Great service and prices very quick and easy financing

This is by far, the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I ordered a sectional with an additional ottoman. Took about 2 months to finally get delivered, yall... they delivered 1/3 of my sectional (also broke out my neighbors window while delivering). They didnt realize they didnt have the whole couch. Talked to Mike directly and he keeps giving me the run around... its been almost 3 weeks since I got the first part of my sectional. Every week Mike tells me, oh its on this next truck or oh I promise you will have it this week. Im done waiting. Save yourself the headache and run around and DO NOT buy from this horribly ran business.

I had worst experience of my life. i am not going to this furniture store even if they are giving it to me free. I bought extended warranty in month of June 2020 for my furniture and they did not give me warranty card . I called them at least more than 20 times and visited the store more than 10 times but they did not do anything. And u know what I disputed my credit card transaction :) and out of no where I got this call that my warranty card is ready to pickup from the store... sorry I am good now. And you know what they have changed the store name .... wait I will post another review with this new store name because owner and management is same....

Terrible, Ive been waiting 2 and a half months for my things I ordered. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Every time I call theyre looking into it and will call back and never do. I called last Saturday and Mike said he would personally deliver my table that has been there himself the next day, and when the rest come Ill receive it.. Never called or showed up the next day.. Definitely dont recommend this place.

My wife and I walked in and were greeted by two professional polite gentlemen. They werent pushy, but were very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable. We went to other stores in the area and none of them had the customer service these guys did. Only reason I gave for stars is our order should be in next week. So far so good, once our stuff is delivered Im anticipating I will be updating this to 5 stars. Thank you for your top notch service. We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality furniture at a good price from these honest knowledgeable guys. We definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks again keep up the great work!

Pretty good selection. Financing is easy. I only give 3 stars because I waited almost 2 weeks for my bed to be delivered and it’s not the one I ordered. Don’t wanna wait another 2 weeks and deal with the hassle so I’m sucking it up. Love the mattress though, so comfortable! Mike was very helpful with following up so thank you!

I would give zero stars if I could! I bought 2 mattresses from sleep well about a year ago. The king pillow top started bunching up about a month after I purchased it. I can’t even fit a sheet on it without it coming off on the side. My queen size isn’t as bad but very much bowing in the middle. I have been trying to contact mike, the store owner in Parma but after many phone calls and emails his response is always” I will get back to you”, at one point he ever said the the manufacturer was requesting that he come out personally and take pictures and measurements of the products.( mind you I had already sent him pictures and tag info) like what the what’s?!?!? I will never ever recommend anyone spend their hard earned money at this establishment. Terrible customer service

Excellent Service by Zoom & Mike!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness the guys were not pushy and they were very helpful! I was approved for financing and was done within no time!! Sleepwell Bedding is amazing! I entered the store and was nicely greeted by Ali. I was interested in purchasing a new mattress. Ali showed me around the store and explained the differences in quality of each brand. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing 2 queen size mattresses instead of one. And I was offered free next day delivery! I definitely recommend this store if youre looking for great customer service and comfortable high quality mattresses. I myself will be a returning customer. I have visited both there locations. I purchased a brand new set of 3 sofas. The price was awesome!!! Ray was AWESOME! He was very patient with me because I was very picky. I than visited the location on Ridge Rd for a mattress. Ray helped me pick out the perfect one for my son and me. I have never came across someone like Ray who made things so simple. He is very kind, respectful and does not force a sale on anyone. I will be heading there this week for a dining room set and 2 more mattresses. Thank You Ray !

I needed cheapest simple mattress because it would only get used like couple of weeks in a year. Came in, bought one full size for 119.00 within 5 minutes and was on my way.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT GET BEDDING FROM THEM! Well first to start out we ordered and payed over the phone which was fine, but the man ( Tye ) didnt seem to know schedules, a specific delivery time or even a window for us to expect them.. so day of delivery we had to call and make sure they were still delivering to us that day as promised, they didnt even have us on the schedule, Mike stated he would call his drivers and make sure they were coming and promised us they would be delivered that day, still didnt give us a window just said in a Couple of hours so we waited a couple of hours nothing..... another hour nothing... another hour nothing... so again we called up noone answered, called again no answer.. by this time my fiance was very upset as was I, so we decided to drive up there because we needed the beds asap.. we drove up store was open, no employees in sight... my fiance said hello.. hello... no answer.. he walked to other side Room and Mike was asleep in the back!? He preceded to come out and my fiance demanded an answer as in why we havent been called or why our beds never came? Mike called the boss and states that the drivers just got sent home! We were outraged! We were sitting at home all day until 730pm with no phone calls, nothing! They completely forgot to deliver our beds and would not accommodate us in having them delivered that day as promised! We demanded our money back and went to American freight instead with a great experience!! These people are unprofessional and have horrible customer service!! If i could rate a 0 I would!!

Ali and the owner promised us a bed, 2 pillows and a mattress protector. We waited 7 business days for the bed (was promised a bed in 3-5 business days) they violated that contract but I stayed patient. Now here we are 3 weeks later and the full contract hasnt been fulfilled. I was informed they he credit card issues with their company so the mattress protectors would take a week more. Here we are 2 weeks later again and no covers. Contract violations are a terrible, terrible thing.

The beds seem nice and reasonably priced but the guy working there had no interest in helping me unless i was definitely committed to buying from him.

I walked in and was greeted right away customer service was great gave me all my options in detail and price honestly they are the lowest price around i have shopped the whole area i was very happy with the out come when i placed the order i asked for next day delivery between 12-2 pm i got my order delivered at 1:25pm everything was set up i also got financed for $0 down with 90 days same as cash all i can say they were great thanks eddy and sleepwell bedding i will be returning for my kids mattresses very soon

I purchased a queen mattress back in Feb. 2017 the mattress came with a warranty. When I contacted the store to inquire about the warranty because the mattress was garbage, they kept telling me they would call me back. This went on for a week. Finally spoke with someone who told me he would have to contact his rep and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago and Im still waiting. Unprofessional business and wouldnt recommend ANYONE going here.

I walk in I look around for a second and then greeted by Ray I may be wrong. Anyhow wasnt really looking to spend much at first when I got there and ended up spending more then what I thought I would but it was way worth it. I got a mattress that really helps my back and now I wake up every morning with my back feeling great again wow what a difference. These guys went above and beyond for me we had a few small issues but they were taken care of and they were really professional in the way they did it. I will come to these guys again when ever I need any furniture. Overall it was a great experience and a pleasure to do business even with a few issues. (: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! A++

MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE. When I went to get the bed the guy was not very helpful at ALL. He told me my payments would start when they delivered the bed which thry did not and now im behind. When I asked about all fees included he NEVER told me the full pay off amount. I when I called the help lije now 5 times I have gotten run arounds and lies. First it was my 30 days is from the day I signed the contract then they said they didnt finalize my paper work until may so my 30 days was wrong. I have put over 1300 dollars into a bed and mattress and they still want me to pay more ! They want me to pay more because they have lied and not done their job the correct way. Beyond livid with this horrible service and business. Not to mention when the bed was delivered he 3 drawers that came with it were broken when i got them and I had to get them replaced.

Im reading the other reviews on sleepwell and its difficult for me to believe they have had a bad experience. My wife and I went last night for our son to get him a twin mattress. Eddie helped us, he was very nice and informative. Explained the financing options in depth and made certain we purchased a mattress that best fit both our needs and price point. We decided to take the Mattress with us. It was a little later in the day and closer to their end of business day, yet Eddie let us run to walmart and return with rope so that we could take it with us. He even helped load it on our truck and tied it down. I see others having bad experiences, but I think those are isolated incidents. Definitely visit them if you need a new mattress.

Bad experience. Sales guy Ali has no understanding and isnt knowlegable of the contracts he sets his customers on with the company lenders, he makes promises he doesnt keep and says did I promise you that? which is bad salesmanship. Ali is a shady sales men that will say whatever it takes to make a sale. Be aware of the 90 day cash deal and ask for things in writing! Be sure to ask if you were set up on an contract as we were setup with our signatures forged which is fraudulent. Luckly we had proof and got out of this bad ordeal.

The price, cant complain but from a walk in perspective I paid cash and set next day delivery. No one contacted me in regard to my delvery and if i would not have called id have never known it wasnt even sent out. Im still waiting on my matress and it wasnt even made priority. I was not reimbursed for delivery and handling or anything. So after throwing my old matress out had tp sleep on the floor while the store manager told me that there was nothing he could do. So much for well sleep.
