Evan and his staff to the best they can out of the small shop they have to service all the client as best as they can. I’m a very patient person, when it was my turn I was taken care with water and great customer service overall. Once I had my selection of the chain I wanted I was taken care of with fair pricing and a smile. Every other review on here has to be either fake or just a poor experience that is out of the normal.

Evan is a clown. He is way over priced. Pretty much highway robbery. The worst part is he feels he is ENTITLED to rob you. photos with D list celebrities has definitely gotten to your head. Shalom

What an amazing experience I had at this place. I mean so many options..whatever your looking for, you can find it there!! The quality and range of items CAN NOT be matched. I was looking for a few gifts and Jenna (& her husband) really went above and beyond. They were able to narrow it down for me and somehow knew exactly what was looking for, even though i didnt lol!!! They have THE BEST customer service. They wrapped the gifts for me, and really gave me useful info for future purchases. To top it all off they all thanked me and they meant it. It was just a really great experience and they just gained a lifelong customer. Thank you all so much.

Quoted me almost 10k over msrp on a used rolex, couldnt be bothered to stop wiping down a window or even make eye contact let alone let me walk in the shop, ended up just looking in the window at all the pictures of him with d-list celebs but no jewelry before leaving

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and service is polite and professional and their products are of the highest quality. I ordered my wifes wedding ring to be custom made to my specifications to match her engagement ring and their product surpassed every expectation.

This is a nice little convenient place in a fantastic venue, well established, does quality work.But, perhaps so well established that acknowledging the existence and presense of a waiting customer while the help shoots nonsensical obnoxious chit chat with other customers who were already served and should bevon their way--is evidentally not important.Never does any establishment become too good to forget about exercising common courtesy...but it seems some customers are pandered to more than others. I actually find this place quite RUDE!Still, if you dont mind that, its otherwise a good place! Very retro experience.

I went in today.I had a piece of jewelry that has been sitting for the longest. He is super sweet and easy to speak with.Female that works there is very nice as well. I was in and out. Very fast transaction. I would definitely recommend and I will go back if I ever needed anything else in the jewelry department.

Disrespectful has bad attitude and dont really care about the customers I asked for a payment plan and he would not give me one only a two week old cash only but somebody was making a payment and right in front of me and he gave him 4 months maybe he just didnt like me I dont know

My new go-to for all my jewelry needs! Mr. Dewitt is a no-nonsense type a dude, and makes you feel like he really knows his stuff, and he does. Gives a great and more-than-fair amount of money for pawns, and has an incredible selection of him and her diamond wedding bands. Good location in the revitalized Fifth Street Arcades between Euclid and Prospect.

In an industry where the customer must rely on the honesty and expertise of the staff, trust is critical. We will now use this shop for all our jewelry and watch business/repair.

Dewitts is where I will always go if I need to sell jewelry. Long story short, I was stuck with an engagement ring and Dewitts offered me almost twice as much as any other jeweler in the downtown area. Good, honest people for sure. Highly recommended.

Customer service is terrible. I went in to pick up my grandmothers birthday watch and he wouldn’t let me pick it up for her one of the employees in assuming was the owner wouldn’t let me pick it up because of liability issues he said but allowed me to pay for the item in full (backwards right) why allow me to pay for something in full but not allow me to take the item.

Buying or selling, I will not go anywhere else. If you are selling, Evan is honest and fair. If you are buying, he will help you find it or he can Create it for you, plus he has an amazing and eclectic inventory. Love the guy!

Im sure its a great business other wise but when someone asks if you deal in special coins dont tell them yes when youre just looking to price the silver. By doing this you made me waste over an hour trying to get some collectors pieces looked at.

Dewitts is tops for buying gold jewelry. I went all over town, bedford, parma,lakewood and cleveland to sell an old 85 gram diamond and gold bracerlet. I tried quite a few over about six months. Dewitts gave the best price by far. Beating ALL other gold buyers by $1000 or more. I am not naming the others but look at the locations. Dont waste your time like I did. Go see Evan downtown You will be glad you did.

When i decided to propose, rather sooner then i planed originally, i looked around the web for options other then main stream stores. I had everything planned out and needed a ring, obviously. I stopped my first time on tuesday i believe, to check them out. Was rather late, they were closing. I came wednesday during my lunch time. I told them what diamond and setting i want... They brought out my options, i chose what i liked and asked if it can be put together by saturday...Next day i got a voice mail that it is done and ready to be picked up.And so i did...You should have seen my then Fiancées amazement when she got it ;)P.S.: pay with cash, dont get into debt!Blessings!
