I ordered my husbands wedding band and when it arrived it was too small. I panicked because we were leaving for our out of the country trip to have our honeymoon and symbolic wedding in less than a week. I immediately called BW James Jewelers. She also sent a return label for me to send the wrong sized ring back. We received our new ring in 2 days!!!
