I flew out here from Cali to buy my third car back in October and because of COVID things just didn’t go as planned and the process ended up taking longer than expected. They could’ve easily sold my car to someone else and I could’ve been stranded and SOL, but they didn’t. Long story short, these people are amazing and treat you like family! If I lived here I’d probably drop by every so often just to greet and help around the lot for free. Highly recommend this dealership!

When I first found my Durango here, the only thing that stopped me from buying it right away was the appearance of the dealership. I am used to car dealerships with pushy salesman and a limited option of the same brand cars. When the salesmen here gave me my space, let me examine and test drive the car, and consider all factors to buying the car, I was thrown off and assumed something must be up as they are not being pushy. Turns out this place is run by the friendliest staff who want to ensure you get the vehicle you want and are understanding if they dont have what youre looking for. They were able to give me top dollar trade in value for my charger and gave me the best price on the market for my 2020 Dodge Durango. There was a nail in one of the tires after I bought the car and they fixed that up really quick before I took the car home. Mike, the finance manager, came in on his day off an hour before open just to get all the paperwork settled and have me on my way to enjoy my day with my new car. This place was nothing short of amazing, has an enormous selection of brands and models for just about anyone!

I was looking around online for a car for my wife and came across a beautiful GL63 Mercedes with low mileage and a great price. Terrible all around service! Would never buy from this place! Your sales professionals are smoking weed blatantly in the office. I dont judge, I am not against marijuana at all but at work??? Comon now! I think everyone knows what a marijuana oil cartridge looks like now.... The finance Manager Mike belittles their Secretary who was so nice on the phone. I sit down in his office to go over finance options, his breathe reeked of alcohol like he brushed his teeth with a bottle of vodka. Very dissapointed because they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. Reason I chose to give a 1 🌟 is because their secretary is very professional and genuinely nice.

BUYER BEWARE - We purchased a truck from this dealer 4+ months ago and have yet to receive the paperwork necessary to get a licenses plate. The dealer tells us its the banks responsibility, the bank says the dealer needs to handle it. Weve spoken to many managers who offer ZERO solutions and just told us they arent able to give us another 45 day temp tag. Shameful! At this point we will not be able to drive the vehicle we purchased because this place of business cannot sort out the paperwork we need to get plates. Completely embarrassing, I would look elsewhere for a vehicle.

I hate to say it, but these guys are sleazebags.I took a car for a test drive, and put a deposit down with a credit card. I took it to a mechanic I trust for evaluation. The tires were very worn, mismatched, and one tire was truly unsafe. The oil was very dirty, and overdue for a change. There were other more significant issues that were not easy to spot. The car really needed about $4-5K of work. Thats a lot to invest when youre already paying $11K for a car with a book value of $11K. The dealer was unwilling to negotiate price AT ALL, so I decided against the purchase and asked for a credit back to my card. It didnt come through. I kept calling and calling for days and days. My calls were never returned. Finally I called my credit card company, and asked them to intervene. It took a while, but I eventually got the credit.After posting this review, the owner asserted I must have confused them with another dealer. This is not so. I remember the details very well, and at least three others can corroborate them. I can give ownership benefit of the doubt for not remembering this matter as it occurred many months ago. I imagine they must have dealt with hundreds of customers in that time. On the other hand, this was the one and only time I ever shopped for a used car in the state of Ohio in my entire life. As such, I remember the details quite well.

Mike sold me the car I bought and I was really impressed with him. He was open and honest from start to finish, told me all of the details about the car, and answered all of my questions. After the purchase he allowed one of his employees to drive around with me when I had a question about the gear shifts. When I called to check as to when the last oil change was he told me that the first oil change was on him. Overall, he made the experience hassle and pressure free and I have no regrets.

Everything seemed great until after i bought the car, i realized 2/3 charging ports didn’t work, both sun visor clips were broke, the floor mats they gave me were for a ford and i bought an audi, they taped a piece of paper on the window where the tint was peeled off so i didn’t notice it till after i took the paper off and worst of all, they gave me a free oil change card to write a good review then when i called for the oil change they said they’d call me back and after 3 months of no call i made contact with them and said i was overdue and they say to not blame them. like it wasn’t there fault they didn’t call me back? terrible service

If you’re looking for a good value in a used (or preowned) car, check out I Drive Motors. Our salesperson, Mike, was very nice, professional and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy now. However, it was my wife who did the research in finding a car (2017 Subaru Impreza Sport Wagon with only 16,000 miles) and we did our own financing also. It should be noted that this car had a rebuilt title due to being a salvaged vehicle. So what did Mike do for us? He lowered the price of the car slightly, gave us a copy of the Car Fax, and gave us the keys for a test drive. That was about it. We had to buy an owner’s manual off eBay because we were not given any instruction on how to pair our cellphone or to set the clock and date. That was disappointing. Also, there was no warranty with this particular vehicle. Let the buyer beware. Of course we could have purchased the “extended warranty” for more money but we declined. We are very happy with this car and are hopeful that it will be free of any major issues for the foreseeable future.

I drive motors was very easy to work with, they held my vehicle while I waited to find out if I would be approved for financing from a third party. I had some concerns about buying a vehicle from the cleveland area because of the rust issues they are known for. I drive motors took my vehicle to a third party mechanic of my choice. I also have waited several months to write this review, because of the nature of buying as is vehicles I wanted to wait and see how well the truck was holding up after a few months to see if it was as solid as advertised. And I can say that the truck has held up beautifully and is every bit as solid as was conveyed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Extremely dishonest business practice. Borderline criminal. He will put a low pricectag on a Vehicle and take your deposit to get u in the door and then tell you it was a mistake or that that vehicle is already soldbut if youd like to pay $3k more, he can somehow still sell it to u! Then I go buy 3vwks later and the car is still there! I did get a refund for the deposit after seeking legal action. DONT SHOP HERE!
