Ive heard good things about this place so I decided to give it a try. Upon entering, the ambience is really chill & laid-back. A comforting pizzeria/bakery smell greets you.The customer service was good. I ordered the meatball pizza slice received it quickly. The crust was soft with a crispy bottom. Overall good taste.For dessert, I ordered the apple banana oatmeal vegan donut, which was delicious. The texture was more muffin like, which indicated that it was baked instead fried like the traditional American donut. I recommend stopping in to give it a try.

This place had the best pizza in all of Cleveland, hands down. The dough here is fermented for three days so it gets full of air pockets which makes it really fluffy and flavorful. The pizza is topped with fresh flavorful ingredients. The staff is really friendly and take pride in the quality of food they produce.

Best dough/crust you will have anywhere. The ingredients are better than your “favorite” pizza place. The price per portion is ridiculously low for the quality and the area (or anywhere for that matter). I’m going to petition Chef V to open a location in Summit county!

Good pizza, also have a vegan option which is nice. Sour dough is great.

After going to Citizen Pie 25th for a few years, I expected nothing less of the Roman shop. Outstanding pizza and the only Roman pizza in Ohio (I think). The menu changes frequently and V is always experimenting which is a great incentive to keep coming back (aside from the delicious traditional combinations). Open, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere. Great collaborations with local shops: Bigmouth Donuts and Six shooter coffee.

The best pizza in Cleveland. Delicious woodfired pizzas. We were excited to stumble upon this new location with some precooked to go slice options.

As a Chicagoan visiting Cleveland, the staff treated me with the utmost respect and were timely and professional. The pizza was great, would definitely go again

I absolutely love this place. Pizza is awesome and they have great coffee. On top of that, for cheapos like me they have High Life on tap and Hamms cans. A Roman Cafe right with midwest sensibilities!

Outstanding pizza, especially when buying for a group. Picked up a couple boxes at the shop and walked them back to the office.

Cant rate the pizza. Only had a hot chocolate and a mocha. Both lacked sweetness and were pretty bland but the place was clean and staff was friendly

They have a large selection of pizzas with all kinds of different toppings. The crust was my favorite part, even though usually I dont care too much about it. Definitely try the potato pizza!

Wonderful little spot on East Fourth Street serving artisan pizza by the slice. The delicious combination of toppings and unique crust are unlike anything else and it only takes about a minute. Makes for a great snack or solo meal while downtown. It is fun to get multiple slices with a friend so you can try all the different kinds.

Excellent pizza, and great staff! Crust is crisp and bubbly, with lots of air pockets. Sauce and toppings are fresh and full of vibrant flavors.

I got the Cacio E Pepe its amazing! The crust is exactly how it should be - crispy bottom, light and airy inside. Truly just great pizza! Customer service is top notch too. Cant wait to go back!

Today we went to Wahlbergers for lunch. On the way back to the car I decided to stroll up 4th street to go to Erie Island Coffee Shop for a cup of coffee. To my surprise, the coffee shop was gone. To my delight, Citizens Pie was now in that building. As i stood for a moment looking in through the windows, i saw the sign for Six Shooter Coffee. Now I was double delighted because i frequent both of these establishments in Collinwood. I quickly ordered a cup of coffee and made small talk with the employee before finally leaving. I will be returning soon.

The definition of fancy pizza. With that said, its fancy pizza perfectly done. That crust is something one can only dream about. You could argue that the two best pizza places in the city of Cleveland are around the corner from each other.

This place started on waterloo street and has always been pricey. But the price per slice is worth it for what you get. The style of the Roman cafe is better then the original I think. Definitely check this place out if you want pizza downtown.

This is hands down the best pizza youll find in the city of Cleveland. Do not sleep on this place.

First timer here. Well, first of many. Thats how its done!

Walked in for pizza at 6 oclock on a Saturday. Told they were out of pizza. Girl was rude. Why even be open.

Came in for a few slices... wasn’t expecting much since they just opened and figured they would be working out kinks. On the contrary, this pizza was sooo good. Great toppings, and as tasty of a crust as you will find anywhere around here. Definitely will be back!

We went here at 6:30 on a Saturday night and the girls at the counter told us they were totally out of pizza and had to close early (they normally close at 9pm). Is the pizza frozen or something? I don’t understand why they weren’t able to make more pizza?

The pizza was excellent, and its great to see someone bring this concept to Cleveland! Definitely worth going out of your way to stop in.
