Great experience,I was not hopefull on getting a car with a rate we liked but Mike V. our sales guy made it happen! It was late and they were polite and professional even with our three year old running around and they had to stay after closing to finish out paperwork.. Wife also is considering buying a car sooner because the experience. Definitely will be back. My 3 year old says we have to see daddys car come from the ceiling which he was super excited to see our car come down the lift.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Kevin was very professional and transparent. I was traveling 3 hours one way from a different state to purchase a certified used vehicle and he answered all my questions honestly and upfront. Upon arrival and inspection a few minor cosmetic items needed to be touched up and without any hesitation the manager insisted that they could have the car delivered in a few days to fully meet my expectations of the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed, new windshield wipers put on and delivered with a full tank of gas to my front door. This entire experience was better than any other dealership I have dealt with in the past and I would recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used car!

Okay dealer with good servicing. Dont expect anything. Their website is up to date. Good Mazda dealer and service center. We do take our Mazdas for service here.Probably not a good idea to get any other vehicle serviced here. They do tend to service like Mazdas and your brake/ gas pedals might behave differently to what you are used to. Absolutely a gem for Mazdas though.Inventory is low so you will get what you see. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I usually hate going to a mechanic or dealership as I always felt that they will take advantage of you. That is not the feeling I got from Brad. I came in for a simple oil change and asking for an offer on my Mazda. Brad handled the service professionally with no nonsense.

My girlfriend and I are vacationing in the area and were headed to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. On the way there, on interstate 77, we hit a pothole and blew out a tire. I immediately stopped in a safe area on the highway to inspect the damage. Upon seeing the tire completely blown out of the sidewall, I had my girlfriend call this dealership and ask about coming in for a new tire - I had a spare so we could change it and drive to the dealer. We called at 1423 and were told due to them closing at 1500, they couldnt see us. No questions about the extent of the damage, nor what work would entail such as putting a new tire on. They didnt ask about the tire size so how could they know they couldnt service us? I guess they couldnt service us because all of their techs often go home early, words the receptionist spoke to us. We were about 10 minutes away from the dealer - ample time to make it in and have a new tire put on before the official closing time. With that being said, we scrambled to find the next closest (or most open) tire shop or Mazda dealership. Thankfully another dealership (even though they were farther away) is open late enough to assist. By the time we got to Bedford and gave them the keys, it was 1530, and they close at 1600. I guess what Im trying to say is, drive the extra distance to see a different dealer who adheres to their posted hours and is sympathetic to your situation and will help you out of a tricky situation.

From a private auto repair shop:Tommy in the parts department is one of the greatest parts people Ive ever dealt with at a dealer! The guy was more than willing to spend probably a total of 2 hours on the phone with me looking up bumper parts for a 2016 Mazda 3. The Mazda engineers did a sh*t job with the pictures and descriptions making it impossible for me to do on my own. What the hell is a plate set?! Literally one at a time Tommy gave me part numbers so I could look them up online to get an accurate picture and say whether or not that was what I needed. Truly above and beyond excellent service! Give that man a raise!

Brought my 2009 Mazda 6 in for recall work.On drive home, realize I only get very bad to no reception on radio.Call service department next day to ask what could have happened, only to be dismissed as could not have happened while they worked on the vehicle, and yes they would look at it, but charge accordingly depending on what they find.Decided to look into myself, and lo and behold the antenna plug is completely unplugged.Please use caution, at least if you are having recall work done.

Steer clear of this place. They sell junk lease turn in cars that aren’t properly inspected. There are plenty of other better dealers in the area to go to. I will never go back.

Service department is way overpriced and deceptive. I was charged almost $400 to replace belts! They called and stated the belts would be $100, but failed to me to mention the huge labor fee. They also misled about the cost of a diagnostic test. They also wanted to charge me another $500 for an electrical issue come to find out it was a mechanical issue that my husband fixed in 5 minutes after googling the issue. I will never go back nor recommend this to anyone.*Update* The service manager, Brad called and was apologetic about the service and I was refunded for the diagnostic assessment. I still think service was pretty pricey so I will definitely ask directly the total before agreeing to anything, but I appreciate the acknowledgment and response to amend the situation.

I recently purchased a used car through them, and had a great experience. We hit multiple speedbumps with my loan but Ray worked with us and was very patient and diligent, and we managed to get everything settled just before the heavy snowfall. While I did not purchase a Mazda preowned vehicle, I have to say that the salesman Mike Venditti was excellent. It was difficult making my final decision on the vehicles he showed me and another brand. Mike is knowledgeable about his product, patient and accommodating. Nothing pushy about his salesmanship. For me I was just shopping around looking at multiple brands and when I decide to choose Mazda in the future, I will definitely look up Mike.

I wasn’t sure what car I wanted, but knew I wanted something comparable to my luxury sedan that I was trading in. I went to Westside Mazda and worked with Josh. The experience was really exceptional.I ended up getting a turbo charged Mazda 3, and then totaling it a few weeks later in a terrible car accident. I went back to the dealership and they worked with me to get me in the same car, at the same interest rate, with the same payment. What was an awful week in my life was made so much better by the service I received (from josh, the manager, and the finance department) and the care and compassion they showed.

The car business is based on trust, and I dont trust this place for a hot second. Their safety inspection did not catch that a light wasnt working, you literally dont need to be a mechanic to see that. Did an oil change there, and the next day I start hearing a weird noise that I never heard before - called them and explained that, they asked to come back. They took a look and wanted to charge over 500 to fix it. Very disappointed with the service. I will never get back to this place

I got completely ripped off by their salesman Kevin, I walked in got a brand new Mazda and he told me it was all wheel drive and come to find out my car is only front wheel drive. And when I called them to confront them that they lied me instead of denying they ripped me off they were condescending and smug over the phone. Oh and it’s my 3rd and last car I leased from those thieves. Now I’m stuck laying for a feature I don’t have.

So I have been a Mazda customer for 20 years but I think it’s time to change ! I have been using their service for the past 10 years ! Last time I changed oil and had a noice on my passenger side when I was breaking. I had them check the break! Got my car back they said I had 80 % on my breaks ! Someone was in a hurry to go that day... so they told me to go and if I heard the noise come back to do diagnostic analysis ! Well I drove the car was getting worse so I took it to someone else for the first time .... breaks were 0% and grinding the disc so I had to change both front ones! Finding out I just had did them 2 years ago huh? I called the service back no one even apologized or even cared !

February 15,2020I went into Classic Mazda westside because of a postal flyer.I had bought or leased from two other Mazda dealerships previously. One on an automile on the Eastside and one which no longer exist on the westside named Montrose!I was very reluctant to give this dealership an opportunity because of how badly I had been treated by the first two Mazda dealers.Thankfully, I went in and talked to them to see what was what.Once Im able to review via my Google review platform, I fully intend to add photos and an even more detailed review.What Ill say on this public review though is this:I personally have NEVER had a better experience buying/ leasing a vehicle in my life! I was in from out of town 2 weeks ago and had a problem with my key fob.I called their service department on a Saturday around 11am and they had me come right in. The entire staff could not have been nicer. They replaced my key fob battery for free. Super staff!

Good service but they had to send me to Honda dealership to get my car fixed but they did pay for it so great job guys!
