The Pharmacy staff was phenomenal. There were only two women working and they handled the Covid 19 vaccinations wonderfully. Very organized, polite, and very positive even though they were clearly understaffed. I dont live in the area but I appreciated them very much.

Its a smaller store but pretty well stocked. Nice employees and management. Good deals!

Service was very unprofessional. I went to pick up refill two different days. Both times I had the same pharmacy tech and both times she was extremely rude and nasty. I transferred all my info to a different pharmacy.

I place an order for melatonin for my grandson. His mom is have his sister so he staying me. I don’t know how to adjust that he has to share his mommy with his new sister. So his dr advise to give him bath melatonin. Ok so I order so I can pick up really quick n get dinner going so we can get him relax and comfortable. I never shop at the location on lee and Harvard cause it is alway and I mean always something with them. I say it on to pick up what I have already ordered. I selected Alternate brand. Just in case because on the website it said is that what I ordered was in stock. I’ll call the store to see why my order was canceled because as I’m getting in my truck I get a text that my order has been canceled the manager says she canceled the order because it’s not in stock I said well I check the alternate box to be able to get another brand or something the same if it was not in stock. The manager goal is to say I canceled your order you’re gonna have to make another one didn’t even look or say well we have this or we have that to be able to assist me this is why I never go to the Walgreens on Lee and Harvard this community that I live in some people don’t have a choice because of transportation issues and have to deal with this it is unacceptable the customer service and the behavior of a manager that was given to me today I will never patronize this wall greens ever again in life this is definitely my final straw I am not happy I think that this is ridiculous that a manager did that I could see if it was an associate but a manager she sounded young she was a black female so am IThis makes me sad because she wouldn’t even help her old people I hope Walgreens do a little bit better with their customer service it shouldn’t even have to be that there should be a color on service but your own car won’t even help you and you in distress with your grandson I think that is very very very selfish and just self-centered thank you Walgreens but I will never go to Walgreens on the road ever again

I enjoy thee atmosphere . The employees know me by name and are very helpful. Kind courteous they are there to work and go out of their way to find things, for me, that I may have overlooked, because they value their customers. The store is clean and organized. I love shopping there.

Today I call to see about my photo order, the woman hung up on me when I call to once again inquire about my photos she said oh I hung because I had customers....I dont know when phone customers became non customers but atleast she was honest. Then she handed the phone to the guy who tried to be helpful atleast. OTHER than that, everyone else was helpful. I did manage to get some of my photos yesterday but the test will have to wait until their printer is working again, I guess.

Their pharmacy gave me someone elses prescription. When the Pharmacist called me at home to make me aware there was a problem before I could grab my prescription and get back to the phone he hung up on me. I had to figure out myself what the issue was. When I called back I didnt even get a apologise. Im just saying check you bottles

Terrible employees horrible phone service

Nice and clean environment. This is not there fault but make sure to remove your bags or leave them in your car before entering. As theft is high in this area and store attendants duties is to make sure every customer coming in leaves there belongings at the the counter. FYI if things like that bother you but know its not personal. Besides, that pharmacy is usually prompt in order fills/refills and always stocked.

This is generally a well stocked store with great customer service. I usually stop at this location after work for these reasons plus the cosmetic department has a great selection of items that the location near my home doesnt have ; but I dont think I will be coming back. Today was the 3rd time sales tags were not placed properly and their was a discrepancy at the register about which item is on sale. The prior 2 times the evening cashier said this in fact has been happening all day. Really ?? nobody thought that was a problem ??? Today I didnt say anything. I didnt feel like going back and forth.

Pharmacy staff was extremely rude when I dropped off and picked up my prescription. I just got out of surgery and the last thing I wanted was two rude women taking care of my personal affairs. I usually go to the Walgreens down the street in maple heights. The ladies went on lunch when I went. I should have waited. I will never return to this pharmacy again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This locations pharmacy department is the worse. Rude unfriendly staff. Its best to take the time to go to the chagrin location.

Im so sick of this location. I only come because its down the street from me. Besides using the atm, its always a problem. This time I took my sons prescription in and they tell me that they have it and to give them 30 minutes. Before I get out of the door they say an hour. After an hour I wait in a long line just for them to smile in my face and say oh well have it on Monday.

I debated on whether to review my experience yesterday with an employee by the name of Antuan, he was very rude and impatient with me and an elderly customer who was in front of me. He needs retraining in socialization, sensitivity, or placed in the back somewhere stocking!! He kept making snickering comments, until I addressed his ol’ lawd comment (his exact words). He was rude and kept rolling his eyes while ringing out the elderly woman in front of me and myself. I’ve never had an issue with this Walgreens before, but this has left me deciding whether I should remove my prescription from their premise, yes based off the ignorance of one employee! My issue isn’t with the pharmacy dept, but if I have to encounter this rude individual when I go there.. I may need to transfer my meds elsewhere!! He (Antuan) was working in the front of the store yesterday on 7/31/18 around 7pm, this is bad for your business!! Fix it..
