I cant recommend Sembro highly enough. Vitaliy in Cleveland answered my questions about a master bath renovation when I first visited the Cleveland showroom and then did it all again when my wife came in to start selecting materials. We had to wait a few months to start because of the pandemic (totally understandable), but they were punctual on the first day of the work and the workers were courteous in setting up protection for the areas of the condo they had to pass through in order to get to the bathroom. There were five weeks set aside for complete gut and reconstruction of the bathroom, but they pulled it off in three. The work ethic of their employees was fantastic, almost superhuman in some cases. It turned a 20-year-old builders grade bathroom into a spa with a 5x4 tiled walk-in shower that is brilliant. New vanity, flooring, paint and a new facade for the one original piece that remained -- a jetted tub -- was perfectly done.

We hired SemBro to remodel the kitchen, family room, powder room, hallway and bedroom of our 50+ year-old family home. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The large project required the replacement of multiple electrical panels, wall removal, plumbing updates, and more. Within a few days of our initial consultation with Yuriy, our Project Manager, we were provided with a beautiful 3D design of our kitchen/family room and a detailed estimate. The 4.9 rating for this company is very surprising and not indicative of our experience. We had a relatively simple transaction and the experience has been horrible. Extremely poor communication, no urgency, and no follow-up. For each segment of our order we had to call to see if the shipment arrived. There was never a quick or clear answer and apparently their system is too antiquated to provide answers. The answer was always well pass the message along and someone will get back to you when they can. Find an alternative.

So many positive things to say about this company! First off, the showroom itself blew me away and it wasnt even fully complete yet. Over 10 kitchens alone, including several bathroom setups and many flooring options. Second, they came out to my house to measure my kitchen and were knowledgeable about what I would need and honest about cost. Great company to work with overall and I would definitely recommend going to them for your kitchen/bathroom remodel.

SemBro came to our home a few weeks ago to take measurements, photos, and talk about our bathroom needs. We scheduled an appointment for a Saturday a few weeks out to receive our estimate and 3D rendering. When we arrived for our appointment, we found our consultant was not there. He was apologetic that he had forgotten about our appointment and offered to meet us at the showroom in 15 minutes. However, we declined since our estimate and plan was not completed. What was most concerning was that the manger at the showroom wasnt overly concerned at all. Im sorry was about all he could say. How about Im really sorry you came out today and we werent prepared, can you come back out next week, I would like to make it up to you...a commitment to the process? Ultimately we decided not to work with this company due to lack of concern and empathy. I did receive a follow up call from the consultant today and he apologized again that he had forgotten. I shared with him the owner did not take any accountability during our visit or try to makes things right. That is concerning.

Had scheduled an in home consultation with Paul nearly two weeks in advance. Half hour before Paul is due to come out to our house, he calls to say he is about a 40 minutes out, and wants to go over again what we wanted done on our bathroom (we had already laid out exactly what we wanted done two weeks prior in our application, when I spoke with another sales associate, and laid out our estimated budget, noting that it was also flexible).Paul then proceeds to say that the work we want done is going to cost between 25-30k (Not sure how you can give a quote without seeing the bathroom, but ok). I say that we don’t want to pay that much, and he proceeds to cancel.This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We specifically gave what our budget estimated budget was two weeks prior. Why was this not reviewed on our original application when we received a call back to set up our consultation? We would have been completely understanding at that point. Instead, my wife and I set aside time under the impression that Paul would be seeing us(got off work early specifically for this). You could have just done a video call as well? Not offered.Had Paul actually made the drive out, maybe we would have been willing to pay the 25k for the work to be done, but when it basically sounds like you just don’t want to make the drive out here, forget it.Either don’t say you’re willing to service Medina or inform your customers of your estimated costs well in advance of the consultation appointment. (You’re welcome for us not lying about what we were willing to pay, by the way, and not making you still come out)

I was looking to get my kitchen remodeled, and was looking around at a few different places. I wanted to open my kitchen up and give it some more natural light. Paul couldnt have been more helpful, as I was also on a budget because of Covid-19. He offered to do a zoom call with me and then we met later on in person. He went over everything thoroughly and there where no hidden fees. I got the feeling that he genuinely cared about the project which definitely comforted me a lot. He even showed up @7pm one evening on his own time because my wife wanted to do some last minute changes to the kitchen. Hes a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be back again.

I had Sembro install a half bath in my basement that can easily be converted to a full bath in the future. They also did a total remodel to my existing bathroom. Both exceeded my expectations! From the first day of service to the last day you get quality craftsmanship, as well as a team of courteous workers who show up on time and take pride in their work. They make sure to protect the travel path to your project by placing a plastic covering over the floor area starting at the entrance way to your home. The cleanup is a win win! It’s impeccable. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues (old flooring, pipes, etc) that set the project behind but Yuriy was on top of it and communicated with me every step of the way. If I didn’t like how something turned out Yuriy made sure it was redone until I was satisfied. The interior designer, Mariya, is a Godsend and worked long hours researching and working with us to get the showroom quality that Sembro provides to their customers. My only complaint is that I didn’t hear about them before I did my kitchen remodel a couple years ago!!! I highly recommend Sembro and will definitely call Yuriy with any future projects.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I couldnt be happier with my decision to hire SemBro for my kitchen rennovation other than I wish I had not stupidly tried to save money by hiring sub-contractors for some of my rough-in work. That decision resulted in lots of stress - specifically, drama related to sub-par contractors either not showing up or poor workmanship. Absolutely none of that with SemBro though. Learn from my mistake, hire these guys, I dont think youll be disappointed.

I couldn’t be happier choosing SemBro Design and Supply! I had three estimates for my master bedroom total remodel. SemBro was the most reasonably priced and was the easiest to deal with (by far). They had fantastic communication and professionalism. The workers were on-time and efficient, even finishing the project ahead of schedule. Given all the work that was done (walls moved, new closet and shower, new flooring, built in vanity and TV wall etc), they were done before the time they told me and actually cheaper than the original estimate (I kid you not)! There were a few minor issues in the house, unrelated to my project, that they took care of without hesitation. The communication was great and they even worked with the current COVID situation. I will be using them again and can’t speak highly enough of their work!

My wife and I are thrilled with the results of our kitchen and family room renovation by Sembro. My wife loves to cook so we wanted to completely redo our kitchen and make it open concept. This was a large project. It required knocking down a weight-bearing wall, installing a support beam, and extending the counter into the adjacent family room. The cabinets were completely removed and replaced. The new fridge was moved to the other side of the kitchen with a new water line. Recessed lighting was installed with additional light fixtures. The flooring in both the kitchen, pantry, and family room were replaced with luxury vinyl. All appliances were replaced with new ones and a range hood was installed with ventilation to the outside. All the walls in the kitchen and family room were repainted. We had two estimates and Sembro was the obvious choice in terms of affordability and value. Our initial meetings were with, Paul, the interior designer who was detail-oriented, friendly, and reliable. Throughout the design phase, he met with us a number of times to make sure we were happy with the final design and made himself available to discuss all the last minute revisions we wanted. When the project began, Pasha, our project manager took over coordinating the renovation. He was in constant communication with us and made himself available by text throughout the week. The workers did a great job and were hardworking, nice, and courteous. Our project took 5 weeks to complete which was within the estimate given. Throughout the project, we had some minor concerns which were all addressed, no questions asked. We could not be any happier with the outcome. Sembro made our dream home a reality.

Replaced flooring, vanity, sink and faucets, sink and tub plumbing, repaired cabinet hinges, and painted walls, ceiling and trim. High quality flooring materials. The team of 3-4 men were hard-working, prompt, and very skilled, paying fine attention to detail in painting, flooring, moldings, and installations. Communications with the manager, Yuriy, went very well; he listened, offered suggestions, and was very interested in what I wanted done and staying within a budget.
