I bought a 20 fan from them in 2015. There were a few issues at first, but they were all resolved very fast and professionally. I should have wrote a 5 star review then. The fan is great and everyone loves it. Fast forward to Dec. of 2016 when a friend damaged 2 of the fan blades. Made a call on Thursday to inquire about new blades, received new blades on Tuesday, only 5 days after the initial call. This level of customer service is hard to find anymore. Theyve made me a customer for life and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Ill definitely be contacting them for a few more fans for an upcoming home build.
