I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The car is exactly what I imagined and what we discussed. They are very honest and trustworthy. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Went there real close to closing time but the man there still let us test drive a car we were interested in. He was very helpful and gave us complete information.

Lost a lot of respect for this dealer. Boat a boat from him, which he said was in great shape and ready to run. All maintenance had been performed. I should have known when we didnt even get to take it for a test drive and he only showed me it ran by running water into the engine while starting it that something was up. Got it home and on the same day the boat had no reverse and wouldnt idle. Took it to mechanic and it already needed a new Carburetor. Got that replaced, took it out on water and the engine started leaking oil everywhere. Back at mechanic and Im now being told it has bad pistons and will need a new engine to fix problem. I notified Mr Ronca of the issues I was having through messages and didnt even get a response back. a $14,000 boat that is useless and clearly was not ready for the water as he stated in his ad. I plan to pursue legal action due to this being sold with the existing problems, but being advertised as great condition.

Sold my son a SUV said he had been driving it and he may have, A week later it quit. Had it towed to Toyota dealership payed $300 to get it checked out. The hybrid battery box was full of water. The computer, wiring and hybrid battery were all bad. He took no responsibility and hung up on my son. A really bad experience for a young couple to go through.

We purchased a CRV from them and got home to realize it had a bad battery, we replaced the battery and after speaking with them on the phone we simply sent a photo of the receipt and they refunded us the amount for the battery.

Dont trust these guys! Very unprofessional. I had committed to buying a car and the day before I was to pick it up, they sold it to someone else. I asked Joe if he needed anything from me days ago and he said no. I live in a nearby state so it took 5 days for me to arrange my schedule to get the car. Plus they wanted CASH, not a cashiers check. Sounds pretty shady to me.

Theyre crooks. They sold someone a truck and everything they said that was a feature on it didnt work. When the person went back to talk about it they didnt want to talk. They refused to fix anything on the truck. Also they sold the truck for one price and wrote the bill of sale for another price lower of course.

I recently bought my 2001 Lexus gs300 from here and its a great car I drive it 40 minutes on the interstate every day and it doesnt give me any trouble. When I bought the car I noticed that only one side of my dual climate control wasnt working. I took it back to Joey and told him it was not working and he bought the new part and installed it free of charge and it was followed by an apology. Id recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Ford F-150 4x4 which does not work...V8 4door truck and have had it about 1 month. I’ve driven it for 8 days out of almost 1 month. Replaced all new small bulbs in my cargo lights and inside dome light, sockets were taken completely out of the front seat map lights, so basically the only lights that work are the headlights and break lights on the truck. The trailer hookups have no power”which I bought this just for personal transportation to work and to haul my horses” can’t do any of that. It’s been the a mechanic twice so far and the first time was the alternator was rusted throughout the whole underneath and through the alternator. Put a new one on, mind you I’m making payments and full coverage insurance on this truck, drove it 8 days and it’s still parked in my yard. Wiring doesn’t have a stable connection to the alternator to charge my battery much less running lights. I can’t drive it and it’s been towed once off the side of the road. $70... repaidand parts $500 and it dies when it’s put in reverse and turn left while backing up. It has to go back to the mechanic again for the wiring and fuse check and rust is so bad that it’s not going to be easy narrowing down the problem. Check engine light never came on. They told me that this truck had no engine problems and they actually drove it for a little while. He would have experienced the same thing I’m experiencing now two days after I bought it. Told me everything passed Tn auto inspections and everything and a good price. I’m so disgusted at this whole situation now that I just called and said mail me my tags cause I can’t make it up there or to work in it. It’s all I’ve got now and having to keep my job to pay for this piece of junk sitting here. I had to take my sons truck and we’re swapping out days for something to drive. I’m upset and had to borrow money to finance this truck and don’t have the money for these costly repairs at all. I called and told the guy what was going on and he told me sounds like a bad alternator and it’s not pulling enough power to the battery. I said no the battery is just fine and something electronic is still draining the alternator because it’s pulling less that the battery, and just basically said I’m done with all this and to just send me my tags and registration in the mail now! He said he would but never apologized or mention the fact he knew about this issue because he had driven it with his family. Again, I don’t know what to do now. I can’t lose my job, I’m a single mom and need this truck to do what he said with no engine problems and he lied to my face for a sale. Disgusted with this dealership!!!

Dealer is selling an overpriced 2000 4Runner that needs A LOT of work. Took the vehicle to Toyota dealership down the road to run diagnostics on it. Discovered it needs a new timing belt, spark plugs, and ignition coil ($1224). When we took it back to the dealer to discuss/negotiate the price of the vehicle he was combative and questioning what the dealership suggested. He was incredibly rude and started verbally attacking us about the vehicle we were trading in. FAIR WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

Super rusted out vehicles, they get them up north, bring them down here, hide repairs they need, and covers all of the rust in a thick coating to hide the rust. Very rude owner as well.

Him and his wife sold me a car last week on the 19th after we got in a car accident on the highway with our 3 kids. Within 4 days the car he sold us broke down on the side of the highway and went to the shop, it cost $700 to fix, I’ve called them numerous times and they won’t pick up the phone and speak to me. I only asked them to change the car out for another one, I paid them cash which was all I had in my savings. Do not get a car from them, they are not running an honest business

Sells Toyota 4runners, trucks, wranglers, and even a hummer covered up in rust. Bought a Tacoma awhile back with everything undercoated and turns out it had a hole in the frame one day when I was pressure washing it and the undercoat came off. They undercoat all of their 4x4s so beware😃

If I could post negative I would the air flow sensors were backed out so the vehicle I bought would run because catalysts were no good the check engine light came on in about 50 miles but I didnt think much of it until it wouldnt run so thats how the sensors were figured out and now possible head gasket problem because of overheating so I wouldnt recommend this place at all
