I think they try to accommodate a variety of needs, but for a bookstore, theres not a lot of books available. This location doubles as the hospital gifys shop and so prices are above average.

The manager needs to work on her customer service skill. Retail is all about making sure the customer has an excellent experience every time, this skill should be at the top of you list.

Just got hung up on mid conversation after proactively calling, speaking in a friendly voice, and letting Sandy know I was unable to attend the interview for personal reasons. I could have just not shown up but I wanted to be considerate. Based off of the two interactions with her, she is rude and not professional. When she called me to set up the interview, she was impatient and not genuine. She should be ashamed of herself.

Make sure you check your receipt for your purchase. I was overcharged for a head wrap. She doubled the price that was initially given to me. I consider this act dishonest.
