They have great quality products at a great price. What really impresses me though is how friendly and helpful the staff are. I do not hesitate when I need to ask a question or confirm an order because I know that they are going to help me the best they can.

Im a professional working in a color calibrated environment and Ive ordered mostly small prints (5x7 and 8x10) with a few larger mounted ones and these people really come through with impeccable consistent results every time. Their prices are exceptional as well, with a sliding volume discount that not only increases with larger numbers, but kicks in even on a small run. Their ROES software for online ordering is the same Ive used with another lab and is pretty simple to use, and allows selection of mounting options.One time I mistakenly ordered a large run of 8x10s using my 5x7 cropped file, creating images that were cropped to far on the sides for a frame. They were very kind and reran the order as I waited, and gave me a special price on the corrected run to soften the blow.
