suggestions. The stock they have on hand meets every need, down to hard to find items. A must visit for all your spirits needs.

I am a wine educator in Manhattan who just happened to grow up in the wonderful city that is Cleveland. Whenever I pop home to visit, this is the first place I go. Really broad selection of wines, fair pricing, and wonderful staff. Andrew (a fellow wine educator) was so helpful when I was procuring wines for a class I was teaching in the area. Cannot say enough good things!

Always a pleasure coming here to grab a new local craft beer to try or pick up an ol faithful. They have such a wide variety of liquors, wine, and beers. The store is very clean and the employees are always both friendly and professional. Despite the growing spirits market in Cleveland, I will continue to go out of my way to shop at River Stone.

Helpful staff and great selection it was fun just to walk up and down the isles to see all the different liquor products available. My only issue was they did not have my brand of beer in the aluminum bottles that I like to buy.

Finally Cleveland has an excellent liquor store. They have a huge selection, prices that meet or beat that other store south of here, and I no longer have to take that long drive to buy spirits, let alone use a gallon of gas doing it. Even their wine selection and prices are better than any local grocery store. If you like to keep your bar stocked, and you havent visited this place yet, you owe it to yourself to check them out. Oops! I forgot to look over that huge beer cooler in the back. That will be something to do on my next visit.

This location has been open for a couple months but this was my first visit. Its very clean very organized and there are plenty of employees with great knowledge ready to assist you. Everyone who works there greet you with a smile when they pass and offers to assist you if you need anything. I spoke briefly with Gene about my selections today, He was very friendly and knowledgeable of similar options. Im very pleased with this store opening and the convenience of its location.

Great place and good prices. Very nice employees and they are more than willing to help and provide their knowledge about products. They have a very nice selection of alcohol and have a tasting area where there are samples to try. They also have cigars and I think a sm cooler area of cheeses, meats and crackers. The store is extremely clean and there is a case discount on wine. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful new store. Great selection no matter what your taste is. Easily one of the largest Whiskey and Bourbon selections in the area. Also has Benton meats, and cigars. Great décor and layout. Everyone working there is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Riverstone is by far the best liquor store in our area. Owner and staff are always friendly, courteous,and attentive. Bo is a big plus! Its a warm wonderful place and they make me feel like family every time I go through the door. Dont forget Thursday February 20th you can meet Tim from moonshiners from 4 to 7 pm.

Being the only liquor store in Cleveland I had low standards, but I was very surprised. Its clean and updated with a huge selection of anything youre feeling like having. ✌ personally I like the wine selection because they also have a good selection of sake. Tequila to turn up, or bourbon for a good time. I recommend going here as opposed to the others you find in Ooltewah or Chattanooga. 5 stars will be back and I advise you do too.

I expected the prices to be a higher than others because this was the first liquor store in Cleveland but the store owners took the opposite approach. Cheaper prices and better service than any store I’ve been at recently. There are people in that store that seemingly know every bottle in stock! Great atmosphere and a tasting bar to boot!

I was asked to leave the store today while standing in line with $100 worth of stuff because the security guy could see my carry weapon. Im an 82nd Airborne 62year old veteran with a carry permit. Pointed me out in front of everyone and asked me to leave. Said I could come back in and finish checking out after I took my carry gun back to my car. I said, I dont think so. I wont go back there again.
