Hard to shop when you walk through the door and everyone stops talking and starts staring... then you get the fake hi can I help you with anything. But there was one guy that was VERY help and professional. if he aint there I leave.

It is an ACE hardware store and they are consistent. Experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. Well staffed so you dont have to look for help. I wish we had one nearer than Cleveland or Greenwood.

I purchased a soldering iron from there. The thing didnt even get hot enough to melt the solder! When I tried to return it because it didnt work, they refused to do the return because it was used! I asked the guy how would I know that it didnt work, without using it? He told me that he couldnt resell it, therefor, he could not accept it. I asked him why he would want to resell a product that didnt work? I will never go there again, and I suggest everyone stay away from this debacle of a hardware store.
