I have faithfully been going to South End Hardware for 5 years. Its a step back in time walking through those doors. Courtesy, knowledgeable, genuine and no B.S. Also the crew behind the counter can be humourous at times. Always having what I need and if not they normally have it by the next day. From industrial needs to residential, I can not think of another place in Northeast Ohio like this. Thank you to the crew at South End Hardware

This is hands down a great place to received excellent customer service all I do is go in and explain what Im trying to do and they make sure I have all the materials I need to accomplish it Ive been off a few times and they explain better ways for me to do what I was trying to get done
